Had a great ol time went in for a soda and dish soap came out with $13 worth of $1 clothing.

Once upon a time there was a manager name Bob who ran this store and had a good team for years... They kept store in immaculate condition.. it was one of the cleanest stores.. always stocked.. idk what happen but it looks like all the regular ghetto family dollars now. Should’ve kept Mr. Bob!! The new management needs to step their game up. So slack... I’d give 0 stars if I could. 😝

The Family Dollar on Old Trolley Road in Summerville is a good place to go to get basic necessities and items that you need for life at a really good value. This store is conveniently located and easy to access when you need something quickly. I have had many successful shopping trips here and have found exactly what I needed in the moment.

Ive always liked family Dollar and this place is pretty nice they keep the place clean especially with the covered thing going on and they pretty much have candy stocked all the time. Good place to go its not to skitsy and everyones nice and there and as always they have low prices so if you ever around definitely go by this family Dollar

To be honest I dont have anything against this store.

Its convenient to use in front of my apartment complex. HOWEVER they have trash everywhere out front and have allowed the ditch out back to become riddled with garbage including old jugs plastic bottle and foam products.YOUR COMPANY IS A HAZARD TO OUR ECO SYSTEM. TRASH EVERYWHERE. HOW CAN YOUR COMPANY NOT AFFORD TO CLEAN IT?

Better variety than before

Customer service needs to be worked on. Especially on management. Made a purchase on yesterday, Thursday April 17. I was supposed to save 4$ buying two Febreeze products. After getting home and checking my receipt I saw my Family Dollar coupon did not get taken off. Came back today, and the manager tells me there is nothing she can do. So I asked for corporate number and she tells me they don’t have the number anywhere in the store. What type of operation is this and how can a manager not help a customer with a problem with a purchase for a simple coupon!

Did not have boost mobile refill card. Had sku number. Guess your cashiers dont know how to sell items without card using sku number for purchase

My daughter and I stopped by this location while out shopping on Old Trolley Road here in Summerville a few days ago. We were so impressed with the variety of cool merchandise they had that were so reasonably priced! I live in Knightsville and don’t really care for the Family Dollar we have out here due to poor customer service so I go to Dollar General instead. They could learn a thing or two from how customer service is supposed to be from the staff at this store! They were friendly and helpful start to finish! I will be shopping at this location from now on! Well worth the short drive for all it has to offer!!

Mostly all the staff here is great, except one guy, he is brash and kind of rude. I dont know hiw he got a job in customer service, he must know the manager. When I see him I turnaround and go to Dollar General eventhough I like Family Dollar better. Great household items and better atmosphere, but I cant deal with rude cashiers it ruins your whole shopping experience

It was the clerks were pleasant and courteous. Shopping was easy I found what I wanted and the prices were reasonable. All and all a good experience.

The Manager was rude and not much help when it came to downloading Smart Coupons. There was a nice Female employee who helped me in the end..

Handy place to shop,usually have most every day items.

The manger was rude and when asked whats wrong alls he could do was complain about how he want able to go home due to a headache. First off take to Advil and work your shift or let someone else dip the check out sho we dont have to hear our be treated badly because your not feeling it.
