Robbie was absolutely amazing. He was very helpful. We went to another sprint the day before and they were unable to help and he did it with ease. In and out in about roughly 15 mins. If you need help with anything go to this store !

If I can leave zero stars, I would. Terrible customer service from Naiya and Mariana who is the “manager” of this establishment. A 220 dollar cash deposit was given to Mariana (the manager) who failed to give a receipt. Mistake number one. The balance was not posted to my account, as I was informed by sprint. We went back in, my sister and I, to find out why this issue occurred, and she acted like she had never seen our faces before. She told us she doesn’t work Wednesday’s when her fellow co worker confirmed she does work Wednesday’s and said Sunday’s are her only day off. Mistake number 2. She then could not give us our cash refund because they “do not carry more than 100 dollars in the drawer at a time.” Although that may be true, why did she accept a 220 dollar cash deposit? Mistake number 3. she then proceeded to FINALLY print us a receipt after hours of digging to find the transaction as we then proceeded to call sprint with the transaction number which wasn’t even VALID. Mistake number 4! She showed no empathy or apologized for her poor behavior and work ethic. She then laughed at my sister and I saying there was nothing she can do because *2 customer service doesn’t want to hear from them. I wonder why? It has been 4 day’s and I have still not received a refund, nor was the money posted to my account. I smell theft. Since these matters haven’t been taken seriously, I continued to file an FCC complaint so they can further investigate. Do yourself a favor and continue on to another sprint location. It’s in your best interest. May I add, the entire store smelled like marijuana and the employees looked high. Very unprofessional but expected from this location.

Went to the store with a problem on a phone I just bought after getting the run around at another location I went to the Stratford store and was the best experience I’ve ever had at a sprint store marina (maybe spelling her name wrong) went above and beyond to take care of my problem first tried to fix my phone and was able to replace when that didn’t work she’s definitely a asset to that store I’ll never go to another store besides this one she even made a follow up call the next day to keep me updated

Kelsie was the best!! I came in once and didn’t have my ID, I went to BPT store and they were so horrible to me I left.. Days later I come back and Kelsie is there to save me and make it the best experience ever. I did an upgrade for two phone’s. She was the nicest sales person ever! Really connects with people. She helped me in every aspect. I truly appreciate her and what she did for me. I will be back every time to this location only.

The best customer service I have ever experienced was from Steve, I was there for 3 and a half hours to upgrade a phone and he had so much patience and answered every question I had, if I could I would give a higher score than 10. He took the time to explain everything that I had wanted to know and as frustrating as could be he always had a smile on his face, I believe he should deserve some recognition because he seems to be very great at what he does. Lindsay was very friendly and had great customer service, I heard her explain the special events to every customer about a Saturday sale and she also takes the time to makes sure every customer understands every detail, many customers were coming in and she always greeted them so nicely and helped all of them and they each left very happy from what I saw. Such an amazing team!

Ive been a Sprint Customer for 10 years, and have always appreciated the level of quality service at this store. The staff is knowledgeable and informative. Niya is a perfect example of the quality people there. All of the staff maintain a calm, professional atmosphere and I have real respect for them. They always greet me as soon as I walk in. I came in actually wanting to deactivate my service, because sprint has been putting unnecessary charges on my bill, but Niya showed empathy and patience with me. Even though I was irritated, she was humble and persistent in making sure I left the store with all smiles. Not only did she solve the issues I had with my bill, she also presented me with amazing deals that i carried along to a close friend of mine who is now a new Sprint customer! I will never switch from Sprint and I will continue to spread a positive word about the Stratford location!

What a terrible location/company. Due to the lack of customer service and rude employees I wish I can give Sprint a -5 Star rating. I paid my bill days in advance( on a Wednesday) via cash in store (stratford location to be specific), and days later we get a shut off notice at midnight saying our bill was never paid. I went straight to the store (Sprint stratford) to see what the issue is and they acted like they never had seen me before when I just saw them 3 days prior to pay the bill, and they gave me the option of paying again. This was just unheard of to me. I asked the manager ( her name was Mariana) to overview the camera footage of the store on that day, or look up all the transactions of the store of my amount That I paid in a cash deposit on that Wednesday around noon, and then she suddenly found the transaction and gave me a receipt and told me to call Sprint Corporation (some 1800 number). So my sister (the account holder) and I have both been back and forth with the 1800 number and the Stratford location trying to solve this error, and neither one of them would cooperate and solve the issue. They had us call back and fourth about 10 times. Then one of the employees from the Stratford Sprint (her name is Nyia) had the audacity to comment on my sisters comment via twitter about the matters which is a HIPPA violation and very unprofessional. Overall displeased by the company, location and service. My family and I will be switching to Verizon as soon as possible.

This place is horrible I spent 2 hours in there so I went in and try to switch my wifes phone to Sprint they tried to sell me 3 phones with 100% guarantee will not cost me more than $100 that Ill be walking out with them in it didnt happen all I went in there for was to switch my wifes phone to my Sprint account they dont know what theyre talking about they dont offer promotions when theres promotions and they say that the repair but theyre not take your business to Best Buy youre guaranteed awesome and quality service dont waste your time with Sprint location in Stratford

Here is my thing about this store. Lack of morality, lack of understanding towards products, staff might be taught to have a cut throat attitude. Two guys Johnathan and this guy I think his name is Kevin back in November 2017 showed a very business almost transparent attitude. They didnt even try to hide that they were going to be dishonest hold back information about phones and say only good things about phones that were not good, no solid honesty. It was all about seemingly getting commission. I was pretty emotional I lost my first phone, new to smart phones and dare I be vurnable the two men made sure they took advantage of me and sold me whatever phone they could sell me. No regards for whats right for the customer. I got a Samsung phone J3 Emerge that was terrible. Phone couldnt pick up a good signal, terrible sound, nothing was good about it. He kept adding on charges without any problem though. Infact when I brought it back there the phone overheated so much woman in the store wouldnt take it back (a year later)I guess because of law suites. Had to buy another phone and what a surprise new staff was there (the turnover rate is a bad sign). I got a Moto e5 play. I decided no more of the company used before. I expressed to the young girl, ( I will leave her name out of respect for privacy) I wanted to get a better phone and was willing to pay out pocket more for something better. She was more polight but I kept feeling like she might just want to sell me a phone. Yeah companies need to make money, the staff needs a paycheck. But when is it ok to sell a phone that the company just wants to get rid of after a customer expressed how much difficulties they had with the last phone? The Motorola I found out was another low end phone, I like Motorola but this is a budget phone. Its got better sound quality thats about it. Its still terrible and cost more a month. So the Stratford sprint burned a bridge with me because they just teach that being honest and understanding is not a way to make money. Well guess what thats why businesses go out of business, people get tired of getting robbed after while. Greed never works in the long run and doesnt grow the economy.

False advertisements, my phone never has service, got disconnected every time. Would not reccomeded. Unlimited data is a joke because it never work anywhere. Sprints suck.
