I have been to many different kwik trips and this one has the rudest employees. Let my stuff on the counter and walked n out. I will never step in there again...

In superior WI? I highly recommend using banks Kwik trip. They treat you like family believe it or not. They make sure to greet you when coming in. They have Conversations while paying. I’m there daily so they even know what pump I pay at. I use the same one. And they just know. There truly amazing workers over there. There the same workers so we’re not getting new people in and out working there which is a big plus. It’s nice to see the same faces to build a friendship. I RECOMMEND USING BANKS KWIK TRIP IF YOUR IN SUPERIOR. Its the only Kwik trip I go to.

Every kwik trip Ive been to, out of common curiosity, I ask if they charge for ice. This store is the ONLY one who wanted to charge me. Not just for a cup of ice but for a REFILL on soda.. ? I wasnt getting soda, just wanted ice! Then I was told to bring my old cup in and it would be free... At the HEIGHT OF THIS VIRUS PANDEMIC! THE ONLY STORE, that Im aware of that will let me REUSE my old cup!?! Maybe before you go spouting off at the mouth you should figure out what the real price of an actual cup of ice is instead of trying to charge a person for a refill on soda! I feel like it was only because she was tripping on her words because she didnt know what the price of a cup of ice is that she gave it to me for free! Trust me, Ill be going to the nicer kwik trips from now on!

Usually dont have a issue here but today the employee named Nate helped me an he was actually pretty rude. He was nice up until I asked for a tabacco product. Then he got rude as if I was making him do extra work to turn around an grab 1 thing. I had set money down that was in my hand to have my ID ready an he just snatched the money off the counter without me saying that was for my stuff or anything. Not impressed.

Easy to get in and out of for tractor trailer but they dont take comdata card at the pump

The staff here is super friendly, the whole property is very well kept, everything is super clean, the prices are excellent, and their car wash is very effective. I would recommend this store to anyone. Though it does having some negative impact on the local economy...

The staff during the day is very helpful, always makes sure hot food is out (though rush times such as lunch may vary), and works efficiently to keep lines short.The staff on during the night tend to be rude and there can be a wait at the counter even if youre the only one there. Coffee tends to be expired, and there are very few (non expired) hot food items.

I spilled a large capuccino ALL OVER the floor at the register area, the guy was very nice about it and told me to go get myself a new one and to not worry about this massive mess I just made for them. Very embarrassing, but this clerk made me feel less stupid about it and that means a lot to me. Thanks

Kwik Trip swept up the Northland and I primarily do my little shopping there, for example butter and eggs, milk and creamer, fruit and snacks are incredibly affordable. Zero complaints for me. The store is always clean, the staff is always nice, and even though they are busy as heck, it get in and out of there quick.

Very busy gas station. The peppermint hit cocoa is the best. They now have a whipped cream machine too.

Has about everything you could ever want from a gas station and good prices. I have to dock the company a star though due to their tactics of sending a mass invasion of stores into a city to try to drive out the competition.

For an evil corporarion they seem to have happy employees. My whole problem is kwik trip over extending themselves in the area like 711 did back in the day forcing the ma and pa chains out then closing stores once there agenda has been completed leaving only the most profitable and moving to a new region to do the same thing.

I have enjoyed doing business with most of the stores in our area but after my experience with this one it will be a while before I go back to any of them.

This place has the best customer service of all the kwik trips! I hardly ever have to wait in line, and if I do, there is always another employee to come and help.
