I went to Harris teeter today to buy pumpkins. I loved the way they had them displayed out front of the store and not just packed into boxes. They had lots of pumpkins in addition to the ones that are displayed outside they also have boxes filled with pumpkins inside. They also have a couple of different types of gourds if you want those. The pumpkins were a little more expensive than at other grocery stores. Other grocery stores had them for $4.99 a piece and they were two for $12 at Harris teeter. The store is always so clean and inviting. While I was there I picked up some of their Asian food from there hot bar. It was a little expensive but it was very delicious and tasted very fresh. I got a small container and this container cost about $7 when they weighed it.

I frequent this Harris Teeter and every time I get great service. On one occasion I needed flowers for my elderly neighbor and I didn’t see what I was looking for. The florist was so helpful by creating something special for me! She’s always smiling when I see her! Most recently I went through self checkout and got home only to realize I forgot my ground beef. They replaced it with no problem! Great customer service!

Great experience! Lots of products to choose from, produce, meats, seafood, make your own 6 pack, 10% off on wine when you buy 4 or more (I believe thats right). A great CHEESE selection, order pizza while shopping, get a Starbucks coffee too, desserts, breads, deli counter and more....clean, great staff all very helpful, clean bathrooms.

8/14/21 I had ordered a cake online that wasn’t done when I got to the store, even though I had received a text that it was ready for pickup. The staff and manager were so polite and wonderful about quickly fixing my issue, and I left the store with a beautiful, decorated cake! Thank you for being so friendly, and having amazing customer service!

Their pepperoni pizza is simply the best! Plus the employees are always happy to be of service, so, yeah, 5 stars all the way.

I went and bought your raspberry donuts, my husband had to tear them apart just to find a raspberry you put so little in there, its fine to save money but not enough for somebody cant even find the raspberry inside the donut

Love this store. Lots of healthy options, fresh food items, with a decent seafood and meat selection. The produce is ample, like an indoor farmers market. Clean environment with friendly employees. I was missing Dierbergs and Whole Foods, but this is helping tons.

Be nice if they actually stocked thier shelves and had enough staff that my 20 minutes of shopping didnt have an additional 30 minutes in line waiting to check out.

We call it skeeters and I love this store so much. It is a suped up Kroger and my whole family works at Kroger. I love that they make so much food you can order and love the strawberry covered yogurt pretzels

This is a great grocery store with the very best produce. It also has a large variety of grocery items that you dont find in other stores. The only drawback is the process or high.

I really like shopping at Harris Teeter on Bacons Bridge Road in Summerville. This location is very convenient to just about everywhere in Summerville and it is easy to get in and out of with the shopping center having its own traffic light. The store is very well run and managed and you can find exactly what you are looking for very easily. The store is well stocked and clean and provides an excellent and consistent shopping experience that is much different from a lot of stores in Summerville. I really like the deli and produce section here as they seem to stand out and provide some tasty and delicious food. The staff that works here has been impressive every time I have been here and go out of their way to provide really good service.

The parking lot is always packed because there are so many businesses in a very small area. The traffic getting in & out of this strip mall can certainly be a pain. Harris Teeter has been very crowded the last few times weve been here. But we love their great selection of cheeses, so we brave the crowds & the parking lot. Wine selection is also huge.

This store is stocked with everything you could possibly want. It is fairly new and very large. The departments are well set up with helpful people manning the counters. Their produce is amazing. They have so many fresh items. Some Ive only seen in pictures. I will be shopping here from now on.

The best grocery store, period. Its pretty high end, has a nice market feel and always very clean and organized. But dont let that deter, the prices are fine. Its huge and has a fantastic selection of everything, can find pretty much anything you can think of. The meat/seafood department is the best. Best quality, best taste, great selection and prices arent bad. The produce is a little expensive if youre not hitting up a buy one get one free deal but seems like every grocery store is that way now. Theres a lot of gourmet/higher end items to choose from. But theres also regular items that are decently priced and the HT brand is very good. The buy one get one free deals are amazing, I go mainly to get those. Employees are great. Has a really nice toiletries/beauty section and higher end products go on sale a lot.

Did not spend much time there. Produce section was great. Liked the half grapefruits, so you knew what you were getting. Hope to spend more time on my next visit.

This was one of my least favorite shopping experiences at a Harris Teeter. I went in on a Friday afternoon around 4p. Overall the store was clean but not good attention to detail. The grapes were overly ripe. I couldnt find a bundle of kale that hadnt fallen apart already. When I asked for help in different departments, there was a feeling of annoyance from the employees. One kind employee was actually willing to help me. There were several inaccurate prices throughout the store. This was not what I expected from a Harris Teeter.

Best fresh produce of any grocery store in Summerville. Not as cheap as Food Lion though.

The cells are cells you dont walk in and see one pricing is another price when you get to the cash register there is no bait and switch at this store

Clean, well laid out and has some of the most diverse and fresh produce to be found in town. Staff is always friendly and helpful wich says a lot considering how busy they are.

We love our HT at Sawmill Village. All the associates are friendly and helpful. Ida and Tiara at customer service are so sweet and always go out of their way to help us. I am disabled so its always nice to have someone like these two ladies to assist myself and my husband.

This is my favorite grocery store in summerville. Clean, modern, wide variety of every day and specialty items. It is pricier than other places around town, but i tend to enjoy my shopping experiences here more.

Don’t eat from the subs from the deli! They do not break the sub bar down and clean it out every night! I warned you! They never clean out the metal containers and they are full of slime, mold and much more. The white cutting boards at the sub bar are not properly cleaned, I’ve seen an associate RINSE them off in the PREP SINK, not in the 3 sink thing! DISGUSTING! Did not use soap or anything, just straight water and put them right back. I would never give people food off of something that was not properly cleaned. I stopped eating subs from here a long time ago. Corporate needs to implement that in their cleaning assignment at night. DO NOT EAT THEIR SUBS PLEASEEEEE!!!!!!!

I have always had good things to say about HT, although just recently masks have been made mandatory again in the town of Summerville and I dont feel comfortable going in the store. I will try shopping in Moncks Corner for my groceries.

In my area we have two Harris teeters close to my home The one on Dorchester road and the one on bacons bridge roadThe one on Dorchester road is big has a lot of traffic its convenient closer to the house but in most cases as I shop there my groceries are just thrown in the bag A lot of times whatever we gets been tossed around no one puts anything with like items so I can get soap added to cold or I can have just canned goods with a cold items or even frozenMost of the cashiers are friendly summer not as but as far as the people goes theres nothing wrong with the one on Dorchester roadNow the one in bacons bridge road always has great customer service one cashier in particular took the time to talk to us bagged our groceries was very meticulous about it I even called the store and went online to give them some kudos because thats the kind of person you want to see when youre in the grocery store and youre checking outI still shop at both but in most cases I will try to go to the one on bacons bridge road Moore plus as an added bonus they do have a Starbucks and my wife loves going there

The store is always clean. The prices are a little higher but the selection is better especially with produce.

Literally everything is good about this store except that whenever I go to this location an employee would say security scan ___ whenever I would walk in. It could just be a coincidence. Ive worked retail for 7 years and customer service for 15 so I know what a Nora statement is and theres good reasons why the practice has been abandoned by major retailers. As far as this store specifically goes, I havent had that happen in any other harris teeter. Again, great products, mostly great service just I feel uncomfortable walking in and hearing that. Id implore HT to review its possibly outdated shrink policies. Again,im just assuming here. It sounds ominous when you walk in a watch an employee race to the phone to say that over the loud speaker. And, again, Westcott and East Bay never have that happen. Only in the bacons bridge location.

Harris Teeter consistently makes the best sushi. Period.I go in and order a tuna, avocado, and cream cheese roll (custom philly roll) every morning, and I am never disappointed.Ive tried sushi from plenty of restaurants, and plenty of other grocery stores, but nothing beats my morning roll at Harris Teeter.The portions of tuna, cream cheese and avocado far excede those of their competition. (Im looking at you Whole Foods, Lowes Foods, BiLo, and several sushi restaurants.)

Standard Harris Teeter just a little larger than I am use to. Always a great selection of fresh produce and fresh flowers. I was looking for their salad and hot bar and got there a little after lunch. It needed a bit of a refresh so I didnt get anything. They had the specials I went in for so no need for a rain check. I go out of my way for this HT as I would for any of them. Ill be back next week after the new ads come out.

This is one of my favorite local grocery stores for multiple reasons - incredible customer service, a HUGE selection of groceries, food, and produce, and their hours are great. This is one of the only stores that stays open this late around here after covid hit and it makes my late night grocery runs easy.

Love Summerville store, more of everything

I hate to write this...For the 4th time in less than 3 months, I had to return meat items that we purchased on Sunday, with a sell by date of today. It was spoiled. The manager was kind and gave me a double refund but Im very concerned about the state of Harris Teeter meat departments. Please...please look into practices being done currently. I like your stores and would like to continue shopping with you...but I cant keep throwing out or returning product.

Fastest checkout time before 4 pm

Very clean, organized and well laid out. Most items are competitively priced but some products are priced a good bit higher than the competitors.

Hours say they are open till midnight. I walk in at five before 10 and they tell me they are closed for maintenance. They sent me two emails a week. I always do my shopping at 10 o’clock on a Thursday night because they say they are open until midnight. No notification in the emails. Nothing posted at the store. I’ll be going to Lowes foods from now on. Better quality anyway.
