I went to return a canister that had broken the first time I tried to open it. I couldnt find my receipt but I just wanted to exchange it. The employee was very put off and said she would have to get the manager. When the manager came out, the first thing she said was that they didnt sell those (very snippy), so I went to the shelf and brought another one up. I was very pleasant and apologetic over not having a receipt. She on the other hand was very put off and condescending. She asked if I just wanted the new one and when I said yes she just shoved it over to me. What every happened to good customer service and service with a smile. These employees act like your bothering them by even coming into the store.

I love shopping at Dollar General but this particular one needs to do a little better at hiring people. The workers shouldnt be on the phone having personal conversations while ringing people up. One of the workers was having an inappropriate conversation in front of my kids as if we wasnt standing there.

Dollar General has the best prices on my well-loved morning elixir. Monster Java salted caramel. $2.12 per can. The service from the gentleman at the register is always explementary. He is always in a good mood

When ever I go in this store, it’s always a mess! It’s like no one who works there cares. The selections are pretty good, but the store is always disheveled. The folks are always understaffed and are rude.

It was a very nice experience at this Dollar General. I was in a rush but I couldnt find a few items. A woman by name of Tabby assisted me. I definitely appreciate the help and thought I should shout tou out as well. Thanks again.

Though I personally avoid dollar generals a big thumbs down for employees that accuse people of stealing when they clearly have absolutely no clue

If youre looking for that low priced, unique, hard to find item, that most stores dont carry, go to Dollar General. Although MESSY, If you look hard enough, youll probably find it......(on a shelf where its not supposed to be..ha, ha, ha) and when you do, youll be so happy when you only have to pay $3. or less.

The service was beyond dreadful. Spent 50.00 to get treated like a piece of dirt... mind you I am a senior citizen. Honestly, it was ridiculous. I may give this store a second chance but if I see that cashier I will walk out.

Easy flow good place to shop

I really like Dollar General but this store is always a little messy and I get that. But today it was pretty awfull .There isles were a mess and I do mean a mess. Two associated were at the front of the store when I entered neither acknowledged me.

Friendly cashier and pleasant atmosphere for a quick shopping trip but the shelves were looking very disorganized and cluttered and there isnt much of a variety to choose from

If you are looking for cheap cards for one dollar this is the best place to go. Keep in touch with family and friends without having to spend a lot of money. They have a variety of gift bags too.

Empty shelves not much to get there. Coolers were full drinks, food on plus side

They were receiving product and used the space right inside the door to inventory. It blocked the door and congested the walkway, it also looked unprofessional. I assume they do it this way because they dont want to have more staff working than any other day and they need the personnel on the floor. All in all, this store has a good layout, clear signage, and a good selection.

Staff is rude and unprofessional. But they are in a good location Update 3/25/18 This store has done a complete 180 with the new manager. I mean the staff is nicer, things are cleaner, I am very impressed and can actually enjoy my visits now.

Might not.have the Brand youre used to, but what they have will work for you and will be less expensive! Store not real organized and it seems like they always have boxes in the aisles!

This one older lady or looks to be older has barked at me twice now saying I left merchandise on the floor and I quote am making a mess of her store. I find it extremely rude for an employee to yell at a customer. I mean the way I see it when I am at work I am there to serve my customers. I think it is just bad business to run out the door after a customer because you are upset that you had to pick something up
