Awesome people hands down. Excellent knowledge. Love going here. Wish they had the parts i need or parts of higher end. Think auto zone is a great place for basic and some mid level maintenance. If your looking for performance may want to shop elsewhere.

My A/C stop working in my Suburban today when I was in Suffolk. So I stop into Auto Zone and the parts manager Matthew was a tremendous help from helping me figure out what was wrong with the a/c to even helping me install it . I wish I lived closer because its hard to find GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE these days . Thanks Again

Went in looking for some wiring and crimpers, an AutoZone associate helped me to get everything I needed.

I thought my headlight was out on my wife’s car. Tara one of the people at the AutoZone on Bridge Road was nice enough to come out and fix the wire so I didn’t even need to buy a new headlight. Thank you Tara for giving such a great customer service

I had a bad battery and Tara, the store manager, checked my alternator and battery and got me back on the road within minutes! She was fast, friendly and helpful! Great service!

My experience a couple days ago was SO much better than today, but based on that first day I would go back! The guy today was pretty passive/uninterested in helping but I figured it out. Check them out hopefully you will have a good experience with quality merchandise and good customer service

Do yourself a favor and don’t purchase parts from this location. I paid for a part over the phone, had it delivered to the store. I get to the store the next day to find out they supposedly cancelled the charge on my card that I had to make when placing the order for the part. I had to pay again at the time of picking up the part. The manager had written down that I was returning a part that I purchased from them? Not true by any means, my condenser was stock. Lo and behold I get home, pull out the parts and find that they sold me the wrong part. Seriously? Get it together. Hire some quality people that actually know something about cars and not just anyone that applies. I would let this go, but I purchased a master brake cylinder from them back in 2014 and they pulled the same stunt and sold me the wrong part. I had to get a ride up to their store because my car was ripped apart. I’ll be taking my business to a reputable auto shop and not this garbage place again.

This place is great. Came in with a broken hose for my windshield fluid and instead of selling me an entire kit. They sold me something at a fraction of the price to fix it. I will continue to shop here for this very reason. Good, knowledgeable and friendly staff every time i go there.

Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Knew how to help me with my problem and get me back on the road quickly. They came out into the hot weather to do the service and Ill definitely return if I need additional help.

Very helpful and pleasant. I bought an item, couldnt get it on my van I took it back for a refund. When I told them why I was bringing it back the gentleman said let me see what I can do. He went to my van and put the item on for me. I was so excited because I really wanted it. Thank you again Auto Zone I am a happy woman.

Its a brand new store. They are still working out computer, staff, & store bugs. The staff was helpful with at least 1 veteran staff member. The prices are competitive. The store was very clean & very conveniently close to my neighborhood.

Not usually big on AutoZone, I prefer advance auto parts, but when I walked in here because it was the closest place to where I was working, Phil M. Was extremely helpful and very very friendly! He actually wanted to help me Unlike most AutoZone employees. Extremely happy with this AutoZone and would return.

I was perfectly happy with this store...it is right next to my house and I make frequent visits....but, I went to return a product and the female manager was unpleasant. Stated I did not buy from this particular auto zone and returning it would take away from payroll. Needless to say I will no longer use this auto zone.

They had what I needed but! Im a military veteran and because an item is on sale, I cant get my discount 🤔 Lowes always gives me my discount sale or not. Not sure if employee was misinformed or its a cooperate thing 😕. It will be companies like this that will say oh we appreciate our military NEGATIVE. Ive spent alot of money at this store because its closer, Im going back to Advance Auto. Its a little further but at least you can get the military % in store and 90% of time a greater discount if you buy online👏🏽.

I honestly really hate going into stores like this. Advanced auto, OReilly, Napa, and auto zone are pretty much the same things to me. The first time I went into this particular store, an employee named Michael helped me. A simple fix for a complicated problem. The second time I went in I asked for him personally to help me with a problem that I had with my LED lights. Not only did he help me solve the problem, he came out and helped me install the lights correctly in my car. From here on out, if I need to buy parts or help with my vehicle, Ill go to him. Its good to have someone such as him in the position hes in to help people who have car questions and issues. Im not saying that no one else in that store isnt capable of answering questions, Im simply saying that Id much rather deal with him because he made a very complicated situation in my mind a quick fix. Thanks once again Michael.

I Purchased a small electrical part while trying to troubleshoot some starting problems. Part didnt fix the issue, so I returned it to the store less than an hour later.Carlos, one of the managers, said to my face that the part I returned was not the original part that he sold to me. He then proceeded to bench test the part right in front of me (with Chris, the other manager), instead of giving me a refund. To their surprise, the part worked fine, and they realized that they were in the wrong. No apology from Carlos, and Chris had an Im sorry you feel that way mentality about it.The part was in pristine condition, and he had no grounds to accuse me of scamming them, in front of other customers, nonetheless. I should have been in and out in 2-3 minutes with my refund, but instead they held me up for over 15 minutes trying to accuse me of pulling a fast one and giving them an old part.I might come back here once in a blue moon to dump my oil out of convenience, but they will not see another cent from me. They have way too much competition in the area (Advance, OReillys, etc.) to be treating customers like common thieves.

The people in the auto zone on Bridge Rd. Really helped me out. It was pouring rain. They didnt have a 2003 battery in stock. My old dead battery was caroded (like welded) to the cables. They had me a new battery, rplaced it for me. I was on my way in 45 minutes. Wow!!
