The staff at Store #1218 in Summerville is AMAZING!!!! Justin, Kyla and Kyle (the manager) went above the call of duty and stayed way past closing to assist me with transferring my lines!!! I had the absolute BEST experience with Ashley when i went to this location to get some information to help me decide whether or not to transfer my service from Verizon to AT&T. I loved the way she communicated with me about the answers to all of my questions. She was direct, detailed, and very thorough, and i felt very confident in my decision to transfer my service after talking to her. She didn’t give me all of the “fluff”that i didn’t ask for (and didn’t have the time to hear). She was able to transfer my service and help me utilize a discount and a promotion in order to get 2 new phones, for less than my monthly bill at Verizon. I am a very happy customer! I hope she doesn’t leave that location any time soon, because if i ever need anything, she is the person i will ask for!THANK YOU Ashley!!! You’re awesome at your job!

When we arrived there were 4 or 5 employee on the floor. As we waited people where coming in the store. We had to wait around 15 minutes before anyone Acknowledged we were there and sign us in. Then we wait for a employee to assist us. As he began to help us I noticed there were only 2 employee’s in the store. We had to get a screen protector replaced, he looked and said they didn’t have what we needed in stock. I wanted to purchase a iPad 12 or 11, he said they didn’t have any in stock. We ask about our company discount, although he tried, he didn’t know how to apply the discount. He ask if we had AARP we said yes. He tried to apply that discount but we received a email after we left saying it did got thru. While waiting on the employee to find how to apply the discounts I looked on the wall with the screen protector and found the one for our phone. The employee was very polite and tried his best to assist us but with his lack of knowledge about the discount process and no one on site to assist him, no product in stock or in the proper place on the wall, he us unable to complete the task.

I always receive great customer service here, today was no different. I was really impressed with their covid precautions. I came in to upgrade my phone. They didnt have my desired phone in stock, but it was ordered and on its way.
I went in to look at a program that I knew almost nothing about. The manager named Jessica immediately helped figure out what I was trying to do. There were a couple of issues that came up as we were trying to program different devices but both Jessica and Ashley went out of their way to make sure I left with everything set up. They went above and beyond for me. I’ve never been treated that well before and was very great full. All the employees their were awesome but Ashley and Jessica were amazing. Highly recommended at&t and this branch!

Jason, at the Summerville AT&T store was the ONLY redeeming factor in trying to fix my Step-Moms billing for DirectTV. Other than his assistance, this company CLEARLY does not understand that a POA is a legal document. Wish I could give 5 stars for Jason, but 0 stars for every other staff member I worked with on this issue.

The worst customer service ever. Had to go to store 3 times to get my account switched from the terrible first net service to The terrible AT&T service. I made a statement I wanted to go to another provider, but they have me hostage with the phones now. So instead of putting my phone on AT&T as asked she left it on first net. WTH learn your job. I wanted all my phones on one Bill . Wouldn’t even help me when I returned. Had another girl clean up her mess. I can’t wait to go back to Verizon, the best cellular service by far, and the best customer service. Don’t do business with these people. So sorry I switched.. lesson learned
If could give them no stars I would. Worst customer service Ive ever received. Their supervisor Rico and some girl with the accent, they need to be get customer service training. Even though this location is less than 2 miles away from my house, I rather drive longer distance for better service.

It was a code red for me, the situation was critical! I was having issues with my new phone & needed it replaced. I came in pretty upset & frustrated to say the least. I went in not knowing what to expect but there was this girl there with an accent, Mariel was her name! She was so easy to talk to & got my situation all sorted out for me😅She’s an awesome person & had all the patience in the world with me & my frustrating situation! Please make sure they are well trained and dont ignore ur phone texts message when u need them the most. At&t want the customers, but we are being treated very poorly and thats not fair to us. So please do better.

I appreciated my recent experience at this store. I had a misfortune with my cell phone. After explaining my need for a phone and how I use them; thus, I told the associate to show me the numbers. He made it work for me. They were so quick. There was no standing around waiting to be assisted. Thank you for the experience.
AWFUL customer service! Ive been in this store multiple times for different reasons in the past year and each time I receive the same terrible service. Every employee Ive dealt with seems like they dont care to help me and theyd rather ignore customers and talk amongst other employees. I was wanting to upgrade early and the employee that was helping me said It doesnt really matter to me if you upgrade or not because Ill only make $5 off of it. So I left without upgrading. Ive been to other locations and have had great customer service so its obviously not an AT&T thing, its just this location. I will not step foot into this location again. Its worth the drive to the other location that actually does their job and cares about helping me.

If I could give zero stars I would. Called and asked about iphone 11 256GB and was told they didn’t have any and that I should call the North Charleston store. I asked her if she could check inventory and she said yeah I can. She then tells me if I want the iPhone 11 pro 256GB that I could get that at the same price as the iPhone 11. I asked if she needed my name to hold the phone or place the order and was told no to just come in. Just left the store without a phone - was told that was an online special and they couldn’t make that deal in the store. I have to go home and call in and do that over the phone or online. If the employees are this helpless maybe it’s time to switch service - absolutely ridiculous!!
We had just moved here from Maryland, and in the process switched our family over to AT&T from T-Mobile. Dealing with people over the phone to transition us to AT&T proved very frustrating. Each person told me something different than the last person. Eventually I got so frustrated that I decided to go into my local AT&T store to talk with someone. Fortunately, the person who met with me was Kris. He was not only knowledgeable and professional, but really seemed to care about all the frustration I was feeling from dealing with corporate types at AT&T. He set up an appointment for my wife and I to come back and meet with him and his manager Jason. When we came back, Kris and Jason worked out a way to give us a promotion we should have gotten when we signed on with AT&T, but were denied. We left the store totally satisfied, and with a much better feeling toward AT&T. Without Kris help, none of this would have been possible.
These people are the best! Winston and Carlos were extremely patient, professional and helpful in finding me the perfect plan for my needs. Hands down, the best experience Ive ever had in a phone store!

We were greeted as soon as we walked in. Our greeter, he was great. We didn’t wait more than a few minutes when Zak out technician introduced himself to us. I had to upgrade my iPhone and I wanted to give my old iPhone 6 to my girlfriend. Zak listened to everything I had to say and needed. He looked up my AT&T account and said you’ve been with us over 25 years and with outstanding credit. Long story short, he upgraded me to the iPhone 10 xr, and switched my iPhone 6 to my girlfriend. He downloaded and moved things all over well over my knowledge and everything works well and he looked over my current plan, and upgraded that also. We used a good 2 1/2 ours of his time, and we thanked him and wanted to let his manager know how much he did for us, but he said our thank tous were good enough for him and that’s what he likes to do and also is more motivated by good service. Great service it was.

Need a new system for your store customers. We had to sit for quite a while to purchase 2 cases. We already have a phone plan. No one acknowledged us when we came in. Apparently there is a sign-in but we were not asked to sign-in. Others came in after us and we’re acknowledged and signed-in and still no acknowledgement for us. I had to ask what we need to do. I am in management and found this process poor. My suggestion would be to have one person who greets and signs people in and can help with purchase of accessories rather than have people wait 40 minutes to buy them. Quite a waste of time. Also watched 3 people walk out who we’re waiting to buy accessories. Didn’t really leave a good impression on brand new AT&T wireless customers.
