The staff here are super helpful and cheery, this includes Ava the bunny! There are huge assortments of all different beads and supplies. I love shopping here.

Good selection of beads if you’d like to support a local business, but in my opinion nothing you can’t find at a craft store. What really turned me off is how they treat their shop rabbit, who lives in a pen way too small and had so much feces in it’s litter box you couldn’t see any litter.

The best bosses ever. It is a two in one store for they hire people with disabilities and wanted enough work so they could hire more people. They worked around my disabilities and gave me a chance when no one else would. If I call in because of pain they cover without guilt. They allowed me to learn both beads and electronics in fact encouraged me to and made me Manager. I got mad one day for I made a mistake and Jamie asked why when beading is usually about trail and error and said she learned more from failures then getting it right the first time. She explain sometimes that mistake can lead to a whole new design or designs and usually that lead to her best pieces of art. I never left a review for a place of work before that is how much I love this store and the people that are in it. I now know how to tear down a laptop and how to making a bracelet or necklace. They gave me confidence when I had none and I believe in myself now. They taught me just because I have a disability it does not defined me we just work around it. Jamie always says when there is a will there is a way and the fun part is looking for it.

Extremely clean and organized store. HUGE selection of beads in all makes and models. Helpful staff.They also sell electronics, some used DVDs and hand-knitted kids sweaters.

I came in here by word of mouth and I cannot say enough about how helpful this woman was. My project is moving along at a much better pace because she taught me about something I did not know about my thread type vs. needle hole type. Thank you. Hey selection is vast and process are reasonable. Highly recommend this place right next door to Globe News on the Belknap side.
