Weve used this company twice - once to choose flooring, lighting, etc. when our home was constructed and once when we changed from carpet to wood flooring in one bedroom. We were very happy both times.

We just had our quartz countertops installed by BG Design Center and we are extremely happy with them! Gail and Bryan provide excellent customer service with a personal touch. Their foreman James was really nice and accommodating while providing a clean install and quality work. Highly recommend. Their pricing is fair considering the quality work.!

Just done my kitchen...cant say enough about the granite and floors they are so beautiful...great prices, and Gail is so great helping me with the design ..

I am super pleased with my granite countertops from BG Design Center. The granite I chose has a lot of movement in the pattern and they lined up the seams perfectly. They were very professional, courteous, reasonably priced and timely. I highly recommend them.

Brian and Gail are great to work with, from picking out our vinyl flooring, measuring and installation. We were working with an insurance claim and had a few hurdles to cross, their assistance and patience to get the job completed correctly was much appreciated. We will certainly come here first for projects and guidance in the future. Thank you both!

Gail is the BEST!!!! My lake house turned out beautiful thanks to their outstanding selection of tile, granite, light fixtures, hardware, carpet and accessories. They have good selection but super high prices. Basically unrealistic. I strongly recommend Floor and Tile store in Mesquite, TX. Go buy yourself the materials then find a tile / floor hand worker and get it done with minimum cash. They quoted me thousands $ in the jobs that I asked. I wrote down the type of tile and floor that I picked with them, then I went on internet and in Mesquite store and got the SAME materials as they had for few hundred $. I then hired a private tile guy from the phone book and got the job done for less than 1000$ !! I was amazed myself of the HUGE price difference!! Ridiculous how they can rip off people!

Friendly, knowledgable and attentive to our needs. We have dealt with them on several occasions, and we would recommend BG Design to others.

We ordered about $1000 worth of flooring from here, we get it home and two complete boxes are unusable. We ask for our money back- if the product we have spent so much money on is so fragile then we dont want it. We have yet to see a refund. When we go to talk with anyone we get the run around. Oh! We ordered this stuff back in January! We still cant walk away from this mess and its now the middle of June. You have to buy the material and pay for shipping and handling separately, which is fine, if we hadnt recieved the product damaged. Before we tried to a refund I would have recommended the store but not the product... after being lied to (Ive been told more than once that the refund paperwork came in yesterday) and put off repeatedly I would dissuade anyone buying from here.

These people have a Masters Degree in run around and are the King and Queen of pathetic service. Go to Cumby. There are fabulous!!!!
