The sales person, Steven, was knowledgeable and just the right level of helpful. Not pushy, providing useful information, answering questions. Wing just the “right level of helpful” is a sales art.

Went to the Strongsville location looking for a queen size mattress for my husband and I and a full size mattress for our daughter. Amber greeted us and walked us through the whole process of picking the perfect mattresses. She was very knowledgeable and so helpful. It was a very pleasant experience and we highly recommend this location for anyone looking to purchase a new bed.

It was great wasnt sure what to get and the salesman whose name is George had us try the hybrids and the tempurpedic. My husband who is disabled fell in love with the tempurpedic mattress and because of his disability the salesman asked what the problem was and when we explained the issue he recommended the proper adjustable frame for us. We will definitely be telling our friends and family about our wonderful experience.

I was looking for a bed that I tried in a different state... the manager Ken went over everything... how I cant get the same mattress here, why, what the difference is in the mattress I looked at to the ones I can get here, and much much more. He was so knowledgeable and friendly I purchased my new bed and would recommend anyone looking for a bed to talk to Ken before buying and compare his info to other stores info.I was very impressed. Even over the other 2 stores I had visited before his... his knowledge on not just the bed I was looking at but about others that may work was much more than any of the other sales people knew. Ken knows everything about beds, I didnt even end up buying nothing (We got a refund for our warranty on our old bed and had to use it at that store) but i swear that boy all there is to know about mattresses. Ill be back!

After a very bad experience at Mattress Warehouse, my husband was reluctant to continue to shop for a new mattress. After making a compromise I got him to go into this Mattress Firm. The store was 5 min from closing so we didnt expect much. We were mistaken. The salesman (Jody) was extremely patient, very knowledgeable, and went out of his way to get us exactly what we wanted. He gave us an amazing deal! I will never go back to a Mattress Warehouse again!

Ken the manager of the store took care of us. The manager assured my mother in law that she had 4 months to try out the mattress. After the a couple of nights my mother in law could not sleep on the mattress and wanted another brand which they did not carry. My mother in law purchased from Levin and is awaiting mattress firm to pick up their mattress. I went over all this with the manager and he assured me they would be their to pick up the mattress but she had to wait 21 days per company policy. The only thing he was going to charge her for was a $69 picknup fee. Her new mattress from Levin is being delivered this weekend but she still has to wait additional days for Mattress Firm to pick up their product. This is the only negative as they know already that she has purchased another mattress and it would have been nice for them to pick this one up sooner.

We worked with Tish and she was awesome. The mattress is amazing and their financing program makes everything much easier. Recommended.

I do not recommend buying from mattress firm. I placed an order at one location but live closer to another location, where they would deliver my mattress from and was told this wouldnt be an issue. When the day of delivery came, I received both an automated call and an email saying when the delivery arrived, which were both accurate. However, the men arrived rang my bell, and promptly left even though I buzzed them up. If it had not worked, they could have buzzed again or called me but instead they left. I called the location rhey were coming from and was told they were still on their way. An hour later, I called again and was guaranteed I would have my bed that day. Turns out, guarantees dont mean much because I didnt get my mattress. An hour after that I called the location where I ordered it, and they said I had a complex buzzer system (which is a button with my name next to it) and she would figure out when they could redeliver it. TWO HOURS after that I had to call back to be told it wouldnt be delivered until next week! I called mattress firm FOUR TIMES today and was assured every time it would be coming or taken care of and yet here I am with no mattress. Their customer service is astoundingly bad. DONT SHOP HERE
