Yes Im in the store over at 107th Avenue and Grant Ive had three lines and I want to give a pat on the back to aracely of roughly shes an amazing amazing person and Im not the only one that feels that way many customers are in here when I am and they all comment what a wonderful job she does she shows up for work everyday and shes just amazing she knows everything I hope that she can get a bonus or pat on the back and some way thank you
It is amazing the knowledge the young people have at Metro PCS by T-Mobile. I had the single line. Now I have the 4 lines for 100.00. O am happier with Metro over any other carrier. I have had almost every carrier there is. I dont get dropped calls. I dont have a problem of no service in Arizona. California or Wisconsin. The only time I dont have service is through the mountians. Which is understandable. The young lady that HELPED me last night. I was a hand full. She had to pull one number from a different carrier than put my families 4 lines on the same plan. She had other guest come in. She greeted them. She said she would be with them. She made eye contact with everyone. She had a continuous smile. I will return to this location because of Maria.There is a fee if you pay in store. There is a fee if you call customer service. The only time you dont pay a fee is if you use the website, or 611 from your phone and you have a card saved.
I have sat in the store for 30 minutes while another customer was helped, and when I finally got to pay my phone bill, I get a $3 fee for paying my bill in store! As a paying customer who waited 30 minutes just to pay my phone bill, I find this very unproffesional. The phone service is good, but the customer service at stores is atrocious. I expect this to change. EDIT: The girl at the front desk didnt even acknowledge me when I walked in, not until the other customers were walking out the door!
Second time having to wait for someone to actually open store. Its now 10:10 and no one is in store. Sign says they open at 10am.
Already a costumer, bought a smart ride, took 5 days still not working had to fight for refund, my device was defective, 3 different stores, all same excuse,
Girl couldnt help me with my questions about my bill so she called customer service and waited online I could have done that at home and then on top of that they charged a $3 fee to pay in the store! Very disappointed!
