My dad and I were traveling out of state when he suddenly needed to purchase new tires. We bought tires, but then needed an alignment before we could get back on the road. We contacted Rad Air and they got us in immediately and completed the alignment. They even helped us out with transportation so we could go get something to eat while they did the alignment. Excellent customer service, great service on the car, and overall friendly and wonderful service. I highly recommend this business establishment.

There is a repair shop thats a national chain here that treats women like dumb money bags. NOT RADAIR! They explained every step. Took me under the car. Gave me updates. After breaking down a day after a holiday weekend we were very fortunate that Rad Air was available and able to get to my car to get us back on the road. I totally understand that things were backed up and was pleased that they got to it, however I did feel quite anxious the whole day not knowing how it was going or if it would be done, which is kind of frustrating when displaced from my travel plans and uncertain about lodging etc.

One of the best experiences Ive ever had having work done to my vehicle, I am very particular about who works on my vehicles, Dan was very friendly and knowledgeable and explained the issues I had with my car and what they were going to do to correct them, I will definitely use Rad Air in the future and will recommend them to my friends.

Im pleased with the service I received from RadAir Car Care and Tire Center. The ease of scheduling an appointment was apparent, the front counter personnel were courteous and my repair was done in a timely fashion. The day my car was fixed I noticed how busy the staff seemed to be, and I had no trouble getting my car repaired and back home within a few hours. Mike and his team were great. I came in for a tire leak and questionable leaks on other tires. Got set up with a new set and an alignment. Car feels great.

The owner (Mike) was nice, the prices were not cheap but not overly expensive, and the quality of work seemed good.The reason I only gave 2 stars is because the woman at the front counter randomly asked if I lived in a trailer park, which I thought was really rude.I probably wouldn’t come back if I didn’t have the warranties they offered.

The prices are a little steep but the work is great and the people are friendly. Best place Ive taken my car in the area.

Update8-22 my first experience was not a bad one as the second half of this review says however my second experience was absolutely horrible long story short I went to get new tires because that is what they suggested I do approximately 2 to 3 weeks after getting the new tires the back one kept going almost flat I was having to fill it every day at this point I called took it in they said it was a bad valve and it would have to be replaced again for $100 well I didnt have the money so I didnt do it now the front tire is doing the exact same thing bad valve also? Ive had two mechanics tell me that this should have been caught when they did the tires they want me to come in and pay $200 approximately to fix a problem that shouldnt have even occurred and and to add insult to injury they werent very nice about it either

I am new to Strongsville and brought my car to Rad Air after it failed the echeck since the check engine light was on. Mike and Dan at RadAir did a great job diagnosing my car and fixing the problems in my car. They had it ready quick. They were wonderful to work with and I was glad to be back on the road. Passed the echeck today and updated my plates. It’s hard for me to find an auto mechanic I trust. I will be returning to RadAir.

Had a tire blow on the highway. Had to stop by town on my way to NY. Stopped by rad air and although they did not have the correct tire in stores they were able to get it within a few hours. Due to me being in a rush, they suggested several other stores in the area to get a quicker fix, which I was able to get.Amazing help and extremely thankful for the service and advice!!

Ive been using this location since 2015 - nearly 100,000 miles ago - when I tired of paying dealership prices. Mike never fails to accommodate me with a loaner and reasonably-priced, timely, professional work. When I cant do the job myself, I call Mike.

We took our car in today for an overall inspection. Mike and Dan took very good care of us. They both worked together to get us in quickly-so that we could have it inspected before making decision to buy. Their team spent a lot of time checking over the vehicle and went into great detail regarding their findings! The lobby was clean and very accommodating for myself and a baby. Absolutely superb!!! Walked in with an oil change emergency because I didn’t realize I was on 1%. The team was able to get my car in right away and have me back on the road within 25 minutes. The gentlemen was so kind when ringing me out, he applied their mailer coupon to my invoice. It was very much appreciated! They even give you a bag of cookies as a thank you when you’re leaving :) Highly recommend them! I will definitely be coming back here.

My Cadillac has been driving me crazy, she feel like she was stalling and the brakes were always acting like I was in a slide. I called A Cadillac dealership and told them what was going on and they acted like they’ve never heard of such a thing. Never ever do business with this scumbag .Brought a condenser in for repair needs adaptor to make high pressure line screw on again was stripped and had to heat off . The owner said because I brought it in 3 weeks ago and didnt come back to pick up they scrapped it nor will he pay for it nor did he do business with me. He refused to compensate for loss and told me he wont pay.

We brought our 2014 Camry in. This was our first experience with this location. Mike went out of his way to get me in when it was convenient for me and went above and beyond to make sure the repairs were completed, completed on time and that I stayed fully informed. Even when I had questions after leaving he made me a priority. As a former mechanic I can tell you they ate trustworthy, reliable, and most of all of high quality. Highly recommended.

Had coupon for Synthetic Oil Change. They had all info on car. After putting it up on lift they tell me that my oil is another extra charge. Would have been helpful information when they took all the vehicle info prior to my appt. They found a nail in a tire that I told them had been leaking. He quotes me over $30 to patch it. I pull up NTB site with the price being over $10 cheaper for exact same service. Needless to say took my car back and got tire repaired for the considerably cheaper price. Never going back there. Get your price quote before they take your car in!!

And was told if the issue I was having was a simple diagnosis then I wouldn’t be charged for a diagnosis.Had major transmission problems that were read on codes and had to pay 109$ for a diagnosis that HE KNOWS NO ONE would fix.

Service was great and in a timely manner. I thought I needed new brakes but was told they were still good. They serviced my callipers for a fraction of a brake job. Will definitely go back when service is needed again.

I started hearing a strange sound on my way to work, and Rad-Air was the closest place I could take my car. They were able to take a look at my car and repair it that day (within 4-5 hrs), and even let me use a loaner car for free so I could get to work while they were working on the car. They also offered an oil change while they were working since they saw I was overdue, which saved me an extra trip to another place and time. My total cost was under $100 which was fairly priced, and much less than I feared... Im overall very happy with my experience here!

The mechanics here were very helpful fixed my car and did so in a reasonable price. That I would expect from any business, and would not have prompted me to write such a review. What was surprising and very welcomed was there additional considerations for my mobility issues and Oxygen dependence. They had a employee come out and jump start my car, leave the rental here, while he drove my car back to the service area and then all I had to do was go pick up the car when it was finished and return the rental. In addition when I went to pick up my car they allowed me to do most of the transaction within the rental or in my car and helped me into my car. All I can say is these folks mothers should be very proud of them, they truly were very helpful to me today.

It has been a few years now that I have been taking my cars to this place. So far so good. They do the job and if it does not suit me they make a right. I liked the fact also that they always have a rental car for me to use while I am getting my car Serviced

The manager of the Strongsville Rad Air did not give me all the information on the cost of the repairs on my vehicle. What I thought was going to be a $200 and some bill turned into a $400 bill. I was in shock because Mike had quoted me $200. I was so upset that I was crying and the manager Mike did nothing to calm me. The head mechanic worked with me and we resolved the problem. I recommend the mechanic Dan but not the manager Mike. Mike will lead you to believe one thing and do another,and then surprise you with a hefty bill.
