Know their stuff. Dont inflate problems. Reasonable prices.

This is the best auto repair shop I have ever used in 40 plus years of auto ownership. I have 4 cars (3 over 100,000 miles) that they keep running strong and problem free. They do excellent work at reasonable prices, and are honest and ethical. They have never tried to oversell, unlike some other shops, and if they make a recommendation about a needed service, I know it needs to be done. If you want your car fixed right the first time, and maintained in great shape make these guys your mechanics; youll be happy you did so.

Vinny from East haven, works at Hartley and Parker Stratford, I purchased a beautiful Mazda 626 in excellent condition runs perfect but needed it to go to Florida so I asked mostly motorsports to go through the car check all the hoses and antifreeze coolant radiator to make sure it’s good to go to Florida after him I took it to Meinicke to also have him inspect the brakes and exhaust system And Meineke told me the spark plugs were never pulled out of the car and they need to be replaced, So I will never ever recommend mostly motorsports because They don’t do a thorough job you can’t say it does not need a tuneup if you don’t look at the spark plugs, Mostly motorsports is not customer friendly

Its a real shame that I cant give this place more than 5 stars! From the initial phone call, to getting the vehicle serviced, customer service and satisfaction is always top priority for their team. This is a mechanic shop that you can trust, which is rare nowadays in this industry! I will continue to get my vehicle serviced at Mostly Motorsports as well as recommend them to all friends and family!Sidenote: Mike(Owner/manager?) is a pleasure to deal with as well as do business with. My most recent visit I had an upcoming deadline to get my car to emissions and Mike was very attentive and even went out of his way to drop me off at my house (I didnt have a ride that day) in order to get started on my car ASAP. Customer service of this caliber is not common!

They lie another sorry shop that charged me for doing nothing tried to cover up they didnt put back reassemble something they took apart and lied when confronted they are out for your money dont care about fixing or doing the job they dont know anything about a Mazda only to create more of a problem then what you had when you bought it in for repair liars
