I used to love this store. Unfortunately, I visited this store today. This is my 3rd time visiting this store to purchase some beauty supplies. I purchased 4 makeup utensils. I started leaving out the store. A bell rang when I was leaving out. I continued walking because I thought maybe they have a new bell when clients are leaving. I was unsure what it was honestly. One of the workers busted out the door asking to see my bag. I said sure. I walked back in the store and I let them look through the bag of stuff I purchased from them. They gave me the bag back I continued to leave. Then the bell rang again when I was leaving out. They asked to see my bag for the 2nd time. I said no problem but was puzzled because they just looked through it. Then they told me I could leave for the 3rd time. I continued to leave, the bell rang again. They asked to see my purse I said of course! I could dump it if you like because I have nothing to hide. They looked through my purse. I walked out the door for the 4th time and the bell didn’t ring. 1st off I understand wanting to protect your business and but making me walk in and out the door 3 times and checking my bags 3 times was obsessive. I was truly embarrassed and felt highly upset. Especially with them knowing I’m a consistent customer, yes they know because they keep a rewards system of how many times you purchase their products. It’s obvious they need to check how they’re scanning products or if there’s a malfunction in their alarm because they just lost a customer!

More expensive than most beauty stores, but the people are nice and helpful.

Friendly service. Lots of products and good selection tion. Typical pricing. Good location. There arent many beauty supply shops in the area. Glad I found this one.

Great addition to Suwanee! Friendly staff, clean store, great variety of items and are for the most part priced reasonably and cheaper than Amazon. Rewards program is also a plus.

Nice place and the young lady who help me, was awesome!! The prices on the wigs are affordable.They also have a award program and its free. I already got $5 off my next purchase.I will be coming here more often.

Love the Beauty Depot! They have everything I needed! The staff is friendly and helpful without being overbearing and stalkerish like most beauty supply stores and they have a discount system, for every dollar you spend you accrue I believe 10cents - dont quote me on this). The only thing I didnt like is you have to pay a dollar to take part in the discount program. I felt that was very unnecessary because if your service good and you carry great products at a competitive price your customers will appreciate you by patronizing your establishment again and again. All and all I recommend this store.

A BOLD choice right next to Sallys, but I can dig it! HUGE selection of EVERYTHING.

I had a good experience here. To my surprise they were open! The store is huge on the inside! Lashes, jewelry, wigs, hair care items, even some clothing & shoes were from wall to wall. Very nice & patient staff. They also have a points/loyalty system available at checkout which is awesome, you can stack your coins for your next purchase. I will definitely go back.

The business owner is very nice and the store is kept very neat. Plus the rewards program is a good incentive to come back.

Glad to have a local beauty shop to go to! They have everything from makeup to bundles, braiding hair, hair supplies, scarves, clothes, you name it! The ladies working were very kind and didn’t make me feel uncomfortable looking around, and I can tell they appreciate my business. Also, sign up for the loyalty program and earn money and future discounts.

I was really pleasantly surprised. They have quite the selection of cheap wigs (I dont wear them i.e. unreliable narrator) but a massive amount of hair supplies. I FOUND WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR lol 😆

I like the huge selection of items and they have a membership which gives you discounts that you can apply to your purchases🥰

This Store is a Win to visit. Find this Store a diamond in a dozen.. The Owner is very friendly and kind. I will for sure be back.
