Was having issues with my blinkers not working. Unfortunately, his supplier didn’t have the parts. Still, when I came to get the vehicle he didn’t charge me for the diagnostic & I really I truly appreciate that. I found the parts on my own, brought it back in, and he got the blinkers working like new again! Definitely earned a new customer from here on out! Thank you!

My 10 year old car was making a very loud noise that sounded like it could be an exhaust issue. Nash explained that it was the heat shield and it was coming loose. He repaired it quickly at no cost! Thank you Nash!!

The staff behind the counter is knowledgeable and friendly, and the mechanics are great!When I take my car in for service theyll make suggestions about other issues I should be aware of - but they dont try to pressure me into getting the work done while they have the car on the lift like other places do!

I called on a Saturday and asked if they could change out my alternator that morning and they got me in immediately. They called me two hrs later and it was ready go. Very happy how fast they fixed my car. I recommend this place.

I hope others read this. Nash is truly out here saving lives. I had a bad starter, firestone told me $576 and that I needed other stuff as well. Nash got me the new starter all said and done for half that and on the road in two hours. If your looking for good service and a great local business to be part of their family, this is your place. My husband and I have been going to Nash for over a decade with many different cars over the years. He always delivers and gives excellent service, honest pricing and is the best mechanic in the whole area. We recently needed to take our family vehicle on a road trip to Fla. with our kids and we were having major issues with the car. Nash got the car in the shop and fixed it completely even earlier than we expected and we were able to make the road trip as scheduled. He really saved us! He is a tell-it-as-it-is kind of guy. He never tells you false info and is refreshingly honest which is really hard to find in a mechanic especially when your a woman going to get a repair estimate on your own. He is a real straight shooter. I dont feel like Im getting ripped off or given a lot of incorrect info to jack up the cost of the car repair like with other mechanics. My husband and I go nowhere else. He is the best in the business-an excellent mechanic and a super nice guy too.

Fair, honest and went the extra step!I was visiting the area traveling from Cincinnati. I stopped in on a Saturday morning due to an unusual noise. Nash, the owner, quickly checked things out and determined what I had already surmised myself and that it was not drive-able, especially back to Cincinnati. I was pleased Nash gave me options to consider. Most of the big guys and dealers tend not to do this. Anyhow, we agreed on the service and he promised to get me on the road by close of business so that I could get home.I got back to Cincinnati, and checked in with my mechanic who verified the correct repair had been done, and he confirmed the price was extremely fair.So, if youre in the Strongsville area, looking for a good work, at a fair price and a mechanic you can trust, give Nash a call. I highly recommend taking your car here! They were able to fit me in during the holiday weekend and were extremely friendly. They took the time to show me exactly what was wrong with my vehicle and fixed what was necessary. It is difficult to find people to repair your vehicle without trying to take advantage of you. Nash was excellent in correcting an issue caused by the con artists at Firestone in Strongsville. Firestone botched an oil change and when oil light came on right after they wouldnt admit they caused it and quoted me $1200 for random work that wasnt relevant. Nash took a look at my car and found the problem in 2 minutes, and was fair and honest. I will take my car to Strongsville Auto from now on!! Boycott Firestone, they are shady as hell!!

I own a 2012 Ford Fusion that had a persistent knocking sound when I traveled over bumps at a slow speed. Took it to Mr. Tire, and was told by the manager that all cars with my mileage make sounds like that. This is the place in Cleveland where you know your service mechanics are telling the truth, not over inflating the problem, mindful of costs and being thorough as well.
