RNR did my lift and customer service was absolutely outstanding! Dustin was wonderful and kept me updated and with pictures too on how putting the lift on was going!The reviews on here are accurate and I wouldn’t want to take any of my vehicles any where else. Right before a road trip I realized I had a nail in my tire that required immediate attention on the 4th of July. While all of the other local tire repair shops were closed I was very shocked to see RNR was open for business. I went in for a quote and was told they would repair my tire for FREE! Ive never had any previous service there nor had I ever purchased any tires from them. Lisa and the on duty staff were very nice, and I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. A very customer service friendly group of folks!

RNR Tires in Suffolk is the absolute best! I went in for a scheduled alignment on my car and was greeted by Mike. Mike was personable, kind, and has a wonderful sense of humor. I felt like my choice to do business with them was wanted and appreciated. Unfortunately, I have been to other shops where you are just another customer paying for a service, but I felt welcomed by Mike from the time I walked in the door to when I left. Came in two months ago to get a tire plugged. It’s was free even though I hadn’t bought the tire from them. You just don’t see that happen very often.Flash forward to now and partially because of that experience, and partially due to their competitive pricing and excellent customer service (thanks Lisa!) My experience here was great!!!! I went in picked out the rims and tires, and everything was done the same day!!!!!! It literally took no more than 5 hours. Lisa was sooo cool and helpful and also straightforward!!! I appreciated it all!! The staff seemed friendly, but was unable to help me with a screw in my tire. I have a Tesla, and they said they were unable to lift it without Tesla jack pucks. After speaking to the Tesla service center I was told Tesla does not make or use jack plugs. I told the guy working the counter, but was told it was their companys policy. Seems like a poor decision to have a company policy that is contrary to the manufacturer.

Took a little while to get me in. After looking at my tire they tried to fix my tire sensor first instead of just selling me the $100 part. Most places try to push the parts and they didnt which I think is great customer service.

I only had about 10,000 miles on my tiers when I got a flat. I took my tire into RNR met with Mike D and they repaired the tire. The best part was they did it for FREE!!! I had no idea they did this. Mike was awesome and I will be visiting them again for my new tires. I highly recommend going to RNR!

This was my second experience with RNR Suffolk. I was originally impressed with how they handled mounting and balancing my tires so I figured Id give them my business again to get an alignment. I just had a leveling kit put on my truck and I cant be anymore pleased. These guys were great. Came in last week and spoke to Mike D. and he explained the process, ordered the parts and scheduled a day for me to come in. Eddie T. did the install and it was perfect. If you have thought about getting a lift kit yourself, I highly recommend them.

RNR has great service. I had a leaky wheel and Christian patched up under 30 minutes. Mike the store manager was very polite and accommodating. The store is clean and well organized. They follow COVID restrictions and have hand sanitizer on deck. I HIGHLY recommend them in the future.

Got my mini aligned by Lance Isaacs and saying that the service was excellent is a huge understatement! He was extremely knowledgeable and got my car done in a timely manner. My mini has never driven straighter! I returned again and Lance sold me a beautiful set of falken tires that were absolutely perfect for my driving style and installed them. I’ve followed Lisa through multiple locations, with multiple vehicles, since 2015. She’s always made sure I get exactly what I need, I don’t have to deal with any extra paperwork or chatter, and I am out the door usually within an hour or so for initial install.

My wifes car had a slow leak in one of the tires. Id been adding air for a while, but it started getting worse. So, I called to see if I could get the van in same day. Danny was very accommodating and got the car in right away. Turned out she had a screw in the tire that was loosing air. The work was done very quickly and when I asked what I owed they said NOTHING. They do free flat repair. What an awesome shop. Great, friendly guys. Ive found a new place to take all my cars.

All I can say is the the guys are great . I was told by a competitor that my tire couldn’t be repaired, but they did it. In 30 minutes it was repaired and re-balanced and get this: IT WAS FREE!
