The person out taking care of the Christmas trees today was very rude. He acted like we was a bother to him. The nice lady at cash register made up for him.

I submitted a physically large online order in the morning, to pick up in the afternoon. Thinking that it would be useful for the store to have as much time as it needed.I got stuck in several layers of traffic and was an hour past my designated pick up time. When I got to the store, the customer service desk didnt have my order. The people in garden were, more or less, surprised to have an order like this come through. And now, Im waiting.The kicker is at the customer service desk, they have a sign that says online reviews at 100% positive.

I had a great experience at this Home Depot today. I had previously gone to Lowes and had a terrible experience. I then drove across the street to Home Depot and found everything I needed. The staff was immensely helpful, AND it was cheaper. Next time Ill skip Lowes and go straight to Home Depot.
