Pharmacy has the BEST Staff at this Oakbrook location!

Dont shop here or fill prescriptions here their are the worst pharmacy in the low country! They also treat everyone very poorly! They need to be shut down the pharmacy closes whenever the pharmacist is high out of his mind and cant come in and function.

This place should be closed down. The customer service is the absolute worst. The pharmacist is the worst is town do not do any business with them. They need to be investigated by the feds . They constantly loose prescriptions and their pill count is always off. I wonder if the pharmacist is stealing prescriptions

So when did the pharmacy start being closed on saturday and sunday? It has been happening sporadically for months now but apparently is a full time thing now. Not happy with this place at all. CVS is no better.

Probably the worst management I’ve ever had to deal with. The manager was the rudest person with an unprofessional attitude who clearly hated her job and took her frustration out on customers. Never going back, in fact- someone needs to replace her.

Not professional or helping at all.SO RUDE!We returned something on walmart.com, which says no label needed, just show the QR code to Fedex associate and drop off. GREAT! When I showed the code to Fedex onsite in this Walgreen, they didnt even tried to scan the code or take a look at the return confirmation I printed, just told me no sign show it is Fedex, and they are not Fedex, they are walgreens and they only do Fedex pick up and drop off.... WTH?!!

Well I got there around 9 Im Walgreens had half the lights off and I didnt go in because I was hesitant because I thought they were closed as soon as I walked in all three of the employees are sitting there talking but its making it look like theyre closed because they have dim lights Im wondering if theyre doing that to get an extra hour in their pay when I mean if you want to dim the lights might as well close the doors and leave that way youre not wasting the company is money and time and mine for coming up here for no damn reason

Walgreens on Dorchester Road in Summerville is a convenient stop for all of your drug store and necessities needs that is easy to access and get in and out of when you need to. I like all of the items that they offer for a good value and the ability to print out photos when you need to. The staff here is very helpful when you need them and I have had a really good shopping experience every time I have been here

I get all of my household products from this location. They probably know me by name 😊

The pharmacy staff are extremely rude and unprofessional. Joe S. Is the main one with the worst attitude problem. Medical professionals should be respectful and tactful when talking to customers. Also, asking someone who is picking up a prescription what is wrong with them and what the DRs diagnosis was is completely invasive and inappropriate. I asked the man for my total and he told me how much one of the two would be then looked at me without ever giving me my total. He made the over all experience awful and he really shouldnt be in any kind of customer service.

The Walgreens at Dorchester and Ladson in Summerville has gotten so ridiculous! My daughter went to pick up a prescription called in by her doctor a week ago and when she went to pick it up, they hadnt even filled it. They said they were waiting for her to verify it. I dropped off a written prescription 2 days ago, go in to pick it up and they tell me that it was never dropped off. I have been there several times at 9am and the pharmacy isnt even open. Why is this so hard!

My favorite Walgreens. Clean, friendly, knowledgeable staff. Many of the pharmacy staff know me by first name. Everyone is always so helpful.

Great store. Sometimes hard to get in and out of due to traffic, but the staff is wonderful and always clean and well stocked.

Awaiting in drive through pharmacy line at window for 15 mins before I was serviced with the lady who was at the window the whole time who could of said something while she was finishing up what she had on the computer. Very rude and unprofessional way to handle business. Very disappointed my first and last visit to this location. I dont know if it was because I am white but shouldnt matter. It was Unprofessional and horrible customer service!!!

I have been using this Walgreenss since it opened but after my experience yesterday, I think I will be taking my business elsewhere. I called to have a RX filled. Russell the pharmacist was rude on the phone so I went to the store to speak to him in person. He actually rolled his eyes when they told him I was there to speak to him. Very dismissive and condescending. They lost my RX and somehow it is my fault.

I actually pulled up to the drive thru pharmacy 10 mins before closing with 3 RX I needed to be filled and I needed them tonight! Luckily they are so wonderful they went ahead and filled them while I waited at the window such great service!

Pharmacist is unprofessional....The pharmacist is not a caring one.I will be filling my prescriptions else where.The pharmacist gave me the run around to have my prescription filled.My doctor already verified that the prescription was mistakenly sent with the wrong despense of my pills and they wont correct it and kept telling me to call my doctor in which i did twice....Ive never had this problem until now..I will never use them again

It is after 8 and we are waiting for the doors to open.

Had an excruciating experience a few days ago. It was 9 pm and the checkout line with 8 customers in line was moving painfully slow. It took a man in front of me 7 minutes to check out a single bottle of wine. One cashier is clearly not enough for this store.

Patients who take their pain medications as prescribed are treated like drug addicts.
