I visited this store twice. (My usual go to auto store closes fairly early. ) Nevertheless, the customer service was excellent. They tested my starter for me & helped me out very quickly. I enjoyed my experience.

I got there right as they were opening. As soon as I walked in, they asked if I needed help finding anything, but I knew what I was looking for. I appreciate when I walk into a parts store and they ask of you need help.At a rival store, we were trained that the phone was always more important, because the person that walked in is already there and going to be giving you their money. Always rubbed me the wrong way.But anyway, I found what I went for, the store was clean, well stocked and had tables keeping you and the salesperson 6ft apart. Will definitely continue to go here over the rival 👍

Ive been in there a multitude of times at this point to grab odds and ends for my car and every single time the lady behind the counter helps me find my item and Im out the door.

Excellent customer service. Got all new wiper blades, and of course while in the store they offered to put them on if I needed help. I assumed I didnt so I declined and I went to put them on myself. After a couple minutes the guy that helped me came outside for a break and again offered me help. I declined, but he knew I could really use a hand. So as it STARTED TO RAIN he very quickly removed the old wiper blades, and put the new ones on, showing me each time the steps he was taking. This will definitely be my go to for any automotive needs in the future.

Had a great experience at this store today. I asked them to replace all my wipers, front and rear, and they did so cheerfully and professionally. Although it was my first trip inside this particular store...it wont be my last!

Convenient, close to downtown. Has most everything one requires except tires.Staff tries but too often end up talking away the day with a friendly prospect so customers may go waiting due to intensity of private conversation.Staff managers do a much better job, able to multi-task working with more than one customer as need dictates.Overall Im glad I know where to find many items I use regularly, all I need from staff generally is to check out.Ill go there and make it a quick trip which is nice during my busy season.

My daughters car broke down. I cleaned the terminals and decided that it may be the alternator. We went to Auto Zone because it is closer. I went to Advance auto for a battery and I bought a battery but my computer in my car didnt reset. The guy I had was a kid and the other staff and managers was standing around smoking cigs not helping at all. The guy was looking up everything on his phone. I asked him to check the engine and his reply was the engine light was not on. I left very discussed and I probably will never go back. I prefer AutoZone or O Reillys. At least they would take the opportunity to look at the problem before selling me something that does not work.

Didnt have what I needed (some aluminum brazing rods to repair an automotive radiator)

I would give it 5 stars but an employee tried to charge me $25 to install a battery I bought from the store. There was a sign that clearly stated FREE INSTALLATION!!!

Well it would be five two nights ago I went there for a battery check cause I had to repeatedly be jumped last few days and wanted to get my battery checked and get one if need be. Guy trys to check it but connection was messing up and he couldnt figure it out so he sends me to auto zone ( turns out the connection was loose which he didnt catch) auto zone did the same and sent me back to advance. I go in and ask to buy a battery and have it installed and was told that they dont do it when it is an hr til closing. I got fed up went to walmart to buy a self jumper. Good thing cause my battery died the next morning. So back to advance where it was a whole different experience. I was able to get a battery and the staff that morning was wonderful and friendly.
