Great people who are working during this pandemic.

When I walked in looking for a cocoa butter stick, and hopefully some virgin olive oil.This young lady, whom turned out to be the Assistant Manager miss Theresa, offered her assistance upon noticing my lost look.She took me directly to the first item on my mental list.She asked if I needed anything more.I asked about extra virgin olive oil and she literally took me there.As it turns out shes the assistant manager and was actively working.Id like to give my kudos to Rite Aid for hiring her. Shes been most helpfull and is an asset to your business.

Currently, I have been waiting in line for a previously scheduled Covid test for over 40 minutes. I have used my lunch break to get this done and it is unfortunate that I will have to take additional time off from work due to Rite Aid’s lack of efficiency.I have taken covid tests at other Rite Aid locations and have never had to wait this long to test. I am not sure if there are staffing issues or anything, but I am extremely disappointed by lack of service I have received.

Sat in the drive through line for over an hour and a half.

The pharmacist department is TERRIBLE ! I called in a prescription the night before and it wasn’t even ready the next afternoon. At 12:22 The two pharmacist in there were just laughing and joking around when i came in there. The one filling my medicine was digging all in her scalp Up under her tracks then got the nerve to touch other medications. Very unprofessional and i would not recommend this pharmacy. The store part is well but the pharmacy is TERRIBLE and i will not be revisiting after this.
