TERRIBLE SERVICE at this SUN CITY location!!We walked in at approximately 4:25p on a Saturday and noticed three salespeople (a young man and 2 gals), each of whom were meeting with younger customers. We stood in the doorway for a good 5 minutes, waiting to be acknowledged, which never happened. After noticing another senior couple sitting in what seemed to be a waiting area (a backless chaise and 2 very small chairs), we decided to sit down and wait. After nearly a half-hour of listening to the one gal talk with her customers about beer parties and the like — and still having been given no acknowledgement — we walked up to that particular gal and asked how much longer it might be, to which she informed that she was just finishing up and would be leaving for the day! Obviously, these kids dont care about customer service nor our Senior community! Suffice as to say, we walked out!

Thomas was as good as it gets. Took his time and had patience with two 70+ seniors.It really was a nice experience.

We stopped at TCC Verizon in Sun City, AZ and were immediately greeted by Anthony, who listened attentively to our problems/concerns and immediately offered assurances and confidence he could help us. We brought him a multiple of problems we were experiencing and walked out of the story 20 minutes later with everything fixed and working perfectly with wonderfully explanation of both the original problems and fixes applied. Great job, Anthony! Thank You!!!!!

Anthony was very helpful, he explained as he went through the process of transferring from my Samsung to this pixel 5A cell phone. He answered many questions for me and demonstrated to me how to use this new phone.I was disappointed after going to the corporate store on 76th and Bell in Glendale Arizonaa they told me they could not transfer my information because they did not have the equipment. Anthony easily did it for me and he didnt need any extra equipment thanks and thank you Anthony.

I visited the 99th Ave and Bell Rd store a few days ago to add a couple of lines to my account for my niece(Jessica) and nephew(Zack).Daren(sales associate) and José(store manager) helped willful of our needs,questions, and concerns about the new available phones.Daren was extremely helpful in getting them 2 new iPhone 12s, traded in their old one and wiped out the balance on the old phone. I had expressed interest in updating to the new Samsung S21 ultra, he was able to find and open upgrade on my account and make the swap very easy,( My other nephew was VERY excited to get my old note 10 + 5G as his new phone, he was in the note 8).Even though I knew Daren had to leave by 3 oclock for a previous appointment, he managed to stay an extra 15 minutes and get both of the iPhones set up.José, the store manager, graciously took over for Daren and even made sure Daren was credited for the sale.My niece and nephew had to leave for a appointment which left me to set up my new phone(s21 ultra 5G) with José, mine took a lot longer to set up, but that was only because it was just me and him and we BSd more than we should have… lol. I didnt mind because I found that we had a lot of similar interests. Cant wait to have them over for some Carne Assada soon, he sounds like hes got a great family and they would get along with my niece Jessica and nephew Zack perfectly.

I was here 2 weeks ago to deal with an issue and couldnt be happier with the customer service I received. Jose was patient and attentive, he helped me find the best solution, not just the fastest. He was the only person working in the store, there were at least 5 other people shopping besides me, and he handled each of us professionally and made sure no one felt ignored. Customer service is a thankless job, but one Jose seems to do with a smile and a joke for everyone; I laughed my way through our entire interaction. I came in because I needed help with my internet, I travel a lot, Jose was able to help me get a Jetpack and also upgraded my phone since my phone was so old and needed to be updated. All the important things came over which is why I was scared to get a new phone, Jose was explained everything in a way I understood instead of just doing it and not explaining things! I am glad I came in and was helped by Jose!

I was waiting for 30 minutes after I checked in for curbside...nothing. I went inside and asked a rep if they were doing curbside and he told me to ask the lady by the door who was mid conversation with someone. I was hesitant to interrupt her mid conversation but I did and was told she had no curbside check in. I find this hard to believe... it seems there is a lack of structure as far as who gets helped and when. I decided to cancel my order entirely instead of waiting to be helped whenever someone would become available

My phone screen turned black, but was still working, calls coming in. Husband took it to this store today. Girl needed the pin# and husband didnt t know it. The girl told him the screen was cracked! Will need to pick out another phone. This phone is less than a year old.I went on my laptop and inquired why my screen turned black. Just needs to be rebooted. Hold power and low volume buttons at the same time for 10-20 seconds, booted right up! Still dont see any cracks. Seniors beware!

Stay away from this place I paid cash for a A case tried to return the next day They said they couldnt they didnt have $40. Then They said that they could put it on my debit card They couldnt. Then they said they would just credit my account they couldnt. Then they said They could mail me a check it could be there in a week I wasted 20 minutes. They also couldnt Transfer my information from one phone to the next. The guy helping me couldnt do anything he had to go to the girl To operate the tablet .
