Used these guys several times and the owner/manager is so knowledgeable and professional. They were honest in diagnosing my car andI didn’t have to worry about a “serpentine” belt issue. I wish there were more small mom and pops like this shop that were open on the weekends. Hint hint.

They took my left wheel off to look at my akle and they only tightened my wheel lock but all the other ones I could take off with my hand and they tried to say I need a power steering pump which was a lie and over priced for bad work

I needed tires for a cross country road trip. I came here because of the good reviews and left with a brand new set of 4.It was professional, clean and tidy. More importantly Moe was polite and professional.The bathroom was out of soap and kinda dirty, but I don’t think it was supposed to be for customers, so the fact that they let me use it was only seen as a courtesy.I will be coming back for oil changes and other work in the future, and will add a new review when I experience more.So far a good honest place that leaves a good impression.

Feeling Ripped Off! Brought my car in with a no start issue. Did some simple diagnostics (getting Spark, good Fuel Pressure etc.) prior to bringing it in, but could not identify the problem. They came back with a diagnosis of a bad Distributor AND Coil. I questioned this as I had already confirmed a good spark during my attempt to identify the issue, but approved the work as they are the Professionals. Picked up the car the next day and was immediately concerned. Idle setting was at 2500 RPMs and it seemed to be running a little rough. Drove the car no more than 1/4 mile before it died again. Same symptoms as before.Long story short, I again attempted to find the problem by checking the fault codes in the ECM. Turns out it was just a vacuum hose that had come unplugged from the MAP sensor. Plugged it back in and the car runs fine!No offer of compensation for this misdiagnosis and $800+ bill for things I didnt need in the first place, outside of an offer for a free diagnosis on my Next visit!?!Why would I want a free future diagnosis in light of the accuracy of this one??? Wont be back and would caution others to steer clear!!!

Good Guys Auto has been good to US. The only shop in Fairfield/Suisun area that well go to. The guys here are very professional and knowledgeable about every car we have ever brought them (and we have 6). I highly recommend them.

I have come here on two separate occasions. One for new brakes and rotors, and just recently due to my engine rumbling and causing my check engine light to come on. The guy that helped me today was Jeff. He helped clarify that a simple diagnostic check at Autozone or oReilly wont necessarily find all problems that a car has, or if it does, it doesnt point out what may potentially still cause it to come back up. He was very informative and friendly, and explained in full detail what was required. What was merely just needing a new temperature sensor from Autozone led to needing a new radiator hose kit, radiator cap, radiator, thermostat and thermostat gasket to replace due to wear and tear of having it run for over 140k miles. Just turning on the car and driving it sounds like my car from when it was still new. I greatly appreciate the service Jeff and the crew from Good Guys brought to helping me to getting my car back to running strong again, and I would certainly recommend their assistance and service if I need any more work done, or if anybody else in the area absolutely requires service to be done to their car. Thank you guys so much and hope you guys thrive even long after I leave this part of town in a couple of years.

I had an alignment performed on my vehicle by another business about 6 months ago, and things were definitely out of whack. My steering was pulling hard to one side and felt like something was loose. Al and his professional, friendly technicians took great care of my truck, and at a very competitive price. I was in and out quickly, the process and expected charges were explained in plain english, and my truck no longer feels like its trying to drive me into the ditch.I cant recommend them highly enough.

I called all the other places around the bay to put a TCM (Transmission Control Module) in a 2010 Mazda 5 and nobody could do it but good guys auto was able to do it and did a fantastic job I would recommend anybody that need their work done on their car to go to them. They are very legit on prices.

Came in with dier need of an oil change, Business was very busy and couldn’t accommodate until the next day. However, after checking my oil they saw my need was immediate and was able to make room for me sooner than expected in order to avoid engine damage..
