Horrible experience. Manager was laying back in his chair and using slang. He talked to my parents and I like we were unintelligent. Also asked for passwords to our iCloud and phones. He also wanted us to leave the phone there while it was backing up the the cloud and hed wipe it later. That poses a privacy threat to the consumer. I believe it is highly unprofessional.

Too much detail to disclose here, it would be inappropriate. But service bad enough along with absolutely no help to resolve this issue to warrant justifying a poor review, along with calls to CPS and BBB, as well as AARP. Be careful. They dont like when you catch them lying about how much theyll take care of you dont attempt to return a defective phone they coerced you to buy. Too much wrong to list. I will admit partly my fault for not coming back immediately. Nurse staffing demands. But still within window. I was told Id get a call after they talk to their boss. Obviously that didnt happen.

My husband and I were there last weekend. We walked into Verizon thinking we were going to have a horrendous experience like we have had before with our previous provider. As soon as we walked in we were greeted immediately by Benny! He walked us through a painless, easy and quite fun transition from our old provider to Verizon. He was patient and very detailed, he made sure we understood everything that was going on and in all of our years of having cell phone service we have never dealt with such a professional representative. I had a TERRIBLE experience at the Stratford Verizon Store! I went in to upgrade my phone and Benny offered me a free gift. Those were his exact words(which he later denied) The free device (which I didn’t even know exactly what it was) was then charged to me on my next bill plus monthly WiFi charges plus a separate line and a charge for the device. He was somewhat polite when I went back to return it but REFUSED to take it back because I didn’t have the box it came in(I hadn’t planned on returning it because it was free). He did try to rectify the situation but got his manager ERIC involved. ERIC was so rude and dismissive. Even to the customer before me. It is my opinion that ERIC should not be working with the public. I felt completely scammed by the both of them!However after calling Verizon a wonderful representative took all the information about my experience and credited my bill!Shame on ERIC AND BENNY!, They we’re about my son’s age if I were their mothers I’d be totally ashamed of them!

Benny is a really good employee at Verizon and is very persuasive he’s really nice and understanding he’s also very study worthy and helping he is a all around employee that understands your problems and is there for any problems you have he is a very good employee.

I went into the Verizon store in Stratford to inquire about their BOGO special. I met William aka Benny. He was friendly and informative. By the time I left the store he had convinced me to switch from T-Mobile. I was able to walk out with new phones and a bill less than what I was paying with my current provider. Nothing but good things to say about the service I received today at the Stratford store. Benny Mantz was patient and thorough and literally spent 2 hours setting me up with my new phone.

Today me and my sister got new phones as we needed to get change our numbers and start a new line. We received assistance from Jay who was extremely helpful from start to finish. He gave us advice on which phone to get as well as helped us with transferring everything from our old phones to the new ones. Not to mention he also gave us a very generous discount! I definitely recommend this Verizon store as the manager Eric was also very nice and helpful! This was the only Verizon store near by that was open and willing to talk to us in person and most importantly, help us with what we needed. I just got my iPhone yesterday and with the new update my apps and messages were lost. I called apple care and they told me my messages were lost and there was no way to get them back but when I came back to the store Jason did an amazing job of helping me and restored my phone completely. Today I was helped by Benny and I was very pleased with my experience. I was having phone problems to the point where I couldn’t use my iPhone at all which was a concern in emergency situations. The Verizon in Oxford told me they couldn’t help me and turned me away so I drove 30 minutes to this location and they helped me immediately.The workers here are extremely educated, welcoming, and helpful. I highly recommend this Verizon.

The Stratford Verizon Store is the best out of any phone store I have ever dealt with. Eric spent time fixing my old iPhone 4 to use until he could get my new iPhone in the color I wanted. He is very knowledgeable and patiently answered my questions, set both new devices up for my needs and found me discounts on my new iPhone and iPad, so I was able to get new cases for both. Not a lot of variety in cases, but with the helpful, knowledgeable staff, I would definitely recommend this store to anyone.
