Will call was answered quickly even though the warehouse is huge. Strict adherence to social distancing, and mask usage was another plus. Enter the second driveway and will call is all the way to the back. Great experience with polite professional employees.

Horrible receiver for all carriers make sure they pay you extra for what you have to deal with unprofessional staff not committed to make sure operations are ran smooth but only to collect a check . Worst experience ever

If youve had trouble finding Clorox wipes, Lysol Spray etc during the Covid pandemic, you can thank this rotten organization. I just left there & they had an entire trailer load of Clorox wipes in the warehouse but every single one of them are going to 1 customer. Weve been waiting 8 months for our backorders to be filled but they only want to serve the large national distributors while the independent businesses struggle to survive

BAD RECEIVING DEPARTMENT. My husbands dispatcher did not tell him his appointment was 6 am on Tuesday, New Years Eve. Appointment time was not on the bills either. He arrived at 7 am when most companies open and was told that they could not unload him. His dispatcher tried to work with them (e-mail only) to get him unloaded with no success before they closed at 12 pm to go home for the holiday. He had to drive home and back an extra 600+ miles. He said there were 70 empty docks with only two trucks in the bays and he could see forklifts driving everywhere inside from the cage. They would not help him on a holiday to come home. His reschedule appointment was made for the following week on Monday which only took 30 minutes to unload. They could have accommodated him considering the holidays and was very inconvenient. A lot of wasted time for him and a lot of wasted money for his company. Not good business.Update: Thank you for an 800 number to contact your company to resolve this issue. However, this 800 number when called is for an advertisement to receive a medical alert bracelet. Called twice to make sure. Still bad business.

I truly hope I never deliver here ever again.Treated like a common criminal, forced to wait in an 8 square cage,nothing to sit on,no restroom facility.Definitely the worst place.Keep away.

Courteous People. But waiting in a 6×6 wire cage while waiting to be unloaded is unacceptable. Gonna have to refuse any further loads here as u will burn up valuable on duty hours sitting here.

Why put a glad hand lock on glad hand and make u stay inside while being unloaded then have u move to other side of building app time wad at 7am checked in at 630am unbelievable took a lot shorter time to get loaded at domtar paper than to get unloaded here

Makes drivers lock airline and wait inside cage for while unloading. Not good to the delivery drivers like prisoners. Upper management needs to rethink this policy.
