Received great customer service from the pharmacy! The young lady helping at the desk was very patient and helpful to everyone in line. An older gentleman was in line with me and she was so kind and patient with him and her tone was very friendly. The young lady working in the drive thru line was very efficient and, from what I could tell, communicated very clearly and was patient with going over instructions and details of medications. I received a vaccination, and the pharmacist was extremely gentle and comforting. Great community pharmacy!

Young Asian Female pharmacist is rude and cold. Just asked her if it was Pfizer COVID vaccine to verify for god’s sake and she just gave me the rudest look ever. She has a bad demeanor and is quite condescending. This female pharmacist obviously lack empathy toward patients and customer service.If you don’t want to do your job right, I suggest you find another profession that does not require you to work relating to customer service. This was after waiting about 30 minutes past my appointment time and no apology was given what so ever.

Very poor customer service- Do not use their service if you need something in 30 min or less.- They will do what it takes to get you return again to their store .- The Pharmacy manger does not have minimal service awareness - dont waste time trying to communicate with him.

The prices are higher than all the other places I have been too. But youre not going to be waiting for your meds Long. THEY have a great text feature. And you can get your merchandise within the second you approach the store counter. A bit pricey but packaged and ready to go.

I go to this pharmacy and shop at this store very frequently! The employees and pharmacists are always so welcoming and make sure I am always satisfied before leaving the store!

Literally the slowest and most inefficient pharmacy I have ever used. Unfortunately they are the only co venue to drive thru pharmacy that I am able to get to easily. The location is the only reason I shop here.

The pharmacy staff here is always helpful and customer friendly.. but the pharmacist (T Minh) and intern on duty today went the extra mile to cut through a bunch of red tape to get me my prescription. Thanks guys... thats why I enjoy giving you my business.

Kind, professional and helpful staff but some of their accents can be difficult to understand as an american which can be frustrating when trying to understand medical jargon is already a challenge, also the phone reception/audio quality is rough at times, adding to difficulty in comprehension.

I had a problem with my online photo order so I went in to see if I could do it in person. Blake at the Photo Center was super helpful in explaining what went wrong. He walked me through reordering my prints, and processed my order then and there. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Overall great experience.

Complete and utter incompetence. I realize that this is a very strong language but it is true. I transferred my prescriptions to this location and went through hell afterwards. I spent countless hours on the phone trying to fix their problems and get my prescriptions, but the only solution was to take them to another Pharmacy and file a complaint with Walgreens corporate office.. do yourself a favor and run like hell from this location.

Horrible customer service. I called ahead to make sure my child’s prescription was ready for easy pick up since I would have to bring her with me. Stood in line forever holding her while 2 reps were with customers ahead of me and the other on the phone. No acknowledgement or sensitivity that I was in distress and eager to get her meds which were not ready. Inquired about pedilite which you would think would be near pharmacy and was told to get it across the store and stood in line still carrying a sick 4 year old and had to deal with a rude rep at the main checkout who told me to calm down when I said I didn’t care about rewards and just needed to pay and go. I don’t appreciate being patronized.

Very poor customer service. For the past month I have been using Walgreens to add cash to my PayPal account. Today I was told that I could not do it anymore without a PayPal card which I do not own. It’s a simple service. The app generates a barcode which gets scanned at the register and then you pay to load cash to your account. The guy at the register insisted on talking over me and would not listen and even said that he knew it would work(because I said I’ve done it 2-3 times here before) but he would not allow me to do it without a PayPal card which I don’t need it own.

So sorry for what happen to the lady below but the law is the law. Walgreen as a company has the responsibility to make sure they are not selling tobacco to underage minors. It is also illegal to sell any type of nicotine/tobacco products to anyone buying tobacco for someone who do not have any identification as a precaution to buying for a minor. What is very sad is you are calling these individuals idiots, who are just following company policy and Federal law. It takes an idiot to not know the law before ranting and raving on a review. THEY ARE JUST DOING THEIR JOB!!

I was treated rudely and told I was lying. The guy wouldnt even lookup insurance company in his system. The girl the day before that took care of me had the same problem with my secondary insurance. She called them and got it taken care of. They helped her out. He didnt want to really be helping at the counter. Then wouldnt give me my script to go somewhere else. This is a medication that I cant be without. It means my life. The guy refused to listen to me. He only cared about what he was saying. When I kept trying to tell him, he would talk over me. I will not use Walgreens again. Now I cant even get a new script from clinic as its a controlled medication. Being without it can kill me. Guess he didnt really care. This is the worst experience I have ever had at a Walgreens. OneI will never forget.

I gave 2 stars only because they have what I needed from the pharmacy available which the other Walgreens did not. Customer service does suck like the guy below me says. The girl at the register at delight she hated me and hated her job and just wanted to go home. She reminded me of someone that was a gate keeper and wanted to just be paid to pass through. So if youre wanting to sperienced is go a hangout of this Walgreens or a fear and the need of getting your prescription filled at the other ones dont have because people probably dont shop here because the customer service and they probly have plenty of supplies.

Very poor customer service. After sitting in the drive through for some time they told us they couldn’t fill our prescriptions for my mother in laws abscesses tooth because they were closing in 6 min.

The pharmacy technicians are consistently rude and difficult to deal with. They always treat me like Im a criminal thats beneath them whenever I try to get my medications on time.

Extremely poor service one person at register, long lines, rude service, very slow and when I finally got to the register I was carded for an ecig so I got my dad to buy it, we were told that once I try to buy it they cannot sell it to my dad. Talk about the dumbing down of America. Sad to say Walgreens is now hiring idiots with no brain cells or ability to think at all.

Very friendly employees, especially the pharmacy. If you need help they are more than happy to assist you.

Im satisfied with their photo film processing (the films are sent to another walgreen but this one is close to me), the film scan quality is very good, use a good resolution(probably middle level but good enough for 4x6 photos). I tried another walgreen which close to my house but they use very low resolutions and wasted my film.So I like to come to this one.

This is by far the worst Walgreens pharmacy I’ve ever been to! The staff is rude and not very intelligent! They say things like “I don’t know what this medication is for”! What???? And one of them has to stop and ask a question for every thing! Why put someone who doesn’t know anything at a drive window??? They always give out the wrong time! The big and tall middle eastern and the big and short blonde with blue eyes are completely clueless and rude! Customer service at this location is non existent! I wouldn’t go back to this place even if the meds were free!

Beware! The pharmacist truly dont care, not prescribed dosage! I have been using them since I moved to Suwannee over 3 years ago. I have a beloved 13 1/2 dog and I use them for her medication. She has a thyroid condition that we have not been able to get under control after we increased her dosage 6 times. I found out today that she has been getting .08mg not the 8mg prescribed and called in by my vet. In all the times we have changed her dosage it was never caught or questioned. I have to assume they are not checking and dont care. They had multiple chances with the dosage increase to correct the problem. I blame myself, its my responsibility but I trusted that they were caring professionals.
