This place isn’t to bad their pretty quick with activating phones. The only thing I didn’t like is the fact I had to pay 20 dollars to get a page plus sim when I could have called page plus and got one for free but it would take 2 days to get it. That and I don’t think they like kids very much. My son is a baby and touched something they had on the shelf and the guy working their started telling him don’t touch that.

I have no problems with the store in Summerville, only Page Plus in general. They claimed I would have 4G at the beginning of my contract month, then it would slowly decrease depending on usage. AT NO TIME DID I HAVE 4G. In addition, I went back to Verizon mid way through the contracted month (which was prepaid) and they refused to give me a refund. They stated it was forfeited. This company (and any TracFone company) is owned by the biggest telecommunications company in Mexico. I will stick with USA companies from now on as they ALWAYS refund the portion of the month that you already paid for.

This place is just amazing beyond words. Ive gone in there knowing nothing and they will explain everything to you, and are so nice about it. The prices cant be beat, and the customer service is perfect. Truly know what they are doing, and work fast and flawlessly. One reason you know they care about their customers is this: I had a Droid Razr that I flashed to Page Plus. The texting worked, but pic messaging did not. He wrote down my number and told me as soon as they figured out how to fix it, Id have to bring the phone back. Not long after, I got a call. He remembered my name, and told me to bring it back, so I did and quicker than I could blink, I had picture messaging. He tested it and it worked on the first try. These people truly deserve more than 5 stars.

Took a phone here to get a screen fixed got the phone back with the new screen that isnt attached correctly and now it has problems reading a SIM card which was not an issue when we took it to them. After all the money we paid I am highly disapointed in this and will not be going back for any services.
