The person who was at the front counter was rude and money hungry. I came to switch a SIM card, which is done for free. The guy at the counter questions why I brought my phone online since I could of went to the store, basically saying I could have given him business. The guy then proceeds to to have an attitude and when he is done setting up my sim card, I ask him his everything good with the phone, he says for now, and proceeds to hand me my old sim card and telling me to throw it in the garbage, which was petty. I dont know his name, but he is short in stature with salt and pepper hair. Money hungry and rude is what I would describe him as.

The customer service was great but the Blu phone I bought was terrible slow, ugly colors and not as good as my older phone. I dont blame park city for any of this but unfortunately I bought from them for $190 and they have no refunds.

After I called tmobile, I found out he charged me a additional 25.00 on top of the 15.00 that tmobile to switch to them.Never ever will go there again or recommend him.
