I visited this business for help to install a screen saver for my new Samsung cell phone. Zoe was fantastic in completing this task efficiently with an excellent outcome. The store also has an excellent supply of various cell phone accessories.

My phone wasnt charging properly and I cleaned out the port but it still wouldnt work I took it in here and he was able to get the last piece out of the port ! Took my Girls phone in with a broken screen. They went out of there way to get her phone fixed an back to her. Even had to get parts from the Mt pleasant store, yet they still made it happen rather quickly and for a great price!

We’re not repair my phone although I’ve been coming here for years to give us a very very very unhappy whenever recommend the store to another person, as a business owner good customer service will tell you that you should just replace the screen and take that loss what is a $30 loss compared to a lifetime of business!

Everything was very thoroughly explained and I was able to get two of my broken Iphones fixed same day! One of them i even dropped a weight on! Really good people working here and from what I could tell much more reasonable with the prices than other stores like Apple or Best Buy. Their prices are reasonable for the tasks they do. My daughters iPad looked and operated like brand new by the time they finished with it.

My wife screen on her phone crack she took by Wednesday and they order the part the part never came in she call Monday they told her the part was in when she drop her phone she call back just make sure they had number to reach her it was done. Ive taken my phone here before and the first time, although $300+ for a screen replacement is outrageous, they were polite, fast and responsive. This last time, they replaced my battery, said itd be done tomorrow, but it took 4 days. I called and called, kept getting rerouted to the Mt pleasant store, who in turn called the summerville store, who said theyd call me back, but never did. This place is not what it used to be. The customers are always angry too, which should be a red flag. Oh, almost forgot to mention, they returned my phone in its case to me, which when i removed the case i noticed they left the sticker on the back of my phone with name, phone #, password!!! Genius move CPR!!! If my phone is stolen everything they need is right there.

We used CPR for the first time this week after our 6+ year old Mac Book Pro crashed. CPR was one of the few companies we called that didnt charge a diagnostic fee. They were professional, quick to respond, great communicators and, best of all, computer-fixing geniuses. They were able to restore our Mac in 2 hours for less than $200--less than half of what we expected. Well definitely be returning with any tech issues in the future!

This place is awesome and it was recommended to me by AT&T since AT&T couldnt help me. Dillon worked to get my old phones info transferred to my new one, and although he says he didnt do a lot, it was everything to me. And thank you to the other associate who was so polite to me as well. I watched both of them interact with numerous customers as the store is quite busy, and they were always polite and so helpful to everybody.

Those people were awesome. I dropped off my Samsung Note 10 plus with a cracked screen and 1 1/2 hours later the phone was back to like new again. They were also very polite. Great customer service!!

Getting a screen replaced hurts financially, but when you see your brand new quality restored to your phone, you suddenly come to really appreciate the exceptional work these people do! They were very helpful, patient, and informative, and they answered all my questions thoroughly. They were genuinely interested in my understanding of PRECISELY what was happening and why. They also warranty their work (not if YOU break it, by the way), that is, if, for example, if my adhesive around my screen were to fail, they would make it right. CPR staff are very professional and friendly. Provided phone calls to update where they were in the process of fixing the phone. Answered my phone call directly (i.e. I did not have to leave a message). I was able to set up an appointment to drop off phone online. Rates are competitive and service was exceptional.

Lackluster parts and workmanship. Brought my phone in for a screen repair, screen was replaced but back plate kept falling off, something that had never happened before the repair. They have attempted to reattach the back panel twice now. Today, about three weeks after the initial repair, I discovered the replacement display has a dead pixel.

I had to change my rating from 5 to 3 stars. Main reason. It was my first time there. First thing I asked was about the warranty. I left my tablet for screen to be fixed. Once I went to pickup, I was told no warranty for my product because of a bend in side? Which I honestly dont know if it was even there before hand. These are very important things that should be discussed up front so a decision can be made whether I want the service or not. Not take my money and then tell me after you completed work, NO WARRANTY!! That was the most important thing for me. I didnt even shop around for prices. I read reviews and looked for places close by and made up my mind to come here. Unhappy customer

My steak was cooked to profection. Med Well. Hats off to cook on 12/30 around 7. My Bday. OAN..I saw a guy(manager maybe) go over to a table of 3 adults. He had been was coversating without a mask for over 5min. Then he went to back somewhere. No Masked?. The place was crowded, and although we went in. I was hoping that we was going to be spaced out a lil more being that its was a pandemic. We entered at our on risk, true..just thought it would be a lil more covid friendly.

My service here was positive overall. The time it took to complete my screen replacement was 20 minutes longer than estimated, but my phone was restored to full working order. Im pleased with the quality of their work.

I had a calamity of events, which led to a simple battery change turning into a nightmare. They did refund the money paid, however it took me almost 2 weeks to get my phone as the spare screen they had wasnt any good. So after I did get my phone back the protective screen cover wasnt ordered at the same time the screen was so it has me making an additional trip to get that installed. Also in the interim I used my GPS and discovered the loud speaker now has a crackle and garbled sound when I used it. This wasnt that way prior to service however they refused to make this right. Just be aware, Im not saying this is necessarily a bad place, but I wont have anything done here again and will tell anyone looking for work to be done to perhaps go elsewhere.

I wouldnt say I disliked this place, they just werent able to do what I needed them to do. They had my pc for 24 hours and considering that I didnt have any more time to waste, I just grabbed my pc and bailed.

The things I appreciate the most about CPR when I talked to them on the phone and in person they was very professional. The response time was excellent but more importantly they diagnosed the problem with my computer before attempting to charge me anything. I went to a computer repair shop on Trolley Road and pay $35 non-refundable and they didnt fix my device so I was just out of $35. I highly recommend CPR Cell Phone Repair!

They were super easy to work with. I called to ask if they head the battery I needed and made an appointment. They finished my phone by the time they said they would. They are very efficient. Also their prices are the same as the other repair places.

Stay away, my disabled wife had to make 3 trips for a screen replacement. I contacted customer service and have not received call back. Employees have no customer service skills and show no compassion to customers. Even with appointment they refuse to give estimate as to completion time. If we are not finished by end of day you can pick up your phone. A terrible experience where is the management?

Kept me up to date and finished my repair in a timely manner. I did however think the pricing was high but I didn’t get other quotes because of the emergency time crunch I was in so I therefore did not want to hit them with a deduction being it was my fault. All in all from the time I walked in to the time I left they did a great job!

I would stay far, far away from this business. There are MANY other locations in the Charleston area where you can go to get a phone fixed that is more likely to yield positive results. They rendered the Touch ID on my phone useless while replacing my screen and the owner tried to justify it by saying “well, your phone is worth more now with a non cracked screen than it was with a working Touch ID so you can go trade it in and get more for it.” As a business owner in the community, I would not even THINK of minimizing a mistake my company made in such a way. What if I wanted my screen to be clear of cracks AND my Touch ID to work? 🤔 that’s a thought. The owner of the Summerville, Mt. Pleasant, and West Ashley store is very unpleasant and to be completely honest, I would be embarrassed to operate my business the way she does. Do yourself a favor and look anywhere else to get your phone fixed or to get accessories for your phone! You’d probably even save money going directly to your carrier/provider. That’s something I wish I had looked into now that I know what I know about the lack of professionalism and knowledge of the owner and business as a whole. They also have a corporate office who was 100% unhelpful in this process. They just said “with this being a franchise, all issues must be dealt with at the store level” and refused to respond to further attempts at communication. Honestly if corporate isn’t even worried about the business their franchises are doing in the community then... 🤷🏻‍♀️

I took a swim with an older Iphone 5. I took the phone to CPR Summerville and it was resurrected from the dead within the minimum price charge !! All this service within a 4 hour time frame... Couldnt ask for more !!! I highly recommend.
