If we could leave 10 stars, we would. Never have we experienced a place - and were well travelled - where every *single* member of staff will go to the end of the earth to make sure every element of our stay is just so. This hotel is a small, quiet, boutique-style hotel - so if youre after nightly parties and pool aerobics this isnt for you. We took our girls (9 & 10) and they were the only kids in the hotel - the staff were brilliant with them! The hotel only has 30 rooms, so its always quiet and peaceful. We had the pool and beach to ourselves mostdays. The quality of food and drink was beyond compare. They also organise amazing trips out (from sunset cruises to volcano visits) which are good value and very well organised, courtesy of Simeon at the Good Vibes hut. They also offer watersports included in the deal. I could go on, but you get the picture; If youre after a peaceful authentic Caribbean vibe with 5* service then this is the place. We will definitely return. Thank you, East Winds, for making this a holiday of a lifetime!
Fantastic HolidayAll I can say is that all the excellent reviews are true. The food is outstanding and a great variety. The drinks are of high quality. The staff are caring, attentive, fun and everything is ‘no problem ‘. The accommodation is made up of 30 individual chalets and there is loads of storage, comfortable bed and Molton Brown products and tea / coffee facilities available.
Had a fantastic stay. Will be returning 😎
A quiet gem for a relaxing break. Nothing was too much trouble and almost everything was of high quality. This is a small resort with great spacious accommodation, grounds and beach and excellent food. The morning classes were enjoyable and the social events low key but very friendly. Compared with larger resorts the service is much more personal and friendly. The only down side is that the watersports are rather limited in comparison to bigger resorts, but even so there is plenty to do, the staff are great, and this is perhaps a place for blissful relaxation rather than excitement.
There are too many amazing things to say about this resort. The experience is unique; more of a small boutique resort. Youll be here with, at most, 27 other couples, so you only see a few faces and recognize people quickly. To that end, the pool and beach are practically deserted; youll never be shoved up against a stranger. You can claim a lounge chair with your things, and not worry about them disappearing. In fact my husband forgot his things by the pool one day, and they were still there in the morning. The staff bends over backwards to accommodate you in any way they can! We were so happy with every facet of our stay that we intend to return as often as possible and get a few friends to come, too. It has really been a dream, and I cant imagine the sad life of anyone who has a dour thing to say about the place.
These photos should say it all for the mind, where you’re very much left to your own devices without the hard excursion sell. This place is for those who treasure quietness, that are NOT looking for buffet style with a million choices, but rather carefully selected menus, cooked extremely well that’s just enough to fill you up without making you feel overfed & bloated.... & then there’s the cocktails 🤗
I have never had a bad experience and Ive dined there many times. Consistently delicious food, very friendly and helpful staff... A lovely little quaint hotel. I highly recommend it.
Excellent chilled bespoke resort. Excellent staff and accomodation. Excellent food. Excellent everything!!😁
A fantastic adults-only resort with a generous all-inclusive offering, very well-managed.
East Winds is very quiet and relaxing. It is a small hotel - just 30 rooms - so feels quite intimate. The other guests were mainly British and quite a few were of advanced years, but they were all very pleasant and interesting. Its quite a social place and one does feel obliged to mix and chat to other guests. The staff are superb - all very welcoming, friendly and very good at their jobs. Yoga is offered a couple of times a week, as is pilates, and there are various excursions available. There are also hoby cats, paddle boards and snorkeling equipment. Food and wine are plentiful and very good. This is a place to chill out and wind down - we lay on the beach for two weeks reading books (as did most people) and it was heaven. (Wouldnt recommend for children)
This place is absolutely beautiful and we never want to leave. Judith, Andy and all of the staff do an amazing job to make your stay as relaxing and luxurious as possible. Nothing is too much trouble and everything you could possibly imagine is provided within the package except for excursions and spa treatments, and even one of those is complimentary. The cottages are beautiful and the gardens and wildlife are stunning. Remember to take your camera every time you leave your accommodation! Its easy to see why people come back here time and time again. Well definitely be looking at coming back in the future.
Beautiful property with an amazing reputation. Very idyllic and relaxing with top notch food and service even for an all inclusive property!
Wonderful hotel, a real home from home. Staff amazing and friendly
A little piece of paridise. Great accommodation, fantastic food all topped off with the friendliest most attentive staff. If you want a small boutique hotel in St Lucia tske a look at East Winds
It was tranquil and secluded. The staff was professional and respectful.
Beautiful quaint resort. So natural and cozy. Love it
I loved it, staff was great, the environment was awesome and the food was heavenly. I definitely will recommend and return.
Home from home but with better food and much more champagne.
The hotel is amazing, but the beach wasnt what I expected . Its okay for pictures and scenery but not for bathing
On my most recent visit to East Winds in December I was delighted to see the fabulous upgrading that has been taking place - the new pool and loungers, the new, cool bar and lovely furnishings with splashes of vibrant colour all enhance what has always been an exquisite boutique hotel ... and simply the best on St Lucia.
One of the best hotels you can visit where the staff make u feel welcome, simple but with this elegant atmosphere and food.
A lovely beach side resort thats quite and quaint 😎🌴🥭
Everything you could wish for at a Caribbean resort.
Just spent two weeks, complete relaxation with friendly, helpful staff. Excellent food, especially the dinners. Superior cottages, spacious and well equipped.Nikita the pilates teacher was absolutely great, patient with elderly couple who had not done much pilates; highly recommended
Wonderfully relaxed and immaculate beachside hotel. Charming cottages scattered through a beautiful, mature Caribbean garden. Staff are superb, as is the food and drink.
Its a quiet place for couples
Great location. Fun activities. Perfect for sea lovers. 😍
Lovely and charming. Excellent staff, service, and management.
Love it and great staff
Cosy hideaway hotel but not too far from Rodney bay which is st lucia main tourist lime area . The food is great the service is excellent and the atmosphere is relaxing.
Amazing property and experience!!! Very private
My husband and I stayed at East Winds in November for a week. This is my third visit and will not be our last. The cottages, beach, gardens, Pilates, watersports, delicious food and wine and the beautiful welcoming staff make this stunning beachside luxury resort a place you never want to leave. I highly recommend a stay, but be warned you will want to return again - very soon!
The service was excellent
Great food! Great wedding program!
This is the absolute best hotel I have stayed in. All the staff are amazing and the food is great. In most all-inclusives they trick you with bad food and stale coffee but this hotel has it all. All the food is so good. Every night you sit and enjoy an amazing meal. Breakfast is also really good. You can have an omlet, pancake, or just some fruit. Lunch is really good. While I was here, they cooked all the food on the grill. Trust me, it is the biggest grill you will ever see. I wasnt a really big fish fan but I tried it anyway. Now I absolutely love fish. The staff is really good. They are always friendly and care about you. They always ask you how you are and always have smiles om their faces. They seem to have a lot of fun while doing their job right. The rooms are nice little cottages that actually use really keys! Not the things you slide in the door. The bed is huge always nd the bathroom is nice. Outside the room is a table with a bench. It has an umbrella thing that is really nice. The pool is really nice too. It has a bar that you can sit at and have a drink IN THE POOL! The clubhouse is near the pool and has a bar as well. The beach is really nice. You can go snorkeling or go sailing. You could also get a Pina Colada (my favorite) and watch the sunset. The people here (not the staff ) are so friendly and you get to know them. They feel like a family and are very polite. When you have to leave, you feel sade knowing you probably wont see them again. Everyone is just amazing here.Overall there is nothing negative about the resort. It is like a little slice of heaven right here. I strongly recommend this resort over all others. 5 stars!!!!!
Its small, very intimate and the staff are amazing!!!!
The road to the beach is bad but if u like snoring its a good place to go
