I took my phone in to get the LED screen fixed and to replace the back glass. Turns out the company doesnt vacuum seal Samsung devices so when my phone was dropped in water, it completely fried and now I have to get a brand new phone since they failed to properly restore to factory and vacuum seal the device to make it water resistant like it should be. Do not bring your devices here!

Since the phones weren’t being picked up, I decided to go into the store for an inquiry on getting 2 phones fixed. I already knew the diagnosis and solution to my phone problems (family member had the exact same issue & went to get it repaired) so I just needed to know if they had the internal chip & ability to replace it. Whoever was working front desk the morning of 05/05/2021 was so unprofessional and rude from the moment I walked in! So adamant that he knew that wasn’t the issue, cuts off people when they’re speaking and just has the attitude of a bratty teenager. Idk if they were being lazy or just didn’t know what they were doing but I hope they have a better day! I’d hate to think he’s out there treating someones grandma or grandpa like that.

We took my husbands iPhone X in for a screen replacement so we could trade it in to Apple, this company damaged the face recognition component in the process and refused to fix it. Apple will not accept it for trade in because of this. BEWARE!! This company caused more damage and refused to take responsibility. They do not take care in their job and obviously do not care about customer satisfaction!

I’ve spent 400.00 in phone repairs at this place In the past 5 weeks. Both times I brought the phone back because it was glitchy after replacing the front screen of an iPhone XR. They wanted to charge me another fee to get the phone fixed when it was never fixed properly the first time. I am highly unsatisfied in their customer service and most importantly the screens they are using to fix phones. I would never recommend them.

Break and Fix helped me when no other business could. They not only were the only shop that was able to fix my device in time for my trip, but they were able to make my device water resistant again, kept my finger print scanner working, etc. Which is something every other shop told me was not possible. If you want your device fixed properly and carefully this is the place to go!
