After my dad received rushed service from the rivers avenue location, we went to this location and was serviced by Mr. Michael. He helped us sufficiently and professionally. Thanks again Mr. Mike!
William was the man. I came in a few weeks ago because I heard of a special Verizon was having on new customers getting a free iPhone. I have been a lifelong T-mobile customer that has been pretty satisfied with my service and bills but I wanted to see what Verizon had to offer. William laid it all on the table for me, without pressuring me (which is important to me), and made the case for Verizon over T-Mobile. My family is so much happier with the service and having new phones is great to. Will should be running that store or at least giving training to the other associates. ASK FOR WILL!
A big thank you to Tyler for helping my husband and I select new phones, a new service plan and new tablets. We encountered a problem switching carriers but he stayed with it until our former carrier eventually unlocked our password. When we came back the following week to pick up the new tablets, he helped us again set up the tablets. I really appreciated his patience and his ability to explain things in a clear and concise manner. Thanks, Tyler!!
I recently went to this Verizon store to upgrade my current phone as well as the other 3 phones on my account. We told the associate, multiple times that we wanted the iPhone 12 mini. He processed the transaction with the new, touch-less, process and put our new phones, still in the box, in a bag for us to take home and activate. Once we had opened our phones and activated them we noticed that they were bigger than we expected and looked at our receipt and noticed that we were charged for the iPhone 12 rather than the iPhone 12 mini that we had asked for. I called customer service and they said since it had been less than 24 hours to return to the store and ask them to correct their mistake. When we went back to the store with old and new phones in hand and told them they had made a $400 dollar mistake (the phones cost an additional $100 per phone) and asked that they correct their mistake, we were told we’d have to pay a $50 per phone exchange fee since we’d opened the phones. This was a mistake made by the Verizon store who now refuses to fix their mistake. So we are now out $400 dollars and don’t have the phones we requested when we went in the store. We’re planning on looking into other wireless companies who don’t expect their customers to pay for the mistakes made by the store instead of taking responsibility for them.
She was very nice and helpful thank you
We didnt have a long wait time, especially considering how busy they were. They were very helpful in diagnosing the problem with our phone and fixed it quickly👍
I would give this store location zero stars if possible! My sister, mom and I visited this location so they could get new phones. Due to covid regulations they are only letting two people in per group but I wanted to look at the Apple Watch bands. I was told by the employee to wait in a certain spot on the sidewalk until a customer left and she could let me in. She then left and another employee came out and immediately demanded I go sit in my car. I tried to explain that I was told by their employee that I should wait there and that my mom was inside with the car keys. She then started raising her voice at me and causing a scene telling me I should just go stand by the car in the parking lot! I tried to explain again that I was told to stand there and that I was further than 6 feet from everyone and I was wearing a mask. The only other customer in line even tried to offer to move on the sidewalk so I could stand there. Then the security guard walked out to speak with her about the issue. She then allowed 2 other people to skip me in line and would not even look at me. I decided to spend my money elsewhere. Do NOT visit this store if you have the option. It was an awful experience and made me not want to do business with Verizon ever again! I will probably be changing phone services when my contract expires!
No help basically told better deals online for switching to Verizon waste of time visit
Awesome, Very Honest and Nice working staff!👍💪♠️
Service was quick and efficient
I already knew what I wanted walking through the door. Jesse was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about all of the services the store provides. I went in expecting to just get my new phone and being on my way, but Jesse helped me take care of a couple of other things I had been meaning to do for a while. Overall a quick and pleasurable visit
Got met at the door with a step back.. couldnt even say hello, then ask if they had any deals on phones since it was around Christmas and mind you been a customer for 16 yrs..was told NO very rudely... then I said att had deals ...got laughed at and he went back inside... went to att got 4 new phones and my bill is cheaper..thanks for being so rude... it actually saved me money and helped with my decision to switch.... so if you want to see people that hate to do their job go here...or if you need that nudge to go somewhere else visit this place
Do not goto this store, the manager there has created a toxic environment, their extremely rude! She got tired of helping me, said were done, called security to escort me out. I called Verizon and they had the account fixed in five minutes. I have never been treated this way, if I did what she did and acted that way I would be unemployed. HR liability.
I dont have anything bad to say about the customer service in store and in person, but the technical support left something to be desired, so Im not knocking any stars off since it wasnt the stores fault. The gentleman was helpful, friendly and knowledgable about everything. Thanks.
After waiting 15 minutes for a text, I never received one. When I approached the door and asked the customer service lady, she said I needed to wait until a representative was available. I explained I’ve been waiting for 15 minutes for a text. She explained she texted me 3 times. Never happened. I was waiting in my car with my phone on my lap the whole time. No texts. Once I was able to get help and an agent was available, the lady held the door open for me to walk in, I began to walk in past her then she explained I needed to put on my mask on before entering. Since I literally had a foot in the doorway I began to take my mask out of my pocket and put it on. This is when I was closelined by the lady in the doorway. This was extremely frustrating and irritating as I was in the process of putting it on and entering the building. She then explained to me I will not be able to get help since I “pushed her”.I became unglued at this point. This is absolutely unacceptable behavior from this lady. She clearly instigated this by close lining me in the doorway. Then telling me I pushed her sent me over the edge.Never will I ever step foot in there again. This was embarrassing to say the least. Shame on everyone in that store for permitting this lady to treat a loyal Verizon customer this way.
Need 0 stars. Jesse is a liar-3 different stories while switching SIM cards. Got phone end of February, claim its been used for 3 months. First it was water damage. The manager is toxic and also a liar. Washed a Samsung phone, took out of washer, made a phone call. Make it make sense. Close this place- useless!
Fast and friendly service
Ive been a Verizon customer for 24 years and I have 50 more to go. True professionals!
The new design reminds me of an Apple store. Due to Coronavirus we had to conduct business online while in the store. There are no products for you to physically hold or see. The assistant was very helpful despite the social distancing rules and was knowledgeable about the online process.
I would give this store ZERO stars if I could!! The worst possible customer service I’ve ever experienced anywhere in my life. I was singled out, skipped in line twice, left outside in the heat while getting ant bites on the sidewalk and my husband was not allowed to assist me in being added to his account. I was so upset with the situation after finally being allowed in the store for just a few moments that I had a massive nose bleed and had to leave due to my being required to wear a mask....I get it, I had it on but had to take it off for a moment to catch my breath. I’m VERY pregnant with underlying medical conditions. I was told if I didn’t put my mask on that I would have to leave. COVID is one thing but this went too far. Somewhere along these lines my rights were tossed out the window. Im filing a major complaint with corporate and I’m also currently seeking legal advice. This store experience was awful. Go to another Verizon location if you have the opportunity.
The customer service sucks.....can never get in without an hour a half wait.....while the people working there laugh and joke and just take their time.....looks like its getting close to time to switch carriers.
Nice staff but plan on being here for awhile
Hard to believe but its actually a real verizon store.Couldnt tell by the rude ignorant staff
Woke up early to stand in line. Had my mask. Waited for about 15 minutes. I wanted to transfer my line. Was given a card and told to call. So I did and got it done but then I had another issue. I was locked out of my account after the phone call. I called back and the girl didnt understand what I meant. Got back in line for another 10 minutes and then was told to go back and call customer service. I understand limiting customers cause of corona but I couldnt even get a little bit of service from anyone. Waste of my morning.
Waste of space and time
Best experience at a Verizon store!! i came in with not only my iphone disabled, but my icloud being locked out for 2 weeks. Anyones worst nightmare. I spent hours on the phone with apple support with no help. Kierra, the associate at this store, not only helped me unlock my iphone in under 30 mins, but i also left with a new iphone 12 pro max. She defintiely deserves a raise, made my day! Best verizon employee ever. The manager was sweet as well. I will definitely be coming back and telling my friends about this great expirience. Thank you again!
Worst customer service experience ever. Stood in line to buy a new phone at Verizon. We all had masks on (two kids: 3 and 4 yr old) Was told I couldn’t bring kids into the store. Ratio is 1:1 customer/sales person. Don’t waste your time unbuckling car seats just to be turned away! Looking at options to cancel service.
You need appointment
Rude, arrogant employee. Always suggest new phone or more minutes or new accessories and supply few answers.
Whenever we need help with our phones, we visit this store and Travis always understands what we need.We love Verizon so much, we have added 6 family members to our phone plan. Travis always helps get the right phones for our family. Thanks Verizon for having hired such an amazing young man, trained him to be one of the best people you have working for you.
Absolutely the worst retail experience Ive had in my entire life!! My wife and I tried to buy a new phone for her while sitting in the parking lot instead of waiting in line in the heat. For whatever reason the transaction wouldnt process. So, we get in line outside the Summerville store. While waiting about 20 minutes in, my wife was bit by several ants from the bushes. Just a heads up-shes really pregnant. We waited in line for about 30 minutes until approached by a sales associate who asked why we were coming to the store. I told them to add my wife to my plan and get a new phone for her. We were told only one of us could go inside with the associate which I understand due to COVID. Regardless of this, a father and daughter went in before us together, but entered separately. So we told the associate I would go inside and asked if she could go just inside the door in the A/C as she wasnt feeling well from the ant bites! The associate told us only one was allowed inside and acted like the ants werent her issue to deal with. I told my wife to go in so she could cool off and sit down. Id wait outside. When my wife entered the store they took her to a stand up kiosk. As they were trying to help her they asked for her other account info from her carrier, (she didnt understand really what she needed or how the process works because I take care of all the cell phone info in our household.) The associate treated her like she was ignorant. My wife got to a point where she started feeling light headed so she went and sat down. She pulled her mask down for just a few seconds as she felt like she was going to faint!!! Another associate looked over at her and said if she was inside the store, she had to have a mask on. No one came outside to let me know that my pregnant wife was having issues inside the store. Meanwhile my wifes nose started bleeding. She finally got up and came outside to me and told me that she couldnt stay in there and that her nose was bleeding!! She went to the car to get a napkin and turn on the AC to stabilize. I tried to go in the store but was told I had to wait in line again!! So I did and 20 minutes later after waiting in line AGAIN the security guard at the door tells me that the manager didnt want me to come into the store!!!!!I had checked on my wife while waiting in line and she was bleeding but feeling a little better. I wanted to leave but didnt know who in the store had my info and drivers license! (They got this from me before my wife entered the store.) So I went back to the security guard and told him I wanted to speak to the manager or at least get his name to file a complaint!!! The employee also didnt have a name badge on so I still do not know her name! Update, name is SKYLA!! I am filing a complaint with corporate and seeking legal action for discriminating against wearing of face mask during a medical emergency that was ignored!! This was caused by evidently fire ants outside in the forced waiting line!! I was also ignored when asked who the manager was and if I could speak with them!! I have owned my own business and been in customer service/sales for years and to totally ignore a customer that has an issue is absolutely disgraceful and demeaning!! I was never acknowledged for asking for a manager or his name. The guard said nothing. 5 minutes later a police officer pulls in!! He didnt even come and speak with either of us!! The picture below is of the tissues my wife used from the nose bleed she had!!Id also like to add that I never entered the store all the while waiting in line for a very long time. As others came out, I was never allowed in, nor did I meet or speak with a manager the entire time! I was barred from entering...Im guessing because my wife had issues while in the store! My wife wasnt the friendliest to them after she was bit and nose bleeding but the way she was treated warranted that reaction in my opinion!!!!This review deserves a negative rating!!!!!Youll hear from my attorney very soon!!Please never enter this store!!!!!!! Go elsewhere!!!!! Hi
Still open during the pandemic, so far. Personalized service. Sign up at door then wait in car. Manny got me up and running on new phone in record time.
Absolutely no help from the people who work here at all. Sent me to another store to get a phone I bought from them, and the store we were sent to didn’t know anything about the phone I just bought, sent me to a store that’s not even an official Verizon branch. I still have yet to receive my new phone. “The nations most reliable” just starting to seem like “the nations most bullsh*t”
Recently switch to Verizon from At&t. Sean made the process very simple. They had an area where your kids could be entertained while the adults shop. They knew my time was important and got me out of there with two new phones in less than an hour. Thanks!
I like their coverage but a bit intense in getting you to buy. I did buy, lol (I love Verizon’s coverage and stability n support) but was a tad upset I couldn’t get a nice case. They only had like 2/3 to choose from....
I have had a ridiculous day and felt terrible and did not want to go in this store but I had to because I could not resolve my issue over the phone. This staff was AMAZING !!!!! They were busy and while they were helping me with my issue on getting money back that was owed to me a sweet elderly person came in to the store barely able to walk, they opened the door, went in the back office and got a comfortable chair on wheels for her to sit in and they were so very sweet with her, after they helped her they escorted her out .After 45 minutes of trying they too could not get Verizon customer service to understand the issue or to give me the refund that was very obviously owed to me so the manager made it right for me himself.I did not think AWESOME customer service like this existed in retail any more .Thank you for making my day better.
By far the best Verizon that I have been too yet. Went there last night - hoping for a quick visit, and I have just what I expected! Even being short staffed & super busy they still managed to get people taken care of in a timely manner. The sales rep that assisted me was Ashleigh - Great customer service, awesome attitude, & extremely helpful. Will definitely ask for her anytime I go in & recommend seeing her :)
Great experience!! Jesse Lance will be recommended to all of my family and friends. He took the time to explain to my wife and me how to get the most from our plan. If you go in ask for Jesse!!
Great people and awesome store. The remodel makes this the best technology store in town. The employees are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Great place for small business technology needs.
Today was my second terrible experience at this store. The first was when I upgraded to my new iPhone Xs. After trying to be up-sold repeatedly for accessories I was not interested in, the associate secured the sale and proceeded to transfer all of my data over. After four hours and three unsuccessful tries, she told me to go home and it would eventually update. Essentially I left the store with no phone as nothing was accessible due to the SIM card not activating. After waiting 2 more hours, I ended up calling Verizon tech-support, who were fantastic and had me all set within 15 minutes. Not a good experience, especially when spending $1200.Today, I went to the store (Covid-19, limited people, social distancing practices) as my son’s phone was no longer recognizing it’s SIM. We figured we would reward him with a new iPhone Se. The gentleman met me outside and I explained what we wanted to do. He then told me the iPhone was sold out- no big deal. At that point, I said look he’s without a phone so let’s just replace his SIM and I’ll order one online. He told me it would be about a 45 minute wait and that “people were out here waiting in their cars trying to get in”. I said no problem, let me just leave the phone, and you can tell me when it’s ready. He told me that they could not do that. I asked why. He stated that he was not allowed to take our personal property. Complete BS. Any other time (for instance when I left my old phone and new phone for the girl to transfer everything over) it was a non-issue. I went to the Mexican restaurant next-door, had a few beers, went to Best Buy, etc. all while my “personal property” was there at the store.I’m sure I’ll get a reply stating that the policy has changed since then or whatever. Your customer service sucks- that hasn’t changed one bit.
This store may get busy, but I wouldnt trade these guys, especially Jesse G, for anyone. I was having a crappy day and he tried everything to help. The girl who helped me in his place was great too! So helpful at the location. Highly recommended
No reason to visit this store. Very rude
Very poor customer service skills. I always swear I’ll never go back, but last night I gave them one last try. Same as always.A young lady took my name, then I stood in the store for an hour. No employee even looked up from their phone or tablet. It was not even busy.I went in to buy all new iPhones but never again. The store on Dorchester rd has never disappointed.
My girlfriend was there exchanging her old iPhone for a new one..they were very helpful..quick to take care of her needs and addressing her concerns and questions
As always the store was super crowded. As always not enough technicians to handle that crowd. Eventually when I got to the technician my problem was. You need many more technicians on-duty to handle the crowds. I have never seen this store semi empty in the two years that Ive been going there. If there were more technicians, it would be a wonderful place. But alas no it is not
Great customer service! Amanda super helpful with our family set of 7 phones! Made the switch easy.
I have never been so disrespected in my life at a Verizon store. My friend and I were going to purchase a new phone. We got there close to closing and they let my friend in. When I got to the door he Manager shut the door in my face. He refused to even talk to me at all. They gave my friend attitude in the store to the point where he left and didnt even get what he came for. When he asked for the persons name that did it they refused to give it to us and told us that he is the store manager. I will not be using this store ever again! I have spent over $2000 at this store alone in the last year. I then called corporate and was transferred to eternal hold. I will never use this store again and if I the owner I would have fired that Manager on the spot. You would be much better off spending you money elsewhere!
They were really helpful, the prices for a few things here are a bit crazy, but nothing you wouldnt expect from a company like this. My husband just switched hed over and still having problems with the network. Apparently they are working on towers only and that is affecting the calls.
This store.. Sergio, and Sean, are two of the most disrespectful men I have ever interacted with in Sales. And I am in Sales myself!! Neither were customer service oriented, both talked down to myself and my daughter. Rebuilding credit is never fun, but when you double cost to start service with Verizon, after working 2 hours the day before to make sure the numbers work budget wise.. and then make excuses 24 hours later instead of sincere apology that they goofed, then suggest someone else could pay .. if I didn’t need to rebuild my credit, I would have walked right out. Now 24 hours later.. They set up wrong plan for service, added a number to my bill that was not mine, and I have to go back to this store possibly to refute activation fee they were to waive. Terrible staff, terrible manners, and completely disrespectful. Verizon you should be ashamed of their representation of your business. All they wanted was the sale. We have to have phones, and Bc of my job I need your service not a different provider. But I will never recommend people to visit this specific location. Ever.
While their network is pretty good, I rarely go to a Verizon store. The reason is customer service, it is awful. I was on my way to Europe for business and I needed to make changes to my plan. Ultimately, I never got the chance as the staff seemed disinterested in after signing me in on their table. As I waited they stood around talking amongst themselves and the proceeded to help customers who had arrived after me. I have had the same plan for years and only changed it a couple of years ago because it changed. I have avoided going in to update my phone and plan because of their customer service.
I loved the staff BUT although the interior is clean and neat and the phones were a guessing game and not enough seating. This was in Summerville, SC I have to give credit to the staff. They are very good.
I was checked in and waited over an hour and was never helped. When I confronted an employee about it he claimed he saw me leave, which was a lie. He then rudely asked what I wanted and did a cursory search for it b4 then telling me he didnt have the wireless charger I came in to buy. Itold him his attitude and customer service was horrible. He then said he was the store manager and said I could leave which I promptly did. I would not recommend this store to anyone. If I could rate it lower than 1 star I would.
My little bit of knowledge could feel a dimple about cell phones the individuals at this particular Verizon store have patience patience and more patience. Buying a cell phone, each person has their own personal needs. I would recommend this location to everyone even if its a little distance its well worth the drive.MJ
Use to love Verizon. U cant even get help in stores anymore. 20 people waiting, 3 people actually working and Ill I needed was to get new cord for defective one. Thinking of changing carriers.
This was my first visit to this Verizon store. I broke my phone the night before, and really wanted to leave the store with a replacement. I was acknowledged as soon as I walked into the store. It was a Saturday afternoon, and the store was full of customers. A salesman came and assisted me after about 5 mins. I believe his name was Jerome. I am positive he is a lefty like me. (Obviously I am not good with names.) He was very knowledgeable regarding all of the phones currently offered by Verizon. He was also patient and answered all of my questions regarding Apple vs. Android, and the key features of each phone. I am very pleased with this phone and honestly dont mind the switch back to an Android system. He recommended this phone because I wanted the best camera. All of my research and the pictures I have taken on this phone prove him right! He didnt just give me a phone with the best camera on the market either. He actually helped me to choose the phone with the best camera for me! I dont want the zoom or fancy filters other phones offered. I am super impressed with this phones screen and ability to capture true to life photos with little effort. I cant wait to try astrophotography! I am one super satisfied elderlinneal!!!
My wife came into this store looking for help. She was met with a technician that encouraged actions that would cause more charges on our account rather than actually resolving the issue. She called on a friends phone and I was able to help resolve the issue, which just required rebooting the phone. This shows that the technicians and managers at this location do not care about customer service. They just want you to but 50 dollar screen protectors. A bunch of hacks!
Came into the branch 30 minutes before closing for a quick phone port from t-mobile. Bret greeted my girlfriend and I very professionaly, and then passed us over to Jermaine. He also was very professional. My phone was old but they both put their heads together to troubleshoot this issue and got me ported over! Even though they had to stay late for us. And they werent once a bad sport about it. Thanks guys!
Love Verizon everyone in this store is always so friendly and ready to help. That would explain why this is why its always the busiest store. Pay attention other Verizon stores! You may need to work on your customer service skills.....give them some lessons Summerville. ☺
Verizon on Main St. Their customer service is just Horrible!!! NEVER going back to that location. Love yall over there on Dorchester and my NEW phone.
I will never walk into the store again. Im not sure if its any better anywhere else but the service was horrible and made a business owner that has 15 lines feel like I was bothering them trying to get information about a new phone. These people walk around with computers on their hands and the only thing they can tell you is what the computer tells them to say. The robots in there are useless. Why not just put a big Self service center in there at least the customer service should get better.
Great place just wish they had more people because sometimes it can get really busy but always nice people here
Had a wonderful experience with Angel selling us new phones and accessories
It’s one thing to sell customers into upgrades and added assesories they don’t need, but to hound me continuously while I repeatedly say “no thank you, I don’t need a bundle” is another. It is a terrible business practice to tell a customer they can return any items without restocking fees within 14 days and then upon said returns reverse the decision. Apparently it’s Verizon’s policy is to overprice their products and then bundle and discount them so it sounds like you’re getting a good deal, while waiving activation fees just to go and reverse all of those savings if I try to return items I didn’t want in the first place. Next time it’ll be much easier to purchase online.
Skyla Holmes was very awesome made sure I left happy
Special thanks to Verizon Rep who assisted with transfer of data from my old phone to the new one. Sorry l didnt get her name, but would like to let her know how much I appreciate her help.
Bring your patience when you come, because there will be a (long)waiting period. They are very courteous and helpful.
Very nice people working there had me fixed in about 10 minutes
My friend and I, after dealing with Verizon on the phone for hours before even going in the store, cannot express how much we LOVED this store. The people inside the store worked with us for 5 hours on one issue. Which was that my friend was promised by a manager on the phone to waive the security deposit for adding 2 lines to her plan. Dealing with the reps over the phone who would put their name, but not what they spoke to her about, sent us in circles over and over again. All we wanted was for the supervisor on the phone to honor what he said he was going to do. Bridget and Leo in store were phenomenal! Even tho we were there forever, we walked out with 3 brand new Note 5s with minimal pay out of pocket. It was like 45 dollars. These people are amazing. Dont let anyone tell you otherwise!
Classic tell you the bill is gonna be one price and it ends up being higher just like the cable TV companies but I gave them five stars because the customer support is awsome and the cell service is unbeatable. You diff get what you pay for
Needed to add an old phone to my plan and discontinue another device. Tried to do this online with no luck. stopped in this location and was in and out in about 5 minutes with exactly what I wanted accomplished. Great customer service!
Service was very fast, wasnt there long. Very friendly and listened well, but only solution was an upgrade, I had to tell them my phone was still under warranty.
Great company but extremely long waiting time
They were very helpful and in a professional manner did a great job kudos to Stacy and Don
They get pretty busy and have to wait quite a bit. Once I got someone the staff was super friendly bent over backwards to help. I guess that could explain the wait times.
Jessica and Aneeka were superb! I was greeted immediately among entrance and assigned promptly for assistance. The customer service I received at this store was a time to remember. Thanks Team and keep up the great work! Ill be back yo purchase the humm.
Nobody knows whats going on here, especially verizon customer service. Super frustrating!
Very Professional Staff. I went into the store with a 30 min wait was greeted by to associates asking reason for visit then met with Gerald M. Very personable knew what he was doing. Upsold other products/services while helping me without any compromise to service. Pleasant experience. Thank you.
Angel has great customer service SKILLS very pleasant and knowledgeable of how to resolve my concerns.
Employee Zach is very cool. Easy to understand and listens to customer concerns and needs. Helped my family find exactly what suited us best.
Recently remodeled. Easy access and quick service e
We had the best experience at this location, very helpful staff with lots of patience for us tech challenged individuals. We bought 2 new phones and Jesse went above and beyond trying to make sure all my husbands photos and files got transferred over from a very, very old outdated phone. He stayed past closing and was even patient and kind the following day when we still had questions about features on our new phones. We both love our new phones they are just what we were wanting.Wish I could give more than 5 stars. Jesse was so fun to work with and so knowledgeable.
This store is my favorite one of all. All the employees are very nice and never are mean to me when I ask question. I dont mind having a slightly higher bill compared to their competitors for the service I receive. Keep up the good work!!
Nice employees and helpful for all your phone needs
Incompetent employees. Brought a phone here because it would no longer make or receive calls or texts. The employee told me because something about mobile data issues. I left the store, restarted my phone and now it works fine. There is no public restroom here. $185 a month for two lines and when I bring my phone in for a problem they cant fix it or let you use the restroom. Will no longer use this location.
Came in Black Friday, and after waiting an hour for my turn, waited a second hour as they skipped over me.Finally got someone (that I had to grab), who claimed they couldnt sell me a new tablet without paying full retail price or adding a new line, who then got rude when I got irritated and said I was leaving. You would think theyd want to make a sale, but I guess getting skipped shows they dont care about existing customers.
The help I was good but they did not have anything that I need it he was a waste of trip
Friendly and quick to answer my questions.
Verizon store on Sam Rittenburg, the best Verizon store Ive ever been to. And Ive been a Verizoner for over 20 years. The best. Great attitudes by everyone. And attitude is everything. This store has and awesome leader. Leadership is the key. These guys are all locksmiths. Great place to go for anything ..😎😎😎😎😎😎😎👍
The worst experience ever. I would give it -1000 if I could. We are both huge supporters of civil rights and liberties, huge proponents of race equality and we describe ourselves as Human beings first, as we believe this is a more inclusive way as identifying one selves in this worlds global society. And yet my foreign born husband was profiled just because he came into the store and was about to go back outside to get me an ice tea, that I asked him to get for me, from our car, because I was thirsty. I felt extremely outraged on behalf of my A-Amazing and gentlemen of a Husband, who everyone knows to be one of the nicest, joyous and most honest people you will ever meet. The ridiculous implication that he had an ulterior motive to go back to the car and come back inside and the ignorance demonstrated by the person making this assumption caught us completely by supprise and made us feel deeply offended. I will never support a business that treats its clients so disrespectfully and unfairly based solely on their physical appearance. We are both law abiding US citizens. What made me really sad was the realization that racism is well alive. So sad...
Wouldnt give me the new Iphone 10 when I came in with $60 in cash and could pay my first bill. Probably because Im a person of color.
My husband and I went into the store to get on our own data plan. JJ sat with us for over an hour walking is through the entire process and explaining all our options. He was so helpful and knowledgeable, and helped us get just what we wanted. I had thought about trying to do everything over the phone, but after this experience, I would come back to the physical store for his help! Thanks JJ and Verizon!
Pleasant and helpful
Customer service is usually poor. I have had 1 good sales person over the dozen or so visits. I drive to another location if I must go in a store for anything.
Use T-mobile
Always a pleasure speaking with the professionals there. They get it done.
I left after I realized they are all about selling and not customer service !!!
Great store had an issue that was with the insurance on my device one trip and it was all fixed up.
They stink and the managers are rude and I will never go here again not will I recommend. Could not even process my refund correctly.
Lamar was very helpful and personable!
