So nice to go to a place that has actual solutions for boats. Reinforces my opinion that West Marine is cloder to a clothing store that sells some marine parts.

Friendly mostly knowledgeable staff. Catalog has just about everything. Store is full of boat parts, if not in stock they normally will order for next day.

An extremely well stocked boaters supply store. Sales associates are friendly helpful and knowledgeable.

This is, and always has been a great Marine Store. Ive been shopping at BOW for 20 plus years, at their Riviera Beach store, and now at their Stuart store. Same great inventory and staff.

Couldnt shake the employees. They were helpful and seemed very knowledgeable in the store and had the answers for me.

This is a marine facility. No clothing apparel. Store is orderly. Personnel are knowledgeable and friendly. Their special order staff have many years experience. I would only go this store in the future.

Awesome brand new location in Stuart! They have a huge selection of marine related gear and supplies at discounted prices. If you live on the Treasure Coast and own a boat, a dock, or like to fish, they have it all.

Big selection of stuff and friendly staff but dont try to special order anything. I always shop local but they tried to pass their cost of doing business onto me. I was told to order a product i would have to pay an extra $10 charge PLUS SHIPPING because it didnt meet the suppliers minimum order. Not my problem and I shouldnt have to pay extra to buy locally. If you dont want to or cannot order just say that and Ill go online since the same parts order online for less anyway.

Great service - Glen helped me find parts to fix a water line fitting and showed me how to do what I needed for the fix.

Nice store fair prices. I bought a starter for my yamaha 150 turns out I didnt need it. Tried to return the next day. They would not take it back had some marking on the spline were it meets the flywheel. Shopped prices afterwards I ended up paying over double what the starter sold for elsewhere. Live and learn I will never return.

This place is crawling with bugs ... The staff is always on their phones and playing around doing nothing .. Everytime I walk in it’s always a desert 🌵 . The rude staff doesn’t make it any better for making the only 10 customers they have to come back .. Will be going out of business soon I’m sure of it
