Terrible experience, probably a scam. Staff knew nothing about jewelry, gold, or diamonds. Weighed a diamond ring and offered the gold weight value of less than $100 for a diamond ring appraised at over $2,800. DO NOT trust these people.

Very friendly staff and Great prices on jewelry repairs, havent found cheaper anywhere else. My only reason for 4 stars is that I get off work at 5pm and they close at 5:30pm so having to rush to get there is a bit tough, wish they stayed open till 7pm or at the least 6pm.

Carolina did a great job today helping fix a old piece of jewelry as usual. They are always giving great service, friendly and standing behind what they sell. That is why we have been shopping there for a long time.
