Metro by T-Mobile on Old Trolley Road in Summerville is a great place to get cell phones and mobile service for a good value. The staff here is very helpful and knowledgeable at getting you set up with everything that you need quickly and effectively. Good experience shopping here.

8/16/31... I sent an email to the store as suggested in the reply to my post. NO RESPONSE to date.I have been a faithful customer of this store since 2016 but Im VERY disappointed in this Motorola G Stylus. The guy told both my husband and I that they are great phones. Let me tell you.... DO NOT BUY IT!!!! The service & reception is horrible!!!! It is not 4G compatible and it lags when trying to use apps. The girl tried to tell me my home is in a great reception area BUT Im not home all day so I expected better reception. I should have stuck with my Samsung and went to another location.

They both are AWESOME when it comes to top notch, over the Top Customer Service. Theres nothing like dealing with a Great Business that Truly looks out for & takes care of their customers. One of the worst stores on customer service. One of the workers even wanted to get all upset and other workers had to try and calm her down as if she wanted to fight. When I had to make a call to customer service and even asked them if they could have done it through their more direct line they refused and gave complete attitude. I have had bad service through this store but wanted to give them the benefit of a doubt. But it didnt change.

The girl put a screen protector on my phone, cost $20. The same one online is $7 and comes in a 2 pack. Its also a cheap one. There was dust in between the protector and the phone. I took it off 3 days later when my supershieldz showed up. Much better. Customer service was ok. I dont even have service here, my friend does.

Sade has been one of the best sales reps that Ive had the privilege of getting help with not only my phone but my friends and familys phones as well. At first I had a terrible experience with metro PCS, the store I originally got the phone from had me on a wild goose chase to switch phones. The company policy trying out a new phone for 7 days was very very misleading. Needless to say I was not a happy customer and totally blew up on this location. Rob at the old trolley location handled the situation very well with great customer service and took care of the situation after he had to go above and beyond to help a difficult customer like myself. If anyone wants to switch to metro pcs this is the store location you need to go to because they will take care of you unlike the other locations.
