I can’t say enough about the Service Advisor, Andy Garcia. I have been to this location several times for service to my vehicle, with today 5/13/21, being the most recent. On every visit Andy has shown the upmost professionalism in how he deals with his customers. Always pleasant, always helpful, always smiling and the most important has always been honest. I would highly recommend any one needing a real stand up Service Advisor who truly understands what customer service mean to go and see Andy Garcia. Thank you for being in the service industry.
First of all I would like to thank Alex and Brodrick for all their help, Great customer service, they kept me informed all the while the car was being repaired, and I was very pleased with the price, my grandson was so happy when we gave him the car today, again Thank you.
First time going to this dealership. I must say staff goes above and beyond to help me out. Very kind and generous people. I think her name was Margo but she is very professional. This will be the only dealership I will go for any of my acura needs. Very clean area also.
Made an appointment to have state inspection done. Got there 10 mins before my appointment time and was told I have to wait for 2.5 hours to have it ready. Asked them whats the point of the appointment of I am treated like a walk-in and the rep told me on a busy day it really doesnt matter if theres an appointment or not. The service center couldve contact me 30 mins before my appointment about the usual long wait time then I have the option to make a choice whether or not to keep the appointment or reschedule. Apparently, they dont really care about their customer as much as they say it. Avoid this dealership if you precious your time.
Ms. Margo Bearb was so sweet, and understanding please make sure you go to her. She made the entire process so easy going and effortless. She is really the best. Such an amazing woman.

Bad service tried to sell me extra service and didn’t honor the coupon because of that they said it’s for the other sterling McCall dealership even though coupon said coupon valid at Sterling McCall dealership. Disappointed

Snagged a $25 synthetic oil change coupon for Mother’s Day. Was originally going to be $75 for the oil change. Had to wait about 30 minutes or so but was worth the wait.
