I have to share what a great experience I had today working with Lowcountry Landscape Supplies. They were courteous and on time. I had to change my order a couple of times, and it wasnt any type of issue. The delivery driver, Cody, went above and beyond to help get the order into the backyard and problem solved how to navigate the truck through our fence. I am very grateful for that. Thank you for the great service!
Very poor service over the phone. gentlemen was extremely short and rude with me as i attempted to ask about pricing by the truckload. he stated they only sold by the yard—which would have been fine seeing as i have over 10,000 sq ft to cover. i then asked how many yards per tuck, and he sounded further annoyed. instead of answering the question, he proceeded to ask where it would be delivered to. i was then told they don’t deliver to cross, sc….30 minutes away from summerville. i figured i shouldn’t have to beg anyone to take an order or answer questions in regards to pricing (even though the website says call for pricing…), so our conversation ended there.
Ive ordered top soil, mulch, cypress chips, and sod from Lowcountry Landscape Supplies. Each and every time I order, everything is done to the level of satisfaction that I expect from a local landscape supply company.
Excellent place to get inexpensive yards of all kinds of mulch, gravel etc..Definitely will be going back!
Friendly crew, great prices on bulk landscaping supplies!
Very small lot and the office trailer was a safety Hazzard walking on and they had been smoking in there as well. Prices were ridiculously high.
Incredibly rude people and disrespectful to women. I called about a certain rock they told me they were out, my landscaper went over there an hour later and they had a massive pile of it I was told. And then when he went back to get more they refused to sell him anything less then half a yard. If I want to buy 1 rock, who cares how much I buy... I had issues with them the previous year as well. Never again
Quick easy in and out load.
Awesome owners great pricing all around good people
Got fill dirt for slab work. Easy pay, load and go
Excellent! Fair prices, good selection of mulch, paver base material, sand and gravel. Good service too. Go see em!
I buy all my mulch rocks and dirt here. Excellent friendly quick customer service and top quality products for a great deal. Its definitely worth the drive
Very easy to see what you want. Waited 5 minutes for the gentleman to load us up and we were on our way. Really great prices! Have been recommending this place to anyone wanting to redo their yard.
They close at 4 oclock not sure how many material places close at 4 oclock but they do and theyre not open a second past 3:45, they knew I was on my way to pick up some much needed material and got there at 3:56 and was turned away after driving an hour in traffic. No Im sorry but if you close at 4 I should be able to pull in at 3:59 and getting loaded I pulled in at 3:56 and I was turned away. Even if I got there at 4:02 the respectful thing to do is to go ahead and take care of a customer like I do 7 days a week. Instead a customer got there before closing time and was turned away so Ill ask all of you out there who think about going to low country to get your materials I would go to Blue Max materials on Johns Island or in Mount Pleasant instead they walk send you away if you get there right at closing believe me they want your business Lowcountry obviously doesnt want your business unless you get there 15 minutes before closing.
Great Store with Niche products, Staff was friendly and knowledgeable.
Bulk rock, gravel, soils and ground covers with generous loads. Can deliver.
Do not use!!!!! We went and asked them (as professionals) which grass would survive a 90% shaded area and they told my husband St. Augustine. So we made sure to tell them that the backyard does not get but a few spots of sun. They said that St. Augustine grass grows in sun or shade. We bought several pallets and within a month every single inch is completely dead! When I called and spoke with the front desk they said grass needs at least 50% to 60% sunlight to survive. I asked her then why they did not tell us that when we specifically asked them about our very shaded backyard and her reply was I do not know and sorry. I feel like we were taken advantage of and swindled out of a lot of money!!!! Not good business and definitely not good customer service!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT USE!
Service was awesome today and I am definitely coming back.
Great prices, very friendly and helpful.
Got loaded up and on my way lot cheaper than buying it by the bag
I get my dirt and sod here.
Great Experience!
