Just got the mattress today, but we went in with an idea of what we wanted and doing all of our research, but we really shopped around for the place with the best reviews and the best price for what it was, and we went out to the Parma location, where they had the Nectar mattress in stock, filled out some paperwork, and left. Joey was great about answering my questions during off-hours, which was awesome, and then his dad helped us out during the actual purchase today. I LOVE that we got to get the big-name mattress we wanted from a family-owned local business at an even better price than they were offering online, AND we got it right away. Great experience, great customer service, definitely recommend! 👏

They had the most comfortable mattress of my whole life. The gal here Karen takes her time with the customers & splits her attentions fairly, not pushy in the slightest, very knowledgeable, answered all questions, knew all the specs (only when we liked one enough to ask!) AND left us alone to decide! I asked if I could take her picture & she said okay! 10/10 would recommend.

They were great people, have a great selection of mattresses & furniture, they actually know what they are talking about and overall have the best pricing for all the mattresses out there. Got a super comfortable plush king size bed with completely adjustable bed frame with all the bells and whistles and it even has lights under it and usb ports in it and the best part of it all it was the best price around. We love this place! My husband and I bought a mattress for our guest room. Joey Sr was super helpful and even helped me load it up onto my car. We decided we wanted to upgrade our mattress, and both Joey Jr and Sr were really accommodating. If you’re ever not sure what size bed you need, leave the plastic on it for a week until you know!!! I stopped by all the way from Akron to check out the nectar mattress. Rock & Roll City Mattress is the only store in the area that I could find that offered the nectar. In store, Karen, was extremely friendly and helpful. She didn’t make me feel pressured at all and let me try out the nectar. She also showed me a few comparable mattresses that she recommended. I ended up purchasing a Brooklyn Bedding mattress within half an hour of my visit. I was very pleased with Karen’s help and efficiency of this store. I would strongly recommend stopping in for your next mattress or just to try out different mattresses before your next purchase since they have a variety that most stores don’t offer
