Rebecca was friendly and helpful as soon as we walked in the door. She wasnt pushy at all and asked a lot of questions to help us find the right mattress and then she showed us three different price points. 10/10 would recommend.

The sales person was so nice and helpful . I was able to buy it setD egg livery all within minutes. She saw so informed.

Jeff Gilbert was in the store to greet us when we arrived. He quickly diagnosed what type of mattresses we were used to in the past, and made suggestions based off of our concerns for improvements. Jeff was very thorough in explaining the new technologies in mattresses since we last shopped, and recommended what he believes will be our last mattress purchase. Thank You for surviving this pandemic Steinhafels, and being able to maintain such an excellent staff.

Keller was very knowledgeable about mattresses! He spent quality time with us to help us choose the right one.

Bill was extremely helpful over the phone and went the extra mile to complete information necessary so I wouldn’t have to come into the store to pay for my purchase before it shipped to the Madison store for pick up. I called in only expecting to give information to hold the furniture I wanted and having to make another trip to the Madison store to pay (because I was using a warranty certificate). Bill did some trouble shooting and figured out how to complete my purchase over the phone so I wouldn’t have to make another trip. That’s AMAZING customer service!

I’m a repeat customer and I love the fact that I can receive great customer service here. The salespersons are always very knowledgeable and help me determine which mattress/box spring set fits my needs and budget. There is never any sales hype or pressure to purchase something more expensive!

Jeff was great! Extremely helpful and efficient, I would highly recommend. I think it was about 5 minutes to tell him what I wanted to order until I was printing out the confirmation email.

Not happy with mattress... Will call to see what they can do... First delivery guys dragged it on the floor and put holes in box spring...Wake up with backache... Guy told me if I didnt buy there mattress cover I was not able to return with in 90 days...
