When you enter go over tracks go to stop sign and see a gray temp building on right side of street. Go to right side of that temp gray building to second window. Turn off engine and do as instructed. There is another business on right hand side stay to left down Richland on left.

Very slow and disorganized can barely get assistance on anything

If you are picking up a load of rice, turn off of N Park Ave onto E Harrison St. Go straight into the facility until you see a trailer on the right in a gravel lot that says check in here. Be patient, not the speediest people in the world and this place can be confusing.

They kept adding stops to my load while I was there I’m not sure if it was their fault or the broker but I was there for two hours and still wasn’t checked in so I left

For my first time things seemed to move pretty quick in there,....but it took me awhile to find dock 14 cause the girl wasnt clear on exactly where it was. There was a train blocking the docks, so I could see them. If I was given exact directions would have been NO problem. Girls are cute....guys are pretty cool.

Make sure your truck is clean inside outside 2 that will help cuz they will deny you and your seal around the door needs to be intact

Love loading out here. They have parking available. Seems like its first come first serve. Very friendly staff at both buildings.

Not bad. Takes quite awhile to get trucks loaded.

Clean rest room area, with a nice breakroom. Co-workers help each other when problems arise.

Checkin personnel are nice. Checked in at noon with a 1745 load appointment. I was loaded with bol in hand by 1820.

If the check in wench would get the hail off her cell phone I might have gotten through in 20 mins. Dock people seem to have it together, but then I was only getting one plt. Plenty of places to park over night.

Was here for pu at night, there is no sign to show you where is shipping ! Huge plant with no signs. Loading took 3 hours.

My loading time wz at 1315 hrs I wz here for 8.5 hrs before they put me in door better bring lunch supper and breakfast when coming here and plan on being late for delivery
