My wife and kid loves it need to order more long straws cant have a venti frap with a short straw hence the 3 stars
I go to this Starbucks quite a bit and order the SAME thing every time-caramel ribbon crunch frapp w EXTRA caramel crunch. Well today, I even asked at the speaker for EXTRA EXTRA crunch and I barely received any crunch at all. Usually I am super happy with my purchase from there but today, not so much. Maybe it was just an off day for whoever made my drink; Im not sure.
Great as always. Had a meeting here; I picked the place because I wanted a great coffee. I had a iced latte and everyone else had none coffee drinks, go figure. The place wasnt busy inside in the early afternoon, so the staff didnt bother us as we were there for a couple of hours.
The inside of this Starbucks is very clean. Outside line gets long, but the staff is so nice! Just go inside!

This store failed today. Couldn’t take orders, couldn’t get them out. Next time, just close if this is your best effort. Do training instead.

Coffee tasted like water as if it was old asked nicely to remake it 2 times and each one they dumped more cream in instead of remaking it
Absolutely terrible service here. We ordered two black coffees and it took 20 freakin minutes. They used to pour coffee orders at the counter so you wouldnt have to wait. For some reason they changed the process so that a simple coffee order had to wait until all the other foo foo drinks were completed ahead of it. Wont be coming here ever again. Go to the one on Lake Street in Hanover Park. They have their act together.

Waiting over 10 minutes in drive-thru with out moving. Customer behind me was kind enough to allow me to back out of the drive-thru. Their service is terribly slow here.
Great staff, drive thru can get backed up though so if possible I recommend ordering on the mobile app for pick up.
I am at Starbucks everyday no matter where I am at...and truthfully the app. is terrible. Several times I have participated in a star streak for bonus stars and it did not register my purchase and I lost out on bonus stars. This happened today. It was a 7 day streak and it never registered my purchase from yesterday (the purchase shows in my history)....very disappointing for a loyal customer.

This a nice location; comparable to the others in the area. What sets this place out from the rest is the interior set up of the furniture. It is inviting. There is a good amount of individual space for people who want to sit by themselves and plenty of space for small groups. It definitely feels larger than other spots. The service here is also one that separates itself from the rest. Generally all Starbucks in this area offer great service. They all are nice, friendly employees who value their customers. I felt more of that here at this location. They were patient with me when I had to add $ to my card and they were quick to get the order put together. They were welcoming and were easy to talk to. I look forward to stopping by here soon. I hope you will too. Enjoy!
Staff is always nice. My drink wasnt really hot...more lukewarm. Annoying but not enough for me to go back and complain...lol

This driving through always takes forever. 15mins last visit and only 4 cars in front of me.
Twice in a row I have waited 20+ minutes in the drive thru just to receive an incorrect drink, first time I came drink was perfectly fine, every other time it was either the wrong flavor syrup or none at all...

I visited this Starbucks at about 230p on a Saturday. There were about two cars in front of me, and the line moved really quickly. The employee was friendly and efficient, and my drink was correct and tasted good. I have never been inside the store so I cant speak to that.
Love the local Starbucks. Im glad that they are back open! Always friendly service, great accuracy on the orders, and tasty drinks. I like that the drive thru line has a natural path past the Taco Bell/Bank of America when the line gets a little longer. Its been a problem at the Brandy and Barrington location where you turn off of Barrington and find yourself weirdly waiting in the middle of the parking lot. Anyway, get over there, get some drinks, and support this great place!

I ordered through the app for two coffees. When I got there I let them know that I ordered through the app and wanted to make sure they received it.The man working there was already acting rude when I approached so I knew this was not going to be a friendly encounter.He asked what name it was under and I showed him my phone order input through the app.He quickly looked through the receipts (obviously not looking well enough).He said if it was under Liz my order was being worked on.So I waited and another Liz came and grabbed the order that was thought to be my order.I went back to him to let him know that was not my order. He then proceeded to act like I was lying to him and clearly annoying him (even though he was ripping me off). He asked me to show him the receipt through the app. I did not have that just an order confirmation. He just continued to act frustrated and annoyed.After a few minutes of me looking through the email and the app on my phone for the receipt I told him that I just had the confirmation and BOGO for the order redeemed. He then decided to look through the receipts again and he found my order. He didnt know how the system works because if I placed the order for pick-up and was just given an order confirmation through the app at that location he would have received the order in receipt form or record of some kind.He didnt apologize to me for this mistake (which it was his because he had the receipt on his end). He just hastily handed me the receipt and quickly made my coffee. I think he acted very unprofessional. If he would have apologized for making me jump through hoops for two coffees I would not feel frustrated and annoyed about this.
Their hours constantly change without notice. Orders usually take a long time especially through drive thru.
Today marks the third time I’ve walked into that location and left without coffee. When three out of the four staff members standing up front make eye contact with you but no one engages the customer then you tell that customer you do not value their time and their business. This is common across many Starbucks locations. That’s the kind of service I expect out of a McDonald’s not Starbucks. This location leaves me longing for the days of Caribou Coffee having retail locations. The staff always looked at you smiled and said “we will be with you in just a moment sir we are sorry for the wait”. I’m happy to wait if you only address me.
Only gone to this location once, but when I went it was the most enjoyable experience. Also made the best frappe Ive ever had. Digged the furniture as well.

I don’t usually write reviews but after this visit I’m pretty annoyed. I go to this Starbucks frequently, and this time chose to go in to order my drink. The barista threw my sisters change on the table aggressively then proceeded to make 3 drinks in a matter of seconds to then throwing them on the counter without calling out our order name. The drinks were extremely poorly made. So much that the easiest drink, a hot chocolate, tasted watery. They close at 9 and we got there at 7:45. Not sure if the baristas were upset about us being the only people in there, but it was extremely rude.
As a gold star member, its always good to stop by for a drink to get more stars!
The staff is super kind. I made a mistake of making my wifes coffee hot instead of iced, and they gladly made a new one and let me keep the hot one. Hard working staff and its clear they want their customers happy. Good job team 👏🏼
Messed up my simple order of a coffee
Been going to this particular Starbucks for a couple years... Only out of sheer convenience.. always seems to be an unnecessary lag time even if Im the only guy in line.. (which is a lot of the time)
Few minutes after getting two drinks, one was announced normally and came out in a timely manner. The other one took several minutes but eventually was on the counter and I didn’t wanna take it because, unlike the first drink, neither my name nor the name of the drink were announced so I didn’t wanna risk accidentally taking someone else’s drink (never happened to me but I’ve seen it happen a couple of times before and it was either a friendly or unpleasant exchange, didn’t wanna risk the latter). I waited by the counter and I was ignored for like ten minutes (no “Is there something else you wanted?” or “There’s your drink”). Finally, another employee asked me what I was waiting for and he confirmed that that was my drink.That was just a fringe case though, staff are usually nice and friendly and it’s normally a good experience — that individual incident didn’t sour my opinion. Plus, they were quite overwhelmed since it was pretty busy and they appeared to be short staffed so it’s understandable.

Waited 20 minutes for my online order. I understand the morning rush, but the barista seemed irritated when I complained and couldn’t even be bothered to apologize for the wait. I’ve worked in the service industry before, and the reaction I received from the barista was less than stellar.

They charged me extra for whole milk in my coffee. When asked, she said that we have to.Sat in the car and pulled up the Starbucks app and was able to verify the same order from the same store through the app without the extra charge.Why make up stories like that???

Apparently at this store cold brew coffee means yesterday’s old regular coffee iced. Happened twice now never going back. Lady behind the counter offered to make another “but it’s still the same as you have in your cup”. If you don’t have cold brew made, just say so, I’ll go elsewhere and that’s what will happen from now on.
06/17/2018 - I still see no change unfortunately.08/30/2017 - Updating my 2 stars previously rated 7 months back, I am changing it to 1 star. The main reason is they got worst than improved. I used them couple times in last few weeks, still my coffee is not the same as it is from other Starbucks locations. I would expect to get improved.01/2017 - Not able to correct my order. I would not expect from Starbucks ever.

Starbucks employees are usually very nice. Came in to this one 45 minutes to closing and the employees weren’t nice at all. They seemed a bit agitated. They guy did look very tired hence the three stars instead of one.

This Starbucks is by far the slowest drive thru. With three customers cars in front of you your expected wait time is 5-10 minutes for your drink or food. And this happens at anytime of the day or night. Any positive review you find on this store is done by its employees.

Went through the drive through and ordered a drink. Pulled up and they didnt have the drink ready and forgot about it, but gave it to me for free. So, a positive and negative.
Just went in for frappes & they messed up a tall smores for a tall mint chocolate and also put vanilla powder instead of protein powder in my mocha frappe. I asked for no whip and when it was remade they put whip, when I told them I didnt want whip they took the whip off and left my drink with dripping coffee on the outside all over. Not ones fault your cashier didnt put the order in right & its rude to hand over a drink thats dirty all over. Get it together

Normally have a good experience at this location, but service was sub-par today. When I arrived at the counter the barristas were all talking together and did not notice me for a few minutes. When my drink was ready, the barrista did not call it out. Rather, he just left it on the counter

Most places dip their apple slices in vitamin C so they last longer. This place is too cheap to do so, so they rot quickly, ruining whatever food they are touching.
