Just AWFUL! Our scheduled COVID tests were cancelled 90 minutes before our appts.These were COVID tests for travel to Italy, a graduation present for my son that has already been postponed at the beginning of the pandemic and that we were finally able to reschedule and were so happy about.There is no time to get or schedule another test and get results in the required 72 hour period. We are scrambling to find something, anything so we can still go. Im in tears, I cant even believe this is happening.What an AWFUL, unprofessional company. I will NEVER step into another one of these stores.

The Pharmacist Justine that I’ve interacted with is very caring and helpful. She has patience and takes extra time to help the customers. Thank you for what you do.

Dont come here for covid-19 test. showed up early, drive thru was packed. after waiting about 20 min I received a phone call from the store saying they are having system delays. Took 45 minutes to complete the test. When I got the test they were advertising 2-3 day results. I am on day 8 of waiting. The advertisement has since been updated to 3-4 day results and everyone I know got theirs in 5. I will update this review when I receive results.Update: I received results after 9 days, and I called customer service twice

Super helpful staff but the Covid testing was a mess... took over 45 minutes to get things figured out, even after calling me ahead of time. I showed up at the correct time and waited in my car for 15 minutes before someone came to the window and said “sorry you missed your appointment, we’ll have to pick another time”. This is a pandemic.... Walgreens testing took less than 5 minutes. They had a much better system and I got my results in 2 hours. Still waiting for my results from CVS.. It’s amazing the difference. Please do something to make this a better system to help us all.

It says they close at 10pm...... doors are locked at 8pm...... nice

This is my go to pharmacy because of the pharmacy staff. They are always knowledgeable, helpful, and extremely friendly. Several times over the past year they have gone above and beyond to help me save money on my prescriptions. I am here a few times each month and every single time I have left happy.

These guys are constantly giving me the wrong stuff. They frequently try to give me the wrong brand of my meds, simply because they havent ordered them. Its happened at least 6 times now, despite me making a fuss every time and every tech I talk to says theyll put a note on it so it wont happen again. It always happens again despite me saying that I am okay with waiting a little longer for them if it means I get the correct brand.Then this time, I go in on Monday, they give me the wrong brand. She says she ordered it and itll be ready tomorrow. Late Tuesday evening, I go in, they still dont have it in. Now Im going to have to go back a third time for what should have been done right in the first place. Doesnt seem like these guys care about their customers at all.

Will not be going back. After the hours cut there is no point to use CVS. Over charged our prescriptions and always have to wait an hour or more to have the filled EVEN AFTER CALLING.

Quiet, clean store

Woman who answered the phone at the pharmacy didn’t want to do her job. But she was quick to complain repeatedly about being short staffed. Not an excuse to treat people poorly and push the blame onto customers and prescribing doctors. People are depending on you for their medications, act accordingly. I call the doctor, and they are confused as to why CVS would say that WE need to call the MD for an already approved prescription. Aka, the employee was too lazy to look into my prescription, so she said to call the physicians office. DO YOUR JOB!
