Kyleigh is AMAZING! She takes the time to do more then just replace your phone or fix the problem. She goes the extra step to review what you have and suggest the best options. I dont even live in Illinois and because of the wonderful customer service she provided me in December with a phone upgrade for my son, I waited to upgrade my own phone when I returned to Illinois to visit six months later. Her customer service is worth the wait. Not only did I upgrade my phone, because of Kyleigh, I also updated my familys plan. I would never have known and also NEVER would have received this level of service in my home state.

I want into the new at&t and got a new phone Nicole want above and beyond from helping me pick what phone would benefit me and picking out accessories and then helped me get all of my information off my old phone onto my new phone I will definitely return and highly recommend this store to people. I was rather appalled to see your establishment was closed already by 7 pm when I came by tonight. I hope this is not a trend as you are only here a week and I am disappointed.
