Very nice set up for their stores and they carry a wide variety of different items for various types of popular tv show and movie franchises. They also have a pleasant staff that is willing to work with you if you need help finding something. I am a regular customer here and I hope that offer much more in the future and I think that their company is moving in that direction.

First time in the store and I really liked it! They had unique gifts and the best part is that they donate lunches with purchases!!

The only place I was able to find Konosuba merch. Have a fantastic selection of demon slayer merch too. 10/10 would buy megumin explosion tshirt again.

Great Store! It reminded me of a more clean, family friendly and nostalgic version of Hot Topic. There are tons of novelty Items to look at that you can easily spend 30-45 minutes wandering around this small store. It seems a little pricey, but if you go to their online store you can find many if the items on sale.

You can pretty much find one thing or another that you would just love to have. Love the Avatar tees that Ive purchased.

Me and my mom were buying a Christmas present for my dad we were at the car we are at the cash register checking out just one employee said to us do you want to donate and then my mom slightly said no and then the lady said to us oh youre not feeding kids in America and my mom said no thank you and she said, your purchase was for your purchase fed for children if you did this if you date my mom said no we dont want it and then the lady sent to well every time you shop here well just keep bugging you about it I was on the verge of saying no you wont terrible terrible staff one lady was very nice to us and helped us but other than that get better staff please

Great deals usually on great clothes. They have the best button ups for my toddler. Constant compliments on his shirts all the time.

Awesome store with awesome merchandise. Perfect for any person who loves to be nostalgic. Its just very tight and somewhat hard to navigate through. Very hard with any kind of stroller or wheelchair. Prices are quite high but a portion does go to a good cause. Employees are okay. You either end up with someone super helpful and nice or shy and standoffish. Just depends on the day. Not someplace I would shop regularly but once in awhile its nice.

I absolutely love this store! Every time i go in there is always a smiling face waiting to help me if i need anything. The items in the store are always neatly organized and easy to find. There is always a worker by the name of Juli that is so full of energy and willing to help anywhere she is needed. She greets customers, helps get more into the store, and is just so sweet to everyone.

Not only is BoxLunch the coolest store in the Mall, but the staff here are always so friendly (and ready to nerd out at any given moment). The store is always clean and organized and guests are greeted as soon as they enter. Great job!

Great memorabilia place. A little bit of everything

Great store for finding every collectable marketing merchandise item that you grew up with. Products rotate on a regular basis. Everything is a reproduced item and is not original so dont expect to find the the original 1000 dollar scooby doo coffee mug here. You can relive your child hood TV and film watching memories here. Store is a little pricey but you can find sales deals here occasionally. Well worth the time to stop in and check this store out.

Box Lunch is essentially Hot Topic for us 90s babies. They have a big selection of retro clothes and knick knacks from the depths of your childhood memories. Downside is the clothes in store stop at 2xl so if your like me and bigger your out of luck. They do have a lot of cool stuff though.

They are wonderful and trendy toward the many venues of entertainment. Sort of like Hot Topic. And a bit pricey. Harry Potter, Riverdale, lots of different animes, and so much more.

When I say disappointing customer service, I dont mean by the individual employees hired for customer service or retail reasons, they are just following the guidelines that are cascaded down from their leadership teams. The issue is the way that the companys leadership chooses to treat their customers.I already knew before ordering with this company that they had a faulty online ordering system. Im not the first person that I know who has been affected by it. What I was surprised by was that my request to see why they canceled my order was greeted with an accusation that I was attempting to hack their system and that I am now banned from ordering online. Dont worry though, they will happily still accept my money in any physical location.I will, of course, not be shopping in any location or online with any piece of this company again. A word of advice to hot topic, you may want to add a disclaimer into your emails with your customers that if they have reason to believe these actions were not taken by them, that they could reach out to your support team. Now I am questioning the security of my personal information with your point of sale systems, and your integrity as a company because I am sure this is not the first youve had an issue like this.
