Ran a diagnostic, then itemized the ticket to charge me for every possible part needing repair. Seemed like a gross waste of money to work on a car without actually checking the physical part needing replacing, especially since some of those parts were very recently replaced. It seemed very guess and check without having any true know how, and instead a reliance on what a program told them instead of any true experience. They were polite enough, just not a mechanic I would trust to not waste my money.

I stopped by just to get advice and to see what can I do and if they could help me and how much.I needed my head light put in, I actually had it in and could not snap it on I tried for several hours,Stoped by and they fixed it for me with no problem and I didn’t have to pay anything at all that was a blessing for me. It was about to get dark I had no idea what I was gonna do and I live 40 minutes away... I just want to say thanks .....

Loved their work and their services....they are very punctual and on point with their work i loved how they took care of me . i had my son with me and thought how will i ever get everything taken cars of plus get to my work .they serviced me when they told me theyd have everything ready and yes it got busy and i had to wait a few minutes or so but they entertained my little one with interaction and turned on the tv to what my son would like .like went beyond theyre way and was professional with it everything was clean as safety protocols go masked up go frontline workers . . and i was completely satisfied with my services so yes i will be and have been recommending them to my friends and family. . . i have been going to them for years. One word.... WOW!!My Mini Cooper Hardtop engine overheated and I could not figure out where to send it. The mechanic in my neighborhood said they don’t work on MINIs. But he did me a huge favor by recommending Aliana Autocare. Though the damage was extremely bad, but after their inspection, I simply approved the job. They are extremely honest and I can finally decide to get a new Mini or a BMW because I know whom to go to in times of car trouble. Two thumbs up

These guys are great! I had them do an oil change, replace a camshaft sensor, and replace the locks on my doors. They are all extremely friendly, and informative and timely. Most important, they are very reasonably priced and honest. As a female, I expect to get hoaxed going into any auto care place, but these guys were right on. They did an excellent job for a very good cost and even offered a ride for me to get to and from work while they would fix my car. I found my new favorite auto repair shop.

How are these guys getting.all these good reviews? I have tried to contact this business by phone for more than 48 hours. Their phone rings and no one picks up. I stopped by there ro have my car checked out for a check.engine light. They said they will call or text me with a quote, and the whole day, nobody called or sent a text to me and I cannot get them on the phone. I am at work till 6pm and they close at 6pm. What a horrible custimer service they have there. Very frustrating.

I really love this place! They were so very kind and affectionate. I came with my toddler and they gave him a toy car to play with. But the big winner was the view into the garage that they have in the waiting area and we could watch them working on the car. Everyone there seemed to genuinely enjoy their work. I have always been a little intimidated by auto shops but everyone at Aliana really made us feel welcomed and at ease. I actually had a good time waiting for my oil change. We will definitely be going back for any future car needs.

They were highly recommended to me by a friend when I had an axel break. They were very professional. Before ordering the parts, they told me the full cost of fixing the issue. Once the parts came in, which was 2 days later, they fixed my car. The supervisor wasnt happy with how the parts made my car sound even though my car was completely safe and whole again, so he ordered new parts and did the replacement again at no charge. The supervisor oversaw the project and took care of me and my car every step of the way. I have never come across a business that put in this much effort and with such amazing customer service! I appreciated being treated like family. I wont be taking my car anywhere else from now on!

Spent a long hot summer last year due to a/c not working and afraid of high prices that was quoted from other shops. The professionalism of service here at Aliana’s Auto Care superseded all expectations. I was given full explanation of steps that need to be taken in order to make proper informed decisions. In other words they didn’t just go for the most expensive and probably not needed thing to quote me. Very honest and so now my trust is won. And yay a/c blowing better than ever!

Thanksgiving weekend, 5 mins before roadtri, battery dead. Pouring rain cost me $100 to jump start with a TowFox. Then this place is open, and it was done within 20 mins. My dealership says it takes 2 hours to change a battery on Saturdays. Highly recommended to everyone.

After a long trip to my granny, I realized on my way back that my car tyres were out of alignment. Job was done on time and the supervisor went over every detail before they took my Lexus after the job was done. He also did a great job communicating with me, and pointed out a few other things I should be aware of without being pushy. Service work was high quality, under budget estimate and performed on schedule.Very professional group and will use them whenever I need service!

Absolutely amazing customer service. They took care of me right from the start. I walked in clueless and needing a second opinion after my previous service shop told me that the repair would be somewhere around $400. I waited in the lobby while the technicians did some diagnostic testing and I got to know it was nothing compared to what I was told previously. They fixed my issue and got me back on the road within an hour and at almost 80% less than the previous cost quote. Thank you so much to the front office staff for being so friendly and not taking advantage of the fact I’m a woman and new to the area. I definitely recommend this shop for all your car needs. Hopefully I don’t need any more services soon but if I do, I am coming straight here first! Again, thank you so much.

Dont worry about the name...they work on all cars. I visited them last when I had my Lexus and was very satisfied with their service. Its been almost 2 months since I sold my Toyota and bought a Chevy Corvette. I dropped in recently not knowing if they worked on this car. The staff was very busy, but was kind enough to fit me in and had me back on the road within the hour. As always, the team at Aliana Autocare is awesome and Im very happy to learn that they work on mostly all cars. I look forward to having them again as my all fix shop.

Our family only has one car so a blown-out tire is an urgent matter. I called Aliana Auto Care and they were very helpful. Ordered and had the tire at the shop within an hour plus had me out the door in time to pick up my kids from school. It is very comforting to have an auto shop we can count on. Wonderful service!

I recently had the opportunity to get my 2008 Volvo XC70 serviced and polished. They did a full service, checked every last inch of the car and even corrected an issue I had supposedly got fixed by another shop. They seem to have taken customer service to whole new level and they are definitely professionals with all types of cars.

Went to get an oil change, filter replaced plus alignment for my Jaguar F-Type S Convertible. They were awesome! I paid way less then what Ive been normally charged. After a week when I was going to the mall, my window wouldn’t roll up. So, I went to Aliana Autocare and they fixed it for FREE!! I noticed my coolant light was showing and that too was fixed without an issue. I would recommend them anytime!

Everyone is so helpful here. I had a nail go into my tyre while I was nearby and drove over and they repaired it within an hour. Great service and oil changes and offers. So courteous and attentive to my needs. Over the top service and go out of their way to be kind.

These guys treat me with complete respect and never tried to sell me anything I didnt need. Lots of points for them in my book!! Service was excellent on my vehicle! I love that you get an inspection with every oil change. They literally check everything!! Thankfully everything was ok! The shop is was visiting previously told me my tyres were worn and I need new ones immediately, which isnt true. They also didnt reset my system for the oil. Highly recommend Aliana Auto Care!!!

I had a pleasant experience with these guys. I went there to change two frontal wheel bearings for my Honda Accord. I dropped the car and they were good enough to give me a ride back home. After I got my car back, the abs light was on and off when I drove next day. I was scared and called them. They were very responsive and fixed that problem when I went there a few days later, this time they drove the car for 10 miles before they gave it to me to make sure the issue will not come back again. They also offered a free oil change due to the inconvenience. It has been two weeks since the car was repaired and I am still getting follow up calls from them. Very responsive auto repair shop!

I came to Aliana Autocare after my 2nd generation Toyota Prius was having battery problems. I called and asked if they were able to squeeze me in that same day, and sure enough the kind receptionist said they could. I was there in 10 minutes. I spoke to the owner about my car and my suspicions. I will say, as a young female, I am weary of car shops and being taken advantage of. After a quick diagnostic, it was in fact my battery and the owner had already requested said battery replacement. They were able to accommodate my need to have the replacement done in about 90 minutes, while I waited nearby at a coffee shop. The price was pretty close to estimates I had seen online, and I left as quickly as I came but very satisfied with my experience at this shop

I went there for Registration for my car Aamir was very professional, I was there may be 10 minutes and was done.

I rated this place 3 stars, cause I havent been there yet. But i called these guys to get a price on a alignment for my truck and they told me they didnt do alignments which is wierd since there is a sign on the outside of there building that says they do and also in there web site.

Took my bmw 645i for a full tuneup and guys at Aliana did an exceptional job. I’ll be back again!!
