This was my second visit because I thought the first repair which was a second battery nobody discovered in two years. The owner scared me with thinking I may have to pay more for a diesel diagnostic...long story short the way Ive been starting the vehicle which has worked in the past I should be waiting longer due to the glow plugs. I was happy nothing else was wrong and I got to drive away. I only wish they welded, but I suppose you cant be an expert at everything. 😊

Ive been having problems with the battery on my Van for years. I was turned away by AAA for a diagnostic and that was the best thing they ever did. I had been to HI Tech before and since they were close to the house I stopped by. If they werent closed for 3 days I would have found out I had needed another battery sooner. It was a 10 year old battery draining my new one. They didnt claim I had to buy one from them which some places do. I just feel so relieved and appreciative. I do think they are honest and thorough. I spoke to the owner yesterday and she said theyve been in business for 30 years at the same location so that must mean something.

Johnny is amazing. He was able to repair all the electrical problems with my Benz and also did my service B.We have taken all our vehicles to Hi-Tech and will continue to do so.

Claimed to be the best but dont work on old schools.? Didnt even let me finish talking about the issue just cut me off and hung up.

What can I say that so many others have already written. The family that owns this business exemplify job knowledge and customer service.

They wont give you services you dont need and are fair on pricing. Will be coming here for all my needs in the future, including basic oil changes. Would rather support my local small business than the large companies who benefit on turns.
