Once again the fantastic folks at Grand Appliance came through for me in a pinch. Colette was amazingly helpful and knowledgeable. Ive been dealing with our home warranty and without a dryer for well over a month, and after finally getting approval to replace it, she found me exactly what I wanted and had it delivered right away! Lifesaver! The team is professional, honest and always willing to go the extra mile. Which is why I never make a call elsewhere when I need an appliance. Simply the best!

Our fridge recently died. We were scrambling to get something new. The sales person was wonderful and patient with us. She was able to get us a fridge delivered in 2 DAYS. Other sellers were weeks to months.The delivery guys were great. This was not an easy delivery or install. They were very cautious and made sure not to damage my home or new fridge.We are custoners for life!

Someone helped us (with selecting a washer and dryer) within a few minutes of coming in the store. He was knowledgeable about the brands they carried, with no pressure to buy any particular product, but a recommendation after I stated details of what I was looking for. Competitive prices on everything, including delivery, recycling old appliances, and hook up. I went there after other family members reported a good experience purchasing there, and have to agree. I’ll go there first when the next replacement time comes.

We purchased a washer in December 2020, as newcomers to Sun Prairie. So far, it has broken twice. We called about 6 weeks ago to say the washer is yet again not functioning, and as of right now, we still do not know when the warranty repairman will be here. Brutal communication skills on their behalf. We seem to be one of those cases where they took our money and ran. There has been no sincere desire to help us and the workers in the Sun Prairie branch keep passing the buck. Each time they give us a number for the repair people we either do not have the choice to leave a voice-mail, get hung up on, they call the wrong number to speak with us, or when we finally do manage to speak with someone, they never tell us when they will be here for the repair! One can always tell when a worker sincerely wants to help a customer, but we have not felt that once. Maybe because we are not from here, maybe because they simply do not care what happens after we buy the appliance in the store. Either way, we will never be purchasing from them again. We will buy from a locally owned shop who have their own repair people. This back and forth with them is insane! I hope they change their customer service standards.

Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service!This is the first and the last time we will buy things here again due to lack of communication, follow through and overall demeanor of the staff we had to work with. Only gave two stars because they did finally after almost 2 months do what they said they would and also because the appliance itself, works.

This was my first and only stop when replacing my microwave. They have a great selection and at great prices. The salesman was helpful but not pushy.

Chris was awesome. He goes around and actually shows you all the features of the appliances and is patient in explaining any differences. It’s nice not to just have to guess or look things up online, which I’ve had to do at other stores. Quick service, very easy to work with.

Washer/dryer scheduled 3 weeks ago for delivery yesterday between 10:30-1:30. I called at noon and two pm to explain there was road work being done and delivery men should call before arriving. At 4:30 no delivery and no calls. Finally, a call when the truck was 2 miles from my house and needed directions. I explained how to get around road work and said they should call back if any problems. I tried calling the truck back at 5:00 and 5:30 with no answer. Called the store and was told the delivery truck went home. No one ever called me with delays or explanations and we stayed home all day. And now it can’t be delivered today but must start with reschedule all over again and there’s nothing that can be done about this situation. We are leaving town for many months. I needed the washer/dryer yesterday! Not in a couple weeks!UpdateIt is not true that next day delivery was offered. We would have accepted such. I did not received a call until late the next day and delivery 2 days later was offered when we would be out of town. Now I am told I must call to reschedule rather than get a call from Grand. Very disappointing. I told salesman yesterday what would be convenient to me.

Got exactly what we went into the store to purchase. Employees answered our questions and were polite. Damion was great, Dennis was great, delivery crew was great. Will shop here again.

Came to the Sun Prarie WI location to inquire about a LG fridge. The fridge was no longer in stock and there were no more coming in due to model change. Chris was our salesman and he was wonderful to work with. We purchased a full kitchen suite and he printed out several options for us to consider. We even had to cancel our order (within a couple of hours) and redo the whole thing due to a miscommunication about the refrigerator. Although I was disappointed that I couldn’t get my dream package (because the refrigerator didn’t come in counter depth) Chris was very understanding and promptly ordered us a different option. Purchased a washing machine and dish washer from the Sun Prairie location. Price was either equal to or less than larger chains. Was greeted by a friendly and knowledgeable sales person (not pushy) by the name of Dennis. He was upfront about delivery times and what was in stock. Had some follow up questions/ issues and Dennis was very helpful in getting them addressed. Would recommend over places like Bestbuy and Home Depot.

If zero stars were an option that would be my choice but with the one star as the lowest option, I will say the only positive experience I had with a recent purchase was with a gentleman at the front desk by the name of Dennis. He was very helpful, friendly and followed up on my concerns. As for the rest of my experience, it was awful. I purchased a stove that was in the scratch and dent area at the end of June 2021. There was a small chip in the paint where it wouldn’t be seen so it seemed like a good deal to me. When it was delivered to my house additional damage was done. The delivery guys were upfront, apologetic, took pictures and told me to contact my sales person Chris Chappell. My first mistake was that I should’ve refused delivery but I had faith that the store would make things right. The additional damage was a dent to the drawer and the door itself did not open properly. Initially Chris was helpful and I was told Appliance Pros who services their appliances would be in contact with me. After about a week of no contact I contacted Chris again who told me that Appliance Pros do not leave voicemails so I should pick up calls from unfamiliar numbers or I could call them directly. I chose to contact them directly, explained the issues and was told they could not service such issues, if they came to my house there would be a charge since this is not considered a repair and I should contact the store for a replacement. So back to contacting Chris/the store. I forget exactly how much back and forth there was since it took over two months for resolution but Chris provided absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever had. Initially he asked me, via text, all his communication to me was via text, if I’d picked out a different stove. To me this meant I should go to the store, so I drove a half hour to see what my options were. Since this was a scratch and dent stove I was told I should work with Chris on cost difference and was given print outs on a couple of options. Back to contacting Chris, who was less than responsive and finally when I got a hold of him I was beyond frustrated. He basically threw the front desk people under the bus, saying they could’ve helped me. At this point I told him I wanted a refund and the damaged stove removed from my house and that I would take my business elsewhere since this had been such a disappointing experience. No apologies from him, he only said how disappointing it was for him as well?? How?? Very poor response. The removal of my stove was another ordeal with no help from Chris, but Dennis again was helpful and got the stove removed quicker than the initial plan. Even with the quicker route it still was almost two weeks before it was picked up and the promise of the refund once the stove got back to the warehouse has yet to happen and it’s been over a week. The entire fiasco has taken over two months. I put in one unreturned call to corporate and just now got off the phone after a follow up call from me to the corporate office to tell them I have not received a refund and to express my issues/concerns about Chris. They say the refund was just processed yesterday, coincidence or did she just issue the refund now that I pointed it out?? I definitely will be watching to make sure I see the refund. I then expressed the issues/concerns I had with Chris. She listened quietly and when I was done, told me she would leave a message for that location and HUNG UP ON ME!!! I would recommend not doing business with this store or at minimum not having Chris Chappell as your salesperson. So disappointed.

The sales person, Dennis,, was good. However, the buying using your free financing was horrendous. I waited 35 minutes and still was not approved. This was after showing my drivers license, bank of America card, and American Express card. They verify your financing using your cell phone and home phone . My husband has me on his cell plan so it is in his name. My spectrum account is in my sons name as he was the one at home when the installer came. After 35 minutes of frustration I put it on my charge card. I am in need of a new stove but will get it at Home Depot where it takes 5 minutes to be approved. I own my own home and cars free and clear and this is insane. I will not be back.

He went above and beyond to research information regarding the oven and refrigerator we wanted to buy.Well I guess I have to change my review. 3 months ago we purchased and paid for a Whirlpool refrigerator. 3 months later they still have our payment but we dont have a refrigerator. And to date we have to call Grand Appliance to get any information, which is non-existent.

Very happy with my purchase. I knew when I ordered my popular dishwasher it would take 2 or more months before it would be in stock. It was about 3 months but I picked it up at the store today.

Im not sure what everybody elses experience has been trying to buy a refrigerator during Covid. It has been difficult to say the least. I stopped in at Grand Appliances and was helped by Damon. Very helpful, answered all of my questions and helps me pick out the right refrigerator for me. Highly recommend this location. Excellent customer service.

So far so good. They can get the refrigerator I want and will provide a loaner until the new unit arrives. They will deliver the loaner and new refrigerators and take away the old refrigerator. Just what I needed after my old refrigerator broke down.

In May/June 2021 I had a nightmare experience with Grand Appliance delivery and setup of my new washer, dryer, and refrigerator purchased here. Then just two weeks later when I needed help adjusting the refrigerator door (they set up defectively) from SLAMMING shut, the Grand Application service man told me things ranging from the application had no adjustment devices in the front to it was my responsibility to fix it not theirs. That on top of being told by their automated system at 11:15am he was “on his way” to my house so I rushed home - but he didn’t show up until 2pm. I will never go there again.

Wonderful customer service! The salesmen wasn’t pushy, gave me options with a wide range of reasonable prices, and put me on a expedited list that moved our delivery from two weeks to the next morning. Their prices beat everyone’s even with a 10% discount. I wish we would’ve went here for all our previous appliances.

I knew what I wanted in a dishwasher and they had the best price of anybody. I thought I would have to order it but the warehouse had it in stock. They will take your old unit for free and if you want it delivered only $20.00 cant beat that.

I ordered a Maytag dishwasher last year for my daughter and now got the same salesman and bought a washer/dryer for her. They live in the house I own in Sun Prairie and I live in Elkhorn, Wi. Easy to do business with over the phone which is convenient for me. The other two places I called were both closed so I couldnt get anything done there.

This was the absolute worst experience Ive ever had purchasing anything. Not just appliances but any thing purchased what-so-ever.We bought a whole new kitchen set and each item was delayed, missed deadlines, wrong color, broken immediately, no repair parts, delivery guys showing up without warning. You cannot call them or get a hold of them they just blame literally everything I cliding their inability to answer phones on the pandemic. I will never purchase from them again and I will tell every single person who will listen to me to never purchase from this garbage company.

We had time to browse and then received excellent service from Dennis McCarthey, who steered us in the right direction without pressure or upselling. We ordered a washer and dryer and then remembered we need a basement dehumidifier. Everything is supposed to be delivered in about two weeks. Theyll take away our old machines. And we purchased an extended warranty. Dennis also gave me some life hacks on how to do my laundry more effectively. We will definitely be back for future appliance purchases!

We went to Grand Appliance to compare their prices to Best Buy. Soooo glad we did! We found the exact fridge we were looking at but for $400 less!Chris helped us at the Sun Prairie store and was so knowledgeable and helpful! I would recommend going there to anyone!

On my first visit I was impressed, I was able to get a good deal on Electrolux washer and dryer set that was scratched or dented delivered right when I need them to be delivered, it was great paid for all right there and then. Then the deliver day came and went and no delivery, no phone call and no email. Took about a week to for them to tell me they cant find them, and they will not be coming. Then was offered to pay an extra $438 before tax for the same set (but the cheaper color) that they failed to deliver. I also got offered to pay $84 more for a GE pair. I needed something so I took it and payed an extra $84 for a lesser product and between a 10-15 day delay.

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable of the products. They package when buying a lot of items to help save money.
