Love that we have a local butcher. They even know what kind of meats are required for traditional German dishes. Wife and I are able to make a decent Sauerbraten for the first time in years. Their filets are also beautiful!

My daughter recommended this place. It’s a nice small town butcher shop with some specialty items. They had a great selection of pre-made meals and other little specialty items. I had one of the best filets I have ever had and the price was reasonable. I also purchased some maple syrup which was amazing. Their pre-made pasta salad was good but very rich. A little goes a long way. My daughter also loves their thick cut bacon. I would recommend a visit especially if you need to prepare a special meal for someone.

Never a disappointment! A little higher than the grocery store prices, but the quality is far superior. If you havent tried their stuffed pork chops or chicken breast ask for them on your next visit you wont be disappointed. Top quality customer service and knowledgeable staff.

Buy local, eat local. The meats are fantastic. Great variety, and seriously good cuts of meat. Oh, I forgot to mention the sides and desserts. It also helps that the staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Bacon wrapped jalapenos, custom burgers, steaks, kabobs, steaks, twice baked potatoes.... The list goes on.

Their Prime Rib Roast are the best . Had that instead of a ham and Turkey over the holidays. Now I want one every year. Delicious

Got 3 sirloins last weekend, brought them home and put them in the freezer, just thawed them out and every one of them is bad. 40 dollars in the trash.

I bought their ground meat and found out it is really Ground Steak. It made the best hamburgers that I ever had...anywhere...buy some you will not be sorry. I also bought two bone in ribeye steaks super great. They where very thick so we ended up only grilling one and spiting it (my wife and I). They cost more but are so much thicker than a chain food store one goes as far two of the chain store.Great meat....Paul (Bud) Lavanish

I have been shopping there for almost a year. I would love to have bulk italian sausage for my recipes. I bought it there once in links. Very disappointed Ill have to get it elsewhere. Itwas very good.Iwas told you dont have anyone to make it anymore.
