My car needed body work after it was hit. They were extremely professional from start to finish. Estimate was done quickly. They coordinated everything with the insurance and rental car company. Kevin Petitti assisted us in purchasing this beautiful 2018 GMC Terrain after a not so nice experience at a competing dealership. I went in for a nail in my tire. They took the nail out and let me know it didn’t actually puncture the tube. I had already agreed to purchase the new tire, and they could have just sold me the new tire. Initially they helped figure out to get me on the road at the lowest possible price. After the honest move, they wouldn’t even accept my attempt to pay them for their time. They now have a customer for life and raving fan!
Courtney took good care of me by listening to all my concerns. She explained all that they tested, even explained how the tires are rotated because I have one tire that likes to go low.I was pleased with my visit today. Nice seeing the staff in the office, too! Thanks!

I was greeted enthusiastically when I arrived and directed to the waiting room and free coffee machine. I watched a little of what was on TV and scanned my newspaper and phone. Oil change and tire rotation along with overall check of my car took an hour and the car was washed before it was brought out front. Well done!

I just bought a pre-owned (leased) 2018 Buick Encore. I had a stellar experience in large part because of the salesman Nick who was very courteous and explained everything about the purchase, as we stepped though the arduous process of buying a pre-owned vehicle. Since the vehicle was so high-tech, he also took the time to patiently explain features and answer my questions. Ive only owned the vehicle 1 day so I cannot yetcomment on servicing my new-to-me Encore but I am anticipating it to be a good experience as well.
My engine light came on a few blocks from the dealership. I took a chance and drove in the service bay. Everyone was wonderful. They scanned my engine, and fixed the problem immediately. I was on my way in less than an hour. Great customer service !!!!!!!!!!

First of all, if you need a new ride go see Joe or Josh. They have the cars and trucks and will do what needs to be done to get you rolling out in one.If you don’t need a new ride, go see them anyway as they are just good people!!So they had the ultra hard to find Sierra AT4 and within a day of the thing coming off the carrier it was in my driveway. The process could not have been easier. Literally as I was pulling in the lot, the were pulling my new truck out of detailing for delivery. No long waits, no trying to talk you into stuff you dont want or need.This is my first new car in 12 years and while I was dreading the new car buying experience, Joe and Josh were better then perfect in delivering World Class Customer Service.Thanks Gentleman!!

The GMC dealership was not honest. I was told their Ford dealership could provide a service that turned out to be completely false. When I called to address why I was given false information merely hours before when I purchased the truck, I was told it must be the parts department’s fault. No accountability was taken.In addition, the Ford King Ranch I purchased had no gas and the oil change light came on shortly after leaving the lot.Terrible service and not trustworthy.

Traveled 7 hours to buy this vehicle and feel like they wrote us off the minute we left the parking lot. Asked them for a $25 part and was told that because it’s not required in Ohio and is in NY that it’s my problem not their issue. And it would be cheaper for them if I ordered the license plate bracket from a local dealer. Especially when the sales manager bragged about being the last dealership in Ohio. Ok so I do need to say this, after them reading my review I got a call from the Sales Manager that I dealt with and he was off the day that I had called and asked about the part. After talking with him they did make it right. I received the part on 7/29/2021.

We didnt get to the dealership until late in the evening and he and his team didnt hesitate to accommodate my husband and I along with staying late to make sure I was able to drive my new 2018 GMC Terrain Denali! I have only purchased 2 new cars in my life and this was by far the best experience. I had a pre approval through capital one to help navigate the monthly payment and length of the term. As usual when I got there things changed with capital one. Then Ganleys finance department approached me with an extremely low interest rate and sold me my second car. No gimmicks and just straight forward business was surprising to me and appreciated. I went after work and was out very quickly. I will definitely be back to do business with them and would Honestly reccomend them to anyone.

Pretty straight shooters, would recommend (at with all car deals) to get personal financing first as that alleviated one source of potential consternation. I would not recommend this dealership. I dropped my car off on Friday, July 16 and didn’t receive a loaner car until Thursday, July 22nd. The ONLY reason I didn’t have to wait any longer for a loaner vehicle was because I went up there personally and talked to Joe, the Manager, about needing a car. Otherwise, there would have been zero urgency on the part of this dealership to provide me with a loaner car.Also, ZERO communication about when my car would be fixed. No telephone call, no voicemail, no updates whatsoever about anything. Again, I had to personally go there to get a status update about car completion. I finally got my car back on Tuesday, August 3rd. Almost 3 weeks from the time I dropped it off.This dealership is completely lacking when it comes to general communication with its customers. As the Manager, Joe needs MUCH improvement in the area of communication with customers who need repairs on their cars. Very disappointing experience to say the least. I will NOT return for any car repairs, oil changes, nor would I buy a new car from this dealership.
We called to schedule an appointment after 5pm, because we were coming from over two hours away, the manager informed us they do not like to schedule after 3:30 on days they close at 6pm. We instead had to take off work and miss class to make the trip to Ganley.The vehicle was as-advertised and our salesman, Ryan, was very good. The manager initially wrote up an offer that was higher than the price on their website and stated they could not go any lower. We questioned this price increase and only after providing documentation of the price difference, the manager agreed to match their former price but refused to negotiate. The manager even stated he would not honor their advertised price the next day… Take it or leave it. He was adamant that Ganley would lose money on this sale. He must’ve assumed we are incredibly naïve to believe they would lose money on a fair priced vehicle.We eventually did purchase the CPO vehicle. When we took possession we were given only one key and ¼ tank of gas. We are happy with the vehicle but the overall experience at Ganley was below average.
I would recommend buying from Ganley Buick although I was not happy with the offer they gave me for my trade-in. They offered me $1,500.00 less than KBB. I included the reasons they mentioned for a lower price when I looked up the value myself excluding brakes and I know pads and rotors at cost plus flat rate dont cost that much. However, the vehicle did have 150,000 miles and I doubt they are going to get for it what they offered me so fair is fair I guess, I cant be too greedy. I would highly recommend Liana for a sales rep. She was not pushy at all, answered all my questions without having to ask someone else and she backed up everything she said to me with documents or other sources for proof. We emailed for a couple weeks prior to my purchasing the vehicle and all she did was answer my questions. She never used the opportunity to try and push me into the deal, go there in person to make it harder to say no or anything else. Their finance rep, Amber, was amazing too. Very personable, understood my concerns and not only listened but addressed them to both our satisfaction. She was not pushy either. The two made me feel like I was buying a car from someone who was more happy making sure I got what I wanted than commission. Ive had over 20 cars so this was not my first time at a dealership plus I had worked at several dealerships before and am familiar with some of the tactics. I didnt feel they tried to hide anything and were upfront the entire time. I didnt see any hidden fees, bumped up costs or overly high percentages to try and squeeze a few more dollars for themselves. I drove from Pittsburgh for the vehicle I purchased and they had the best deal for the options I wanted. Looking at other cars there and they were all similarly priced below KBB. The trip was well worth it but Im originally from the area so I was already aware of the dealerships good reputation. I dont trust easily and I rarely give recommendations as its the trust to those I give it to that suffers. Lianaand Amber have ensured I will recommend them in the future.

After searching for a new car for about a month, and having spent 4 and a half hours at a dealership the day before and ending up with nothing I didnt have a lot of hope. Ganley was going to be my last resort and I drove in on a last minute decision. Im so happy that I did! I came in with a less than ideal situation and every other dealership just made me feel like I was going to be stuck with a very high car payment for a car I didnt want. At Ganley, everyone was so nice, friendly, and helpful, especially Tony. It was so easy to work with him, I finally felt like someone was actually willing to help me get a car I could be happy with in my price range. Im so happy to say they did! I got the car I wanted and a payment that was less than what I thought was possible. The whole process down to signing the paperwork and getting the keys was stress free and it felt like I had known everyone there forever. I absolutely LOVE my car! When its time for my husband to get a new car, you will be our first choice! I cant say thank you enough, I will forever recommend your dealership!!

My husband and I were traveling 6 hours from New Jersey and 5 miles before we hit Strongsville my tire pressure light came on showing only 24 lbs. left in my back tire! And it was pouring down cats and dogs!! We were trying to find a gas station to fix the tire but found Ganley GMC and with only 10 lbs. of air left we had no choice but to pull in!! Thank God for Ganley! They were the miracle we were praying for! They were so accommodating and kind and couldn’t be nicer! They fixed the tire (it had a shard of metal in it) and we were on our way in a matter of minutes! I honestly can’t say enough about my experience there! Submitted an online financing application for a used GMC Terrain, Kevin called me once and then disappeared. Called him and left him a voicemail, no call back. Few days later I got an email from Joe G, the GM, with a phone number and I texted him and got NO RESPONSE. Went to another dealership and purchased a vehicle, I shouldn’t have to chase you down to do business with you.Update: Since Joe is pretending that he’s never contacted me to try and save face, I have updated the review with a copy of the email I was sent. These guys are horrible, please don’t do business with them.

Initial service for my Buick Enclave. Drop off was flawless. I felt safe from a COVID-19 standpoint. Everyone wore masks and there was a minimum of contact.Same experience picking up. Since the initial service was free I did not have to go to cashier window.Also r was washed as part of the service.Overall a great experience.

On May 26th. I had a oil change, tires rotated and a cabin air cleaner replaced. Car still smelled a little musty so I looked for the problem. The problem I found was that I was charged parts and labor for the cabin filter replacement and it was never done. Still had the original filter that my car was built with.Went back up to the dealer on July 6th. to get a refund for work not done. I told John the service manager about what I found and gave him the cabin filter that was supposed to be changed. He refunded me the cost for the filter and labor to install. I told him that I was not sure that the oil was changed and tires rotated. He said he could understand my feeling that way. I was charged for the oil change and tires rotated and not told for sure that it was done. I have used Ganley Buick for 3 years and now have concerns if past work was done at all.I just gave them a good rating on the last survey and now to find out the I was charged for work not done. Very disappointed in Ganley Buick. ( That is the reason I use G.M. dealerships instead of independents so this sort of thing would not happen.) Still do not know if oil was ever changed and tires rotated which I paid for. UNEXCEPTABLE!

Couple things that turned me off. We always went here to get our oil changed. When they claimed they rotated tires they always put the same tire tried. Well we went to another dealership this time and said we needed new tires. What! Our papers show we still have good tire tried left. Well obviously they never changed the numbers In the system or never rotated them. So we are not real happy. Then we had a windshield replaced and they scratched the hood looking out from the inside.
All I can say is I love my new Buick encore . Johnny was a great salesman really worked with me with what I was looking for, It rides so smooth.. Its the perfect size for me. At 58 I finally got a great vehicle, thank you again to everyone especially you Johnny,, its great in every way,,

I had my engine light on, so after going to another auto mechanic first and getting a diagnostic I had to go to a GMC dealer on 11/13/2020. They didn’t even want to see the other diagnostic, and all the paperwork I have brought with me. I understand that they run their own diagnostics but at least take a look. After learning that some wiring was damaged due to rodents chewing at the harnesses, I got a quote that it would roughly be $555.00, so I agreed, I understand that was without taxes but my bill was almost 640.00, ouch. It was a quick turnaround and was able to get my truck next day. Talked to the manager and he indicated that there was a shop fee and it’s normal to put this on. But I let him know that this was not indicated to me in the cost nor discussed to me that this was going to be added, they did remove the charge. Next time put it all in writing and explain each charge. I know that there are new people there and I understand that too, People there were very nice and helpful.
Great customer service. I hope that it continues after my warranty expires in 1,000 miles. Hazards still and never have worked.
