What a complete shock! I have never been in such a dirty and unkempt kwik trip. The bathrooms were even worse. I wanted a clean bathroom and a cup of coffee. I didnt get either.

The gentlemen working this morning were very polite and friendly. The store was clean with amazing coffee and food prices. They definitely made my 8 hour travel day off to a good start. Thank you Kwik Trip.

Excellent communication gas station and truck stop. Everything a driver needs from fuel to food. Good food. Great prices.High speed diesel pumps and scales for big rig drivers.The store is well stocked. Neat, clean and orderly. Great staff too.

When Kwik Trip bought this location from British Petroleum and rebuilt it, I appreciate that they moved the big lit-up eyesore CAT truck scale that used to be along the road. It was a minor thing, but it bothered me. They kept the scale, but now its alongside the building, and pretty far back from the road.

We stopped at this Kwik Trip on our way home a little after midnight today. We stop there often. We purchased multiple items including what we thought was an 8 piece chicken tender. When I opened it this afternoon I discovered it was an 8 piece chicken on the bone. It wouldnt work for purpose I purchased it for. The package had an incorrect label on it. We live about 11-12 miles in the country away from the Kwik Trip. We had to drive in to exchange it. The supervisor, Tyler, didnt seem to care or be concerned about our inconvenience. The chicken we purchased had an expiration date of 8-4. The package he replaced it with expires today. I tried to explain how frustrating it was to have to waste a 30-45 minutes of our time to exchange it. I added the fact that a gallon of gas is over $3. which is half the cost of the purchase. He didnt seem to care. I had been going to purchase a couple of other things while I was there but I was so angry for his disinterest I left. After getting in the car I decided I wanted to make a complaint. I went back into the store and asked to file a complaint. Tyler told me I would need to do it on line. Im following his directions. It makes no sense to me that I post this for the public to see when my issue was with him. After my second attempt failed to get his interest I left. I was so frustrated by this time with both him and whole situation as I left I referred to him as another term for donkey. Definitely not my proudest moment and for that Im sorry. Our inconvenience and his BAD attitude set me off. Oh by the way when we left the KT today we stopped by Holiday on our way out of town to finish our shopping. Probably doesnt mean much to you. It was under $20. and Im only one customer..On another note this is how another manager at the same store handled a frustrating situation. We had waited for almost a half hour for mashed potatoes that we were told were almost ready. The manager on duty that day was amazing. He offered us a free beverage. We didnt accept so he offered us a coupon for our inconvenience for future use. We have never used it. His kindness and consideration made a frustrating experience good and didnt cost KT anything.

This place is great during the day; however, if you go in during the overnight or early morning hours you will be disappointed. The food is sparse and the sandwich bar is empty. In addition, the staff arent happy to help. I have been making a different KT my morning stop during commute.

They dont have much truck parking like 3 lined spots, but I stopped in and it was a much better stop than loves, ta, or pilot. Cheap food, really good selections. The staff were super friendly.

Went to buy $10.00 in food, and they wouldn’t break the $100.00 bill I had after 10pm..I didn’t have any other form of payment at the time & was kind of embarrassed that I wasn’t able to pay with legal tender for the goods. Will steer clear if this is how this company takes care of there customers

Wow, mind blowing. A full blown grocery store inside a fuel stop. The chicken was great, the bathrooms were clean and smelled nice. Wish I came across these more often.

By far my FAVORITE KT location! All staff I have interacted with have been nothing but kind and friendly (may favorite is Dan(?) They got me hooked on the smoothie, frappe, and now cold brew. Always clean and food is stocked.

My husband and I park here every time we are in the area. The staff is awesome, the food is good and reasonably priced, bathrooms and facilities are clean. Wish all truck stops were like this one!

This is the only Kwik Trip I know of that has premium diesel. This high-grade diesel has prevented my truck fuel filter and system from gelling. I highly recommend this fuel station for diesel users. the restrooms and store were clean and well-maintained. They had many pumps so it was easy for a lot of Shoppers to come and go quickly. Easy access easily seen from the road. Free parking and handicap access and entrance.

I have many miles under my sagging bones and there is no better convenience store on Earth ban the KuikTrip brand. This quick trip is always reliable with hot brats, and the same great value inn milk eggs bananas and cheese as all the 500 or so others. Clean restrooms playful staff and delicious coffee, it does not really get any better

I had to give a shout out for the cashier this evening (8/11) I didnt catch his name but my 5 year old was having an issue and needed a bandaid, I didnt see any on the shelf but the cashier was kind enough to go and get one from the back and put it on him while I was holding my youngest. He was super sweet and caring and it helped my oldest right away. Thank you for the help, always a great experience at kwik trips.

Excellent coffee selection for a gas station. Everything from your regular hot brew to cold to those fancy coffee drinks your wife likes. Lots of other food choices too, beyond your usual gas station fare.

Honestly... we drive cross country 2-3 ti.es a year and this is by far our favourite gas station in the mid west. It has everything you could imagine and the restrooms are always spotless

Okay all Kwik Trips that I have experienced which are many if not all of them and the Upper Midwest because thats where theyre from Im at the privilege to know the actual owner of the original Kwik trips and I think personally they all have yummy snacks and everything you need from groceries to fuel two showers restaurants some of them even have gaming theyre pretty cool if you get a chance and you need a fuel with food fuel or gasoline or diesel what are the best places to stop.

Always have to stop at a Kwik Trip when we see one, we dont have them in Ohio so its a nice treat. They have so much to choose from with drinks and food, hot and cold. Lots of sandwichs to choose from also. Also they always have deserts to choose from that are on sale every week. The homeade Cookies are to die for, so good! The giant cinnamon rolls are pretty good too.

This is one of my favorite Kwik Trips in the area. Its a quality store. Minus 1 for their tactics of sending a mass invasion of stores into a city and trying to drive out the competition.

Well kept and clean. The store has lots of food and drink choices, not just junk food. Could use more parking for large vehicles.

Love the espresso machine. I dont know of any other gas stations or convenience stores with real, fresh ground espresso.!😁

I love there coffee! But I also like the atmosphere and the fact they sell food for a reasonable price.

Decent prices. Friendly people. Would you eat gas station meat? They have meat. I dont think I could eat gas station meat.

The service here cant be beat. The employees make the place. Keep it up guys. You have my business. Stay away from the gift cards for car washes however. They go bad after 6 months.
