October 29 at 1:30 pm. Manager rejected to give a regular oil change because I did not accept the synthetic one and others services. I know is good for a seller and customers add services to cars, but is unacceptable that a manager rejected whay the customer want. Previous managers were really good. The process to the customer service is responding this review apologizing, but I just hope they solve this issue.

Went for an oil change. They did that, then told me about 10 different things I needed done to my car. My car was perfectly fine when I went. Soon as I crunk up to leave my check engine light was on. They tried to convince me it was everything they had listed that I “needed” to get done. Saying my battery was dying and I needed a new alternator. The following day I took my car to 2 separate mechanics and they assured me NOTHING was wrong with my vehicle (including all the items that Jiffy Lube stated). They actually reset my check engine light. My car has been running fine ever since. What LIARS!!! Mind you, because I have no clue about cars, they scammed me out of hundreds of dollars including some radiator fluid exchange. Never again!!! Thank goodness I didn’t get all this pointless work done. And I NEVER told them to add the windshield wipers on to bill. (This was before I paid).

The service was fast, staff were very courteous and friendly, thank you.

Stopped by this location today and I was a bit aggravated( had nothing to do with anyone here)The way that I was handled was so professional and courteous. I was assisted by the manager in charge that day. I will be a returning customer just the decency and professionalism was so very appreciated. You guys rock thank you again for the exceptional service I was provided with today.

When we took our car in for an oil change and servicing, we had no issues with our vehicle. After we left we could hear a scraping sound as we drove. We looked under the car and there was a panel hanging down. We took the car back to have them fix it, only to be told that due to the scraping while driving, the panel is now broken.  We asked if it could be removed and we were told that it could and that they would remove it immediately. 5 minutes of waiting and they said that we were good to go. We got out onto the road and discovered that they never removed the panel and its STILL dragging and scraping. the panel wasnt broken when we went for the oil change...now it is. Why do we have to pay to repair something that was damaged because of the mechanics incompetence?Very unsatisfied with our experience

It was a positive experience. Every one was friendly and knowledgeable. I have been coming for several years and the service is always excellent.

I just went for an oil change, but mentioned to Alex a concerned I had with my A/C and he went above and beyond to figure out the problem and how to solve it. A couple weeks later my battery went dead, decided to go back, and received the same excellent service. Highly recommended!

I have been going to this store for over 20 years. As always the place is clean. The service was done quickly. The cost was reasonable. Usually I would give 5 stars. But yesterday without asking my receipt was sent to my email address and I havent received it yet, 2 days later. I should have been asked if I wanted it sent to my email address.

Great staff, good services, free diagnosis along with any oil change. The oil change can be a little bit expensive but its what your car needs and your car will last longer and believe it or not I use the oil changes the synthetic which is like $100 without tax about every five months and I literally never had to do any major work on my car because of that the kind of car that I have is a foreign car which is why it uses synthetic but even the synthetic blend I could use which is only 79 95 plus they give you the free diagnostics so thats really important because its accurate and theyre not trying to charge me and I dont have to get it fixed I go there all the time because I know that theyre going to give me a accurate diagnostic and their company is very reputable and they have guaranteed their work

Wow, probably the best experience Ive had here in a while. The safety measures in place due to Covid-19 is wonderful. You stay in your car the entire time. I love it. It is fast and safe. Also the employees are and have always been professionals.

Location was swamped and was unable to get a service here. Though they were professional, the availability for a quick oil change wasnt probable, due to one bay being used for a repair. Caused me to travel to another location and push my time-line back.. but the explanation and customer service were great. Just didnt fit time wise.

This service for rear brakes, front brake service and installing a window switch took 2 days to be completed. After the work was done when I stepped on the brakes I was still hearing a thumping sound. I told the technician what was happening but he said the brakes were fine. The work was completed on a Saturday afternoon, but early Sunday morning the car died on the Pembroke Road on-ramp as I was driving it to get on northbound interstate 95. Better to be lucky than to be....

The staff there are great. Del is amazing. He is an asset to Jiffy Lube. I didnt give 5 stars because of the way they promote that SNAP financing. DONT DO IT. unless you pay in 90 days, your charges will double . I learned the hard way. If you cant afford the repairs, wait until you can,take the bus, but dont finance through SNAP!!

What a well-managed shop!Perfect service no BS.They check ed all my fluids including air and the tires and air filters and did not try to sell me anything I did not need.I would send my mom, wife, grandma, anyone and not worry about them taking advantage of them.Keep in mind I am a former mechanic but they didnt know that when they serviced my vehicle.Kudos to management running this place.Keep up the great work I was completely impressed.Especially how they handled things during covid.I stayed in the car the whole time I was in and out in 15 minutes they even shoved an air conditioning vent into my window of my car to keep me cool... Straight awesome.

Went for a oil change as I got back into my car a gentleman who worked there said my car needs the tires fix instantly when I leave my tire pops and blue stuff leaking wouldn’t recommend.

I went for an oil change with a Groupon showed it to the gentleman multiple times. The gentleman offered me to do a coolant top off for $10 I agreed handed him my debit card and he charge me $50 and didn’t use my Groupon. I called to have this fixed and I was just told that I can use my Groupon next time why would I want to come back again so I can be ripped off. I definitely felt like this was an intentional shady practice to take advantage of customers.

There are tons of better options that are equally fast at a better price.Also, I was recommended service I did not need (hundreds of dollars worth) and greasy glove marks were left on the hood and side of the car.

Not one smile in place even though we we wearing mask, no kind words.... I know it was close to time for them to go home but I am a faithful customer... i stopped coming for a while and this was my 2nd time back... the first time they forgot to give me the sticker that reminds me when to return for my next oil change....Just one smile... would have been nice.... I was smiling but nothing... ( I can tell by their eyes) I guess they were ready to get home for the day.

This is a place I always come to get my oil changed, I like them here. its not that long of a wait, they try to get you in and out as quickly as possible, and the staff, is great especially Nick the guy at the front desk .

The service is quick. They do give a sense of urgency especially for auto issues that need taking care of. My agent yesterday, Clovis D., was superb in making sure I understood the need to take care of a few pressing issues as soon as possible, helping me understand there were payment options available so that I didnt have to stress about paying, and he even went as far as to say if there were certain indicators on in my dashboard to NOT do certain services. This made me feel he was more concerned about my vehicle being in good shape over company sales. Thank you Clovis, and thank you Sunrise location!

I am currently at Jiffy Lube in Sunrise for a top off. The experience almost went really bad when I first pulled in. The service tech asked me to pull into one of the areas and park, I could not get my car straightened out to pull in without hitting it against the wall. I could tell the tech was getting frustrated. thankfully another tech took over and asked me to get out of the car and got the car straighten out. I had to go back into the car and sit there while it was serviced. apparently this is their new policy which I wish they would’ve explain when I first got there. Overall it was quick and efficient.

A very quick and decent place to go. In and out very quickly and I used to go to get my oil changes in Plantation but I and many friends dont use Plantation for anything anymore until they change their cheap cheating board and since our family has found new homes for our services in a few other places including this Jiffy Lube.

I asked for the $54 oil change they end up charging me for the $90 oil change. That did rub me the wrong way and not a honest thing at all but what really made me write this review was they put the wrong oil in my car. They ruined my fathers day they charged me more money and i also had to comeback next day to have it done right. I do not recommend this place to anyone. They will take advantage of you and be dishonest. Please go somewhere esle to get better services or do it yourself.

Im very pleased... EVERYONE that works at this location are SUPER polite, courteous and helpful. My Technician was Lance. We had a pleasant conversation. He answered ALL of my questions and complimented my vehicle. He offered me to go inside out of the heat. Narad was very helpful, explained my invoice with instructions. He literally rolled out the RED CARPET after escorting me to my vehicle. As I EVERYONE the other gentleman thats apart of that TEAM location... Very nice and professional! The guys were nice and explained things that we needed to know when they were done. They didnt vacuum the car or clean the windows as it described in what they do during an oil change.Maybe due to COVID but didnt mention it, so not sure.

I got an oil change here and it was a great experience. I saw that the technicians took great care of my vehicle, and worked very quickly. The red carpet they literally roll out for you makes me laugh every time!!🤣

Went here about 6 or 7 months ago for an oil change. Everything was fine but after I was brought a little slip of paper saying my battery was very low and I should have it changed immediately and same with my transmission fluid that I should have it changed. I just bought my car so I decided to pass. Fast forward to today (with the same battery I might add) I went somewhere else for an oil change and asked if they would test the battery and fluid. Both were completely fine. So I wont be back to jiffy lube.

This jiffy lube location in my own opinion has remarkable service. They do a great job and will always give me their honest opinion or input on things that need to get done with my car I have came here the last 4 times or so for oil changes and transmission service and etc and I refuse to go elsewhere because of all the staff members there and if I could name them all I would but believe me they are all fantastic people !

Not a long wait, received excellent service. This team of guys went over my truck with a magnifying glass all the way down to showing me a potential problem with my valve stems !!! Nothing like getting a blow out due to a faulty valve stem.

This place does alot of business, but beware .Their prices are unreasonably high compared to other places that do the same work of oil changes.

First car was a quart low of oil, oil pressure light didnt come on until about an hour after leaving, then car has a slight hesitation come to find out they didnt put the air filter box back together right brand new car 28,000 miCharge me $100 for the oil change too

My 1st time attempting to have my oil changed at jiffy lube. Never again. After wait in long line, got to the front, just to find out they charge $100 for an oil change with fully synthetic oil. 😲 WTH!! I quickly said no thank you. I usually get fully synthetic oil change at firestone with an inspection, battery check and tire Rotation for $79. Jiffy Lube should be ashamed of themselves!!!

As busy as the Jiffy lube place was and as hot as it was the staff was extremely personable made sure to inform me of the necessary things needed on the car. Also the gentle men were so very kind as to open the door for me and my kids. Since this was my first visit at a jimmy lube location the impression that was left was amazing. I will continue to go here for my maintenance.
